Panera Bread is always a good spot to grab a healthy bite with some nice healthy drink options. Nothing particularly spectacular about this one compared with others. It was clean, service was standard and it wasn't too busy on the inside. I ordered the creamy tomato soup with a side of bread and a chocolate croissant. The tomato soup was alright. It was warm, instead of hot and it could have used some spice or additional season to jazz it up a bit. Other than that. A pretty normal experience at a Panera.

Eating from a lid!!

Poor Service, Poor Quality, and Not Kid Friendly! Ordered a $50 dinner for 3 of us. Our 5 year old loves the Mac & Cheese. We were told, we aren't doing Non-togo orders because we are short staffed. Can't give you a plate for a 5 year old to eat off. Didn't get one of our chips, and everything was rushed and poorly made. We have eaten here many times in the past... Wow! Tonight was BAD!!! 12/01/2022 6:40PM

Panera is my jam. Order online to save time and pick up. This location has historically gotten pretty busy--and the pandemic has definitely made that worse. As of mid-2021, the restaurant is back open for indoor dining, but also fielding a lot of online orders. During peak lunch time on a weekday, expect some chaos! But my recent order was made pretty quickly. The French onion soup was missing croutons and cheese, which wasn't ideal, but oh well. In the future I'll probably try to order at a less peak time so I can avoid the crowds.

1st bite, 0 tuna - just bread & lettuce. I went in to investigate. Glad I chose that end, I would've been chomping on the onion butt

Clueless that this Panera has such a low rating until I want to share my experience. Ahhh! I'm not alone! Panera has set a level of expectation of what to experience visiting their restaurants- that one MUST post when it's not being met. But from look of these constant issues- the management of this location does not care! I'm seeing ZERO responses to these multiple issues. It's JANUARY at the time of this posting - NO ONE is wiping down the kiosks! Ummm we're in full swing of germs - flu season, viruses, and all kinds of yuckiness. The fingerprints left on the screens and noticeable crumbs and smears of whatever on the tables is disturbing! My order. Ugh! This is why I don't pre-tip! I would've been madder and have experienced that before. I hate having to reassemble my food -- yet here we are. The tuna just slapped haphazardly on the bread (which was HARD AF because it's been left out) along with end pieces of onion. WHY would you put this on ANYONE's sandwich! This piece of onion should've been tossed! I had to put my tuna back on the bread (which was not much at all), toss the onion butt - then eat. Last I checked- I DO NOT work for Panera!

This place is hit or miss. I usually order through Rapid Pickup. Sometimes my rapid pick up order is there, sometimes it's not. Sometimes my food is fresh and delicious, sometimes it's disappointing. Tonight it was definitely disappointing. I ordered a caprese sandwich and ended up with a gosh darn arugula sandwich with an itty bitty bit of caprese! Summamuhbih! Check out my photo to see if u can even spot the caprese on my sandwich. Oh yeah, and the bread was kinda burnt. Also, my food was not in the Rapid Pickup area so I actually had to interact with one of the employees to get my food. I didn't want to chit chat. I just wanted to go in and grab my stuff. Total bummer. Get it together Bailey's Crossroads Panera or next time you'll be getting one star from me.

Total disconnect between systems and service. Unreliable for even the basic order of tomato soup and grilled cheese.

Well seasoned with a good crunch. The steak and cheese for me was a mixed bag...I saw my food coming and was dumbfounded by how big the bread was, and I didn't see any meat popping out. Pulled the sandwich open and saw what little meat I got. For $12.95, I feel a little ripped off. Especially when places like The Broiler and George's Steak and Things offer similar prices with an astoundingly higher meat in the meat to bread ratio. What little of the meat was available was delicious. I wish I had gotten a sub-$13 worth, not barely $7.65. Not sure I could come back. With how much I paid, it felt like a diminished return. And if I did come back, I'd hope the other offerings, like the breakfast sandwich, burger, and pulled pork, offer a better meat-to-bread ratio.

The flavors are good--slightly sweet but savory meat that is easy to pull apart. I also ordered an add on of short rib on the side, and for $5.50, it was a rather small portion. It comes in a cute box and the staff was super nice and offered water while I waited for my order. It's located in the Ballston Quarter food court area.

It only took a quick 10 minutes to receive our entire order, which was 3 burgers, a crispy fried chicken sandwich, loaded fries, and 2 milkshakes! I was very happy with how efficient the service was and the most important part, how delicious every bite was! The smashburgers are made with 100% halal beef and they come out HOT with perfectly crispy edges on the patties and a juicy center. We ordered 3 burgers and each of them stood out in their own way. You can get a single, double, or triple patty burger and add whatever toppings to it too. The jalapeño burger was the star of the show, it had a such a nice and spicy kick to it. I wasn't expecting much but this burger had HEAT! Another favorite was the Juicy Lucy. It was packed with grilled onions and the patty was stuffed with cheddar cheese. A super messy and cheesy option that was definitely worth every bite! I liked that Jon's Joint offered other options too such as loaded fries and fried chicken sandwiches. What I found unique is that for the loaded fries, you can get it with falafel and make it spicy! This time, they had run out of the falafel so I am excited to try it next time. If you're in Arlington and craving a casual burger spot, you need to go to Jon's Joint. You'll get quick service and a delicious meal!

Italian meatball looked rough but it was filled with meat and cheese--also delicious. Reuben was filled with meat and a buttery sandwich slice. Plus their seasonal soup was butternut squash soup--sweet and creamy. Good solid sandwich shop with the classics, the works, as well as some sandwiches for the slightly more adventurous.
