For a one time low price (worth approx same about of 3 or 4 beverages), you get to enjoy 3mths of beverages! Or if your like me that got into the Sip Club at 50% off, you got more bang for your buck. Easily place your app order from a created list of coffee, sodas and teas, and pickup when ready! Many times there are extra offers on the app for sip club members, like 1/2off a bakery item. Yes pls! So while we all know how great Panera is for their food (the Fuji apple salad and Frontega chicken being my absolute favorites), don't skip the Sip Club. Normally I'm a fan of Panera but this past time not so much. I wanted to order a salad one evening but the salad bar was already closed. Instead, I ordered a chicken and avocado sandwich to go. When I got the sandwich, it had the smallest slivers of avocado and it was very disappointing. I'm not sure if this is their normal serving but it seems very deceptive. read more

This Panera Bread opened up after closing their Brandon Westfield location and I'm here for it! It makes it easier to access and do drive thru orders. This location took over the old Cheddar's on causeway and is in front of Joann's Fabrics. They had order kiosks once you enter, credit and gift card payments only. I did the pick two and did the chicken Asian salad and Turkey deli sandwich with a side of chips. Our order was ready within 5-10 minutes. Salad and sandwich were absolutely delish! We got the chocolate chips cookies too and my word, it was so good. It's been at least a decade since I've been to Panera but this certainly has made me want to come back more! I will be back and highly recommend this place! read more

I hate when a sandwich is slapped together with a lump of meat. Would it really take that much longer to unfold the slices so it's evenly distributed, especially on the croissant bread that comes apart so easily. I'm sitting in the drive through line right now. I asked for a group size of the chicken and wild rice. The woman who took my order said they only have the sizes for cup, bowl, and bread bowl - nothing larger. I ordered two bowls of soup. On their menu and even on Uber Eats, it shows group size for soup is available. When I got to the window to point it out, they could only say "well you already paid so there is nothing I can do now." I guess I'll just order from Uber Eats from now on so they can give me the size I'm requesting. read more

New location over on causeway across from the Walmart. Very nice and clean. Easy access and drive thru. The staff were hard and quick at work when I came in. They have a kiosk that you order on. I'm usually one for personally interaction but it was easy to navigate through and order with no problems at all. They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from including coffee. I received excellent service today at the drive-through! The staff was so pleasant, my order was prepared quickly, and it was absolutely delicious! I usually come here for a quick lunch, and sometimes work inside since it's so quiet. Today I had the chicken bacon sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup. They offer Pepsi products, but only in fountain form. There's ample parking and plenty of nearby shops to explore, including Kohl's, Walmart, Nordstrom Rack, Costco, and Total Wine. Plus, the mall is just 5 minutes away. read more

Ate here earlier in the week. Everything was ok. Went there again today and I was completely ignored. I stood up front waiting to place my order and nobody acknowledged I was there. There looked to be a manager prepping and cooking bread. Looked right at me a few time and nothing. People in the back getting drive through orders ready but nobody taking care of those that walk in. CONS: This is Panera Bread - a place that has a COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION. What do they do? About 11AM (yes, we're talking in the morning - not when they're about to close or something) they LIMIT the coffee they have available. They remove dark roast + decaf so you only have 2 options left. Why the heck would they remove coffee when you're supposed to be able to get their coffee at any time?! Especially if you're paying for the subscription!! To not be able to get the coffee you want when you come in for lunch is absolutely ridiculous!! Their management does NOT seem competent nor customer accommodating. When I asked about the coffee situation I was told, "we don't want to have to go back and forth with replenishing the coffee." Not to mention - their music is WAY TOO LOUD! It's so obnoxious you can barely talk to the person with you at your table. Also, the bathroom needs a hook on the back of the door to hang a purse or jacket! Pro: I like the updated ambiance. I've had a couple bad experiences there, but this was the final straw. Went to pick up my order, there was no one in line when I got there. I could see my order just sitting on the back counter. Teenage manager was feet away from me playing with a phone in pieces with another co-worker. Waited 10 minutes while he made eye contact with me numerous times. I assumed he knew I was waiting on that order, and that they were maybe waiting for one more thing to get done. Finally, another coworker came out from the back and asked if she could help me. I told her I was waiting on the order just sitting on the back counter. She handed it to me. I could've been out of there 10 minutes earlier with hot food, had it not been for their inadequate manager. Their cashier was the only shining star of that place which means she'll probably leave for a better working environment than the manager they hired offers. If that is how he approaches being a manager, I can only imagine what he lets happen to the food. I will not be back. read more

This particular morning I visited PANERA BREAD, I ordered 2 sandwiches exactly the same. One came with the substitution and 1 came without. I drove all the way to my office, gave my co-worker her sandwich and had to return to the store to return the other sandwich. The Manager McKenna came to the window and very rudely not knowing what's going on questioned me about the sandwich and insinuated that the other sandwich had been eaten. That was beside the fact that my order was wrong. No apology for getting my order wrong and having to drive all the way back to have it rectified, at $6.99 plus tax for a sandwich, I needed my sandwich correct. But all I received was rudeness like it was my fault. PANERA BREAD do better, there is plenty more places to get a sandwich. As a Manager I expected more. read more
