Spicy take chicken sandwich + greens & tomato
    Sarah W.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon when they were extremely busy. The person who took my order was nice and helpful. I had to wait a little while for my food to come up, but it was clear the kitchen staff were working hard to make quality food as fast as possible. When I got my order, they very nicely apologized for the wait time. I imagine it's stressful to work in such a fast paced environment with people who are waiting for their order watching them the whole time, so I appreciate what they do! My spicy chicken sandwich was tasty and I was glad I added lettuce and tomato to balance out the flavors and textures. The vegetables were fresh, the chicken was flavorful, the bun was soft, and the pickle chips were crisp. It was perfect takeout for when I was out running errands.

We have been coming here for years, always on our way to and from Canada through Boston, way prior to Panera ever expanding into New Mexico where we live. It used to always be bustling with patrons, clean, and with friendly staff. This time was definitely a stark contrast to that. Hopefully it's not like this everyday, but even though there was hardly anyone there, it was hard to find a clean table, and the staff was too busy to pay any attention to the customers. Granted, the help-yourself tablets encourage the staff to be hands-off, but at other Panera establishments that have adopted that, it's across the way from the cash registers and they are happy to let you choose whether to use the tablet or take your order for you. It seems like they are understaffed, overworked, and were just plain tired. The food was still exactly what Panera always offers, even if they did make one mistake on one of our sides, that's typical and they are happy to fix it once you get their attention. I like to get the lobster roll on our drive up this time of year since they are generous with it and it's not finely chopped nor covered in too much dressing. Their bread bowls, sandwich bread, and baguette on the side is always on point.

My autistic child did not like her sandwich it was very firm and unfresh the tomatoes. We're very nasty. We will not be coming back.

The customer service is non-existent. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you can. Disappointing.

It's the standard Panera. There's usually a line and by dinner time some options are limited with things being out

OH MY GOD…read more this place was hopping! Busy! and for very good reason, the food is AMAZING! Such high quality tasty things on this menu, was such a surprise. I ordered the honey garlic chicken Mac and cheese burrito. That sounds crazy? It was crazy!!! CRAZY DELICIOUS!!!! and I took home a carrot cake slice too. Just so you know? I made a TikTok about this place that has so far gathered over 10k views! People RAVE about this joint.

The new restaurant looks pretty cool & they will have a bigger menu than what they have now. But what I had was freeeeeeking amazing. Like if you're not eating here, are you even living?! Nicest people working. Cook was on point both times I went. The honey garlic chicken sandwich was huge but more importantly it was fried to juicy perfection! So many crispy nubs iykyk. The sauce completed it & was crazy delicious. top tier fried chicken! So good I went back a few days later and had a double smashburger, which was on the special board. It was like a super smashburger- thicker and holy crap so so good. The fries were homemade and perfect. And my kids got The Kitchen Sink fries which is fries topped with their homemade mac n cheese (addictive) and crispy honey garlic chicken (cut into pieces). I wanted the pulled pork but I arrived too late & it was gone. I absolutely will drive an hour when they open their new place! I am salivating thinking about that chicken sandwich and the menu that I will eventually eat my way through!

Plenty of options to try on their menu and I wanted to try something fresh so started with spring rolls. Perfect combo or protein and veggies to hit the spot. The spicy pad Thai was next and was an awesome combo of fresh veggies, protein and noodles. While both probably could have been eaten in single sitting, wanted to enjoy tomorrow as well so packaged up to bring half home. Bit of a drive so had to enjoy a good Thai coffee as well.
