We got takeout only on this visit- Dish 1-curry Chicken Karsu Dish2- Tofu Teriyaki Dry ramen Both dish are tasty and delicious. Dessert was just average. Service (kitchen) was so slow. I would go back.

The mango salad was substantive and tangy, refreshing but not overpowering. The milkfish was smoky and had a mild but fatty flavor. The chicken egg noodles were slithery, dense, and had a plethora of elements; the fried wonton was crunchy while the ground chicken was fragrant and sweet.

Eaton Cafe looks quite different from the outside--the name doesn't immediately give off a typical cafe vibe, so it might be easy to brush it off. The place is fairly new, and you can tell they're still working through some initial kinks in service and setup. They offer a variety of Asian dishes, which is a nice change from the usual cafe fare. I ordered the Hainan Chicken, which came with flavorful rice, a side of soup, and spices served on the side for added kick. The dish was satisfying and well-presented. Overall, Eaton Cafe shows promise. With a bit more refinement, it could become a great spot for casual Asian comfort food.

Great food and great service! Half grab and go, half restaurant. Food is spot on with flavors and huge portions size. Ordered the combo noodles with meatball, highly recommend. Interior is clean and has a modern look to it Staff are super welcoming and friendly

Obsessed with this new gem near Queens Mall -- Eaton in Elmhurst is officially my favorite spot! They serve up a delicious mix of ramen, authentic Indonesian food , homemade baked goods, and a super fancy dessert selection (the Indo sweets & snacks are chef's kiss ). Everything is sooo yummy, and the vibes? Cozy, welcoming, and perfect for anything -- from a chill lunch to a little gathering with friends. Amazing food + warm service = total win. If you haven't checked it out yet, you're missing out!

This place is a cute and spacious Asian restaurant off of Queens Blvd. The food was good, although it was the first time I'd had soup dumplings served on a plate rather than in their steamer. I thought the desert pastry that was shaped like teddy bears and turtles was adorable. Prices were affordable here. The service was pretty good but we actually had to call over our server a couple of times because he didn't check in too much to see if we needed anything.

The tiramisu was so so good! Napoleon was not the best too flaky and not the strongest taste. Cute little cafe also serves food. The ramen was pretty good! All great prices and great comfortable seating area for a quick bite

I was thrilled to hear that a new spot in the neighborhood is serving ramen. It's a great addition! I tried the volcano chicken shoyu ramen, which was perfectly spicy, with a delicious broth, homemade noodles, and braised pork belly that was the best I've ever had. The egg was cooked to perfection too. When you order an entree, it comes with a Thai iced tea. They also make their own desserts, which we got to go, and they were super tasty. The service was friendly and warm. I'll definitely be back, EATON!

It is Indonesian inspired Japanese Ramen.....basically anything Indonesians touch end up Yummy! The food is quite delicious and well presented, the prices are reasonable &the service is wonderful...the staff is friendly & attentive. Ive come with my family 3 times so far ..& we're neither Indonesian or Japanese. They also have a very good fancy dessert selection. ...and the best surprise it a wall unit full of Indonesian sweets and snacks ...TRY THEM! We'll be back! Terima Kasih!

Food is very delicious along with great service and enjoyable ambiance. Would eat here again!

I tasted 2 times. At the first time, I ate Miso ramen. The soup and broth are home made. I can tell the chef has trained very well. Highly recommend it. At the second time, I ate fried noodles. This is very good as much as miso ramen. I am Japanese and ate ramen all the time. This restaurant is out standing. The ladies at front, everyone is so kind. The cafe atmosphere ramen shop. You can have sweets after ramen. I can't wait for trying other ramen. 2 thumbs up!

TLDR: 5/5! For excellent service and great food. We came in last minute with a group of 8 and they…read morestill accommodated us and served us to their best abilities despite only 1 person on the floor to wait and serve. Also one of the BEST broths I have had in New York. It is comparable to some in Japan with how good that beef broth is. The chicken broth is excellent as well and worked since my friend has a dietary restriction. Sadly could not try the karaage since they sold out! Get it if you can. Food (5/5): probably some of the best ramen you can get in Brooklyn! You take a sip and it has so much rich flavor you can tell they took a long time to cook it. Just the right amount of salt that leads to explosive umami flavor with everything else included. Only downside is that the egg is an additional 2-3 dollars boosting the ramen price to 20 per bowl. Other than that, it's a great bowl of ramen I will be going again. I heard the steak was good from my friends but we got the okanomiyaki, it's pretty big, delicious, but only get it if you are a large fan of them. It's pretty pricey for what it is. Cucumber salad was delicious and fresh, nice hit of spiciness. Service (4.5/5): The person helping us is super nice, though there is a language barrier and that might cause some misunderstandings. I only brought it down half a point because you aren't going to get that understanding but they are very nice and try their best. Nothing wrong but it does get busy and you might have to call them for refills or other issues. The chefs are also very friendly. Cleanliness and interior (5/5): you can tell it's rather small, but modern and chic. Great for a night out to eat as they are open late. Great casual dinner spot and has a fantastic Lofi jazzy playlist that adds to it. Combined with the unforgettable beef broth, and you have a night to remember. J's Parking Advice- it's pretty packed at night because there is a lot to do around. Parking garages are a little far off too but everything is walkable once you find a spot. There is a street parking but it's hard to find, you might have to park far and walk there or public transport. We did take around 10-20 mins to find parking. So good luck! Overall: it's a spot I have to go back to especially since they sold out of the karaage! If that doesn't tell you how good it is not sure what else! Definitely a local favorite and a hidden gem

We may have visited on a slower day since it was raining, but I can tell that it is a popular eatery and can get busy and packed. We lucked out and were seated immediately and didn't wait long for our food. The server kept refilling our water glasses which was much appreciated. I thought my cup was half full and i'd look up and all of a sudden theres even more water poured. Overall it was a cute restaurant and would be perfect for a lunch. The menu is pretty diverse with various appetizers, sushi, and also ramen/curry so your standard izakaya fare. One of my favorite dishes here has been the chirashi. The fish was very fresh and it's pretty affordable. It's been open for a few years, so clearly it has a good enough formula to keep the neighborhood happy. I have been here once before, but returned last week after dining several meals at Tomoni in Jackson Heights. Apparently, the owners are friends. Nonetheless, I needed to make the comparison. After my first few bites of their Tora Don and Chirashi Don, it was clear that this restaurant has the better quality seafood. Each slice of sashimi had vibrant colors, clean taste, and the proper texture. Tomoni is not bad, but fall slightly short of this caliber. With that said, there is an even farther gap between their rice quality. Though Tora is very good, Tomoni produces nearly perfect texture and acidity for my taste buds. Other than the best omakase restaurants in NYC, Tomoni shines as one of the best versions of sushi rice in the five boroughs. Service is good and space is cute. If I have a craving for some decent Japanese food, I would drive 20 minutes here for a meal anytime.

But at last, as I searched on DoorDash I stumbled upon this glorious restaurant they call Izakaya Fuku. I was drawn to the adorable names for their sushi roll dishes like "Strawberry Fields" and their Italian Japanese fusion pasta dishes, "Creamy Mentaiko Bacon Pasta" with creamy mayonnaise, spicy cod roe and bacon like are you kidding me? It's a bummer I wasn't more hunger or that I didn't have more bucks in my wallet because I wanted all these dishes. And the Chirashi Don, god it looks so beautiful the way that it's arranged in the photos online. I finally decided on the carbonara. And I was drawn to the fact that it was udon based.
