Panera is what it is. Pricey but decent food and experience. I signed up for their new membership program that is free daily coffee for $8.99/month and it's free for the first 3 months. Gonna play it out and see how I like it after 3 months. This location has a lot of natural light and a more energetic demographic compared to some of the other locations I've been to.

I was wondering why this location wasn't getting amazing reviews and now I know. The food was okay. Not up to the standard that I expect from Panera, and with a lot of customers, it seemed as though the pickup counter was a constant and frustrating congestion. My salad was fine. Not great. But fine. I can only imagine that the rush of customers makes this location hard to manage but I did not get the sense that quality was the main aim here.

I abhor the way this Panera has gone. From the 12th to the 19th, my sandwich went from a decent size to almost 1/3 it's original size. Someone by the name of Bethany (who lacks manners and common courtesy) basically told me that the mood of the bakers determine the size of the bread used for my sandwich. When I mentioned other things mentioned in my order were missing, she basically told me too bad. And to forget complaining to corporate, because she gets all the complaints and will simply discard it.

Ate some paper with my cheese! Ugh

The inside is bigger than your average Panera, as well as some outdoor seating.

Great ice-cold beers, pizza, more. Playground! Indoor and outdoor seating…read more We were in town for a wedding, and we ate at MadTree Parks & Rec several times (May 2026). Our host was able to make reservations for seating areas for large numbers of people, so once we had two areas of a dozen or more, and a couple other times we had one area of that size. This flexibility was a big plus because we could only guess at how many would make it each time. We had ice-cold beers of every description, including IPAs, hazys, and other local crafts. I can't name them all, and some drafts aren on the printed menu, bu5 8 kniw we had Psychopathy, a flavorful IPA, and Seeing Colors Tropical IPA, with a sweeter / hazy profile. Dont miss their cocktails! We loved the S'More Espresso Martini: vodka, chocolate liqueur, coffee tiqueur, and espresso :-) So much yum! And we ordered various pizzas. Our favorite was the Scenic Supreme (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, black olives) and the Vista Veggie (about the same without the meats). I also saw friends devouring Caprese Canyon (olive oil, minced garlic, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, roma tomatoes, balsamic drizzle). And of course regular pepperoni. Tasty crust, tasty red sauce, (you could get white sauce), generous toppings. We got the large sizes, which were enough for at least four people per pie. Sandwich-wise, the most popular was the Cuban Reuben: marble rye, corned beef, ham, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, dill pickle, and Russian dressing. It's the added ham and pickles that move it toward a Cuban sandwich. Well-stacked, hot, and flavorful. For local flavor, the Goetta sandwich: that flavorful Cincinnati oat-pork hash, with candied bacon, american cheese, pickled jalapeños, lettuce, and ranch. Here and there we shared Buffalo fried-Cauliflower with celery and ranch on the side. This was. Not as spicy as it could be. But if you're going to eat cauliflower, this is tasty approach. We like the tangy Fried Pickle Spears better, served with lightly-spicy chipotle ranch. And we added some fresh crunchy Caesar salads, too, and and amazing pecan, apple, blue cheese, cranberry salad! So many candied pecans! Somehow, the servers kept up with an erratic flow of orders from different groups, keeping track on portable devices, so it was easy for each group to settle their own bill as-needed. It may not sound like much, but it was impressively smooth and error-free. And the staff remained helpful, and cheerful throughout. They built a large playgroup area with slides and climbers and more. Inside there's a large play camper that we spent a lot of time in, too! This is a great place for fresh-air dining, for large groups, and especially for kids. We lived the food and drink. Lots of wonderful leftovers, especially those huge pizzas!

Then I thought okay it's mid week, lunch time, so I came in. I was limited on time, came in and ordered a pizza and a beer. Told the server she could serve it in the to go box since I had to go sooner than I would have liked. Service was friendly, prompt and she still checked on me after I had paid. Although the place was not busy, there was a large table with a baby and 2 pre schoolers. They were all well behaved, but still I'm always surprised that breweries are now for kids. I really liked the decor!

I like the decor from the coffee bean bags being used as blinds and the added touch of fresh flowers! The only thing I'm not to fond of is their cotton decor that they have if a few areas in the cafe'. My boyfriend and I were greeted right away and were told to sit wherever we like. The server was really kind she gave us some food recommendations on sides in which I tried their hash brown casserole. Not quite what I expected as it was a hashbrown mixed with cheese but it was pretty good. She allowed us to taste one of the beers before we committed on one. I haven't been to many cafés that have beer on tap but they have two kinds and I think that's pretty cool! I got a gingerbread latte which was tasty, not much of a gingerbread flavor. For food I ordered French toast with turkey bacon and it was perfection ! My boyfriend ordered a shrimp and grits and decided to get one to go because he had ordered it before and it's his favorite! We had informed the server about our to go Oder while ordering but when we received our check we didn't see it on there and ended up waiting a bit until it came out. They always have great food and great service. If you haven't been go try it!

Some restaurant coffee tastes burnt, and this did not. It was served in a mug you'd find at home, which made it feel quant. The avacado toast was a good portion. Sides were available at an extra cost. Service was great; very attentive. I will be back!

I LOVE this place…read more They may single-handedly have the best margaritas in town. Tasty and strong -- just how I like them. Every time I go, the drinks are consistent and well-balanced, and they don't skimp. I usually pop in for a quick happy hour with friends or former coworkers, and it's perfect for that. So far I've had the deviled eggs and the potato latkes, and both were really good -- great little bites to pair with a margarita. The vibes are super cute, cozy, and welcoming. I cannot wait until the weather warms up so I can sit out on the patio -- it's going to be such a whole mood. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Pro tip: if you get there around 4:30-5:00 PM, you typically won't have much of a wait. If you're in Blue Ash and want strong margaritas, cute vibes, and easy happy hour energy -- this is your spot.

Our server brought all three food dishes out at the same time, which we could not even fit on the small table without taking off some things to put on the bench next to me. The soup was tasty, but mostly large cubes of bread with practically no cheese at all. The Croque Madame had no discernible cheese on it at all. The worst part: we each requested a coffee refill (one was never offered), and our server poured half of my friend's topped up coffee directly from her cup into my cup! I was so shocked that I was speechless. To top off this incredible faux pas, she split the check into two without asking, and I was treating my friend. Instead of bringing a new check as I requested, she had me sign her tablet that just showed the total, with no breakout, had me fill in her tip, and then walked away with neither asking me if I wanted a receipt, which of course I did, nor providing me with one. The coffee thing was so gross and unsanitary that I never shall return.
