Interesting fact: This is the place formerly known as Chuck E. Cheese Pizza. The location of the 1993 mass un-aliving of four employees by a man now in prison for life. Further, according to internet lore, the basis of the "Five Nights at Freddy's" video game and movie franchise. This is the exact reason my friends, my wife and I made the trip for lunch. Service at this restaurant was good but distant. Everyone doing their jobs but not really interacting with customers. The building is very clean, very well laid out and attractive. They have a great space to eat outdoors. You can order via self serve kiosks or simply with an employee at the counter. We used the kiosk. I feel it took in inordinate amount of time to have three sandwiches made. Twenty minutes or so. My Tuna sandwich was good but generally boring. It was small and cost like fourteen dollars. I could have duplicated it for two dollars at home. I was a bit underwhelmed. The broccoli cheese soup with excellent. Hot, cheesy and tasty. My pumpkin shaped cookie I bought from their little bakery was ultra yummy. I'm not sure we really got our 65 dollars worth here and wouldn't likely go out of my way to eat here again. read more

In the past, I used to frequent Panera bread with my girlfriends in high school. I loved the bread bowl with soup. It was so delicious. Recently I started to go to Panera bread near my home due to the limited time promotion "spend $5 get a half sandwich". For the month, I have been going to get an array of sandwiches and soups. The cheddar broccoli soup is my favorite. It always has been my favorite. The French onion soup is tasty, but needs some improvement. I do not like the croutons and they should have melted the cheese over the top of the French onion soup. The Ciabatta Cheesesteak is pretty darn good. I was enjoying the ciabatta. Added a nice flavor to what a traditional cheesesteak would taste like. The Toasted Italiano is delicious, especially if it's dunked into a soup of your choice. I really like how it tasted with the cheddar broccoli soup. The Bacon Turkey Bravo is also really good with the cheddar broccoli soup. The bacon mac & cheese was actually pretty good. I love how tasty all of their sandwiches are. The Panera bread in Aurora is very clean. I really like one of the employees there, his name is Johnny and he is such a sweetheart. I also like the amount of light that enters the restaurant. They have really good lemonade, I am a lemonade fanatic. I also like to work on my computer there so I can get things done. The girl at the counter was very friendly. I ordred 2 breakfast sandwiches with bacon and one with cheddar and the other with provolone. When the guy gave me my order, I specifically asked if one sandwich had cheddar and the other provolone and he said yes. I also ordered a frittata. I tried to eat the frittata and it was so salty I threw it away after 2 bites. I took the breakfast sandwiches to family who were at a nearby hospital, they were visiting another family member. They opened the sandwiches and they looked awful!!!! And neither had any cheese. The egg looked disgusting and they had 2 tiny pieces of bacon on them and looked like they were thrown together. The restaurant was very slow, there was no reason to make such poor looking sandwiches. For the price they charge for these, McDonalds would have been much, much better. The last time I will go to Panera. I rarely post a review, but I am getting tired of paying such high prices for such awful food. What could improve? Service I didn't know why it had low ratings. I started going to this Panera because it was close to work. The last three times it has taken more than 9 minutes to get a drink. Panera doesn't deserve any stars for this review. Historically has been one of my favorite places. This evening I ordered the Mediterranean greens and grains with chicken. When I walked back to the counter where food was prepared, a MOUSE ran out of the kitchen or somewhere nearby and ran behind the drink dispenser. ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME. The floor was filthy and when I cancelled my order a woman began to sweep up. The woman that refunded my $16.97 acknowledged that "people have been told to keep that back door closed...." I am DONE. This review so far is for the store Customer service and wide menu options. If it was for their web or app, it would be likely 1 or at best 2 stars, but this is a hip hip hooray for humans. I tried to place a delivery order on their website. It didn't go through. Then I tried a pick-up order through their app. No luck there either. So I finally called the store, their general customer service, the credit card...to no avail. Logan, store manager, ended up taking my order over the phone. I really enjoy Panera food and really love all of their food and drink options. I especially love their egg souffles but will see how their sandwiches and salads are, in a couple of days. Additional information. The order did not end up being that great. It wasn't ready on time and whomever put the order together set up the drinks in a weird way where one drink was not in the bag with the others. So of course it ended up messing that bag up in general and one of the bubly lime drinks ended up only 3/4 full (also I thought these 2 were supposed to be cans?). I believe we were one short of our flip flop cookies. And finally, the killer was that only one sandwich was labeled. That was absolutely awful due to now folks had to get a mystery sandwich until they opened it. Thank goodness the salads were in see through containers we could see which salad it was (but still no labels). I also did not get receipts for the entire order so I will be calling them tomorrow to talk to them about the above items and hopefully be able to get the missing receipts. read more

I ate at this location today, and ordered an Italian Market Salad. The salad consisted of lettuce, sliced salami, and shredded parmesan cheese. That's it. For $12, I expected a little more. I had to go back to ask for the dressing. As usual, the baguette was great. Also had to visit the restroom, and nearly got trapped in the tiny stall. Literally not enough room to get into the stall and turn around. It looks like they may have added the disabled stall and just made the other one smaller. Stopped by in a pinch, hoping to get saved and they were fantastic! I needed some bagels, pastries and coffee for a presentation after my catering called last minute to cancel because their machine broke. This location was open early enough for me to stop by and request a dozen bagels, a bunch of muffins and a tote of coffee. The service was super friendly, very efficient, and even put a rush in to get the coffee out to me as quickly as possible. It was exactly what I needed to save the morning! I will start by saying I am surprised to be giving this rate review for Panera. I have always had a very high opinion of the food I have eaten there. But, that was before I ate the BLT. Everything was exactly as described on the menu. The problem was they described the bacon as just that. They did not include the fact that it was the pre-cooked, thin and unappetizing version. In my opinion, if that I the only bacon you have you don't really have bacon. And, then you put out a sandwich not worthy of the Panera name. I understand you don't have the kind of resources at Panera to fry up bacon. That just means you don't have it on the menu. I adore this location. Since I am a member of the Unlimited Sip Club, I occasionally receive free coffee or tea. It's a relaxed and informal setting. Overall, team members are courteous and positive. It's amazing how many different healthy options there are, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. The morning burrito is one of my favorites. A delicious treat, that. I finally had occasion to leave the house early enough to try the Breakfast menu. I had heard from my YES friend Dee that the soufflés were amazing. They are! I had the spinach & bacon. I didn't know they were nestled in a flaky pastry! So I had also ordered a bear claw, which was remarkable. Mr H. thoroughly enjoyed his Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel. Not a good experience at all on New Years eve. Used the Door dash app to order food, simple order 2 bowls of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. ordered at 5:26 PM, Door dash said it would arrive at 5:55 PM. At 6:10 PM I called the restaurant to see what was up, the guy on the phone told me door dash was wrong, and it should arrive at 6:15, said it was out for delivery and the guy should be right there, then later in the conversation it the driver had one in front of it, then it would be right there, then he said the driver had 2 in front and it would be right there, not to worry. Delivery showed up at 6:40 PM!!! Soup of course was cold, but the biggest disappointment was the $9 grill cheese sandwich, toasted to black, cheese on the inside was black burned. took one bite and put it back in the bag. My one discrepancy is: Today is the first day back to mask mandate in all public businesses in Colorado until January 2022 and Ashley, whom I believe is a store manager was the only employee not wearing a mask. Went with my daughter for lunch. Had you pick two sandwich and mac & cheese andstrawberry poppyseed dressing salad and ordered chicken and wild rice soup. They were out of that for the second time. The bagette was 2" long. The salad was half the size it's been, the sandwich was 3 1/2" long, the mac &cheese was only 1/2 the cup, the pomegranate tea was kept at the fromt instead of with the meal. Pretty upset about our visit tonight. I got what I've been getting for a while now, a Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich. Tonight my sandwich was not right. The normally shredded chicken was in all different size chunks and strips - along with shredded, sliced, quartered and halved grapes. My boyfriend went up to ask about it and they said, "that's how the general manager wanted it." Considering it's the first time it's been like that, that's pretty hard to believe. Halfway through my poorly assembled sandwich, I bit something hard. No idea what it was, possibly a grape stem? Lastly, we took out our cookies at home and one of them had paper baked into the top. I've come to this location several times and every time i feel welcome to the environment. the food is a bit on the pricy side but even when i don't order, im able to sit down with friends or just focus on my own to work and im treated as a customer. One person in particular, her name is ana, greeted me and made a friendly conversation. Super nice along with the rest of the staff. The last two times we've been here it was awful. Staff couldn't get the order right after two times. This most recent experience was an online order pickup. Even my laid back relatives were shocked at the quality. The sandwich we ordered was barely put together. Had hardly any meats/cheese. 1/2 strip of bacon. Calling it a sandwich is an insult to sandwiches. The tortellini bowl for my son seemed like it was missing a serving. 9 dollar pasta could do better, at least give me my full portion! My salad from my pick two had no dressing, on it or on the side. Yum... We ordered a kids milk, didn't get it either. We placed the order for 5:30 pick up, my in-laws had to wait to pick it up until 5:40, on fine. But it was still cold! How does that happen? All of our meal was nearly 45 dollars. We should have gone to a restaurant for that, and next time we will. This place needs some serious work. Huge thumbs down, major disappointment.
