The cheese mixture was seemingly cooked separately from the chicken for it had grilled texture fried cheese gets kind of a disappointment to me since the texture lacked overall flavor and taste aside from from the fried cheese texture and taste, more importantly based on the menu what I got this element no depth or flavor profile with thicker creamy texture like a "stuffing" it was just a gooey fried cheese AND there were NO sun dried tomatoes to really speak of but one anomaly seen in my photo when cut, a huge disappointment because one of the draws to me for this dish WAS the tomato element - the gravy was watered down and missing in action completely in this dish no flavor no substance at all - the chicken was dry and overcooked a major disappointment for an Italian restaurant serving a chicken dish, and again like everything else lacked any flavoring profile aside from the fried cheese - the potatoes were fine bland overall since the gravy did nothing for them would have loved some butter in the end or some seasoning of some type - while the restaurant service always seems to be top notch and friendliness of all the employees always high standards the kitchen continues to let them all down in the end - I can't recommend this fine institution at this time it seems they forgotten what made them a destination place to begin with all these years extremely excellent service great history within the restaurant and exceptional food, let's hope they recover before it's too late - Be Well!
