This location has got to be the WORST Panera ever! Ordered 2 bagels just sliced not toasted. Ordered ahead so I could just go in and grab it. Received a message saying my order was ready but it was not on the shelf. Asked a worker and he said they are working on it and it should be up any second. After waiting another 7 minutes I asked to talk to a manager. She also told me it should ready any second. I asked why I got a message saying it was ready if it wasn't. Her response we don't control that. What?? Then you need to talk to who does as it's obvious it's not working. Sit down to eat and there is no butter when my instructions said Extra butter. Almost every time I come to this location my order is wrong or missing something. This is the final straw won't be coming back!! No worth getting frustrated every time. read more

For the most part, Panera bread is a decent place. i am not going to say that I love it but it is solid if that is what i am craving that day.. I met a couple of people here for a late morning business meeting. All I wanted was coffee. Sounds simple and easy and hassle-free right? I think not! There was a family of four in front of me and i think they must have been related to or known the person working behind the counter. They spent an out of control amount of time chatting and laughing. I love Panera Bread, I do! Love their Salads and bread. Can't get enough. I went there cuz i was meeting someone there and just ate a quick bite and used their free WIFI to browse the net. I hate the throwing garbage part, It's like they give you so many different plates and you have to kind of assemble them so they aren't stacking up like they are about to fall. The workers do try to clean them up and get them out of the way as often as they can. Must try their Greek salad!! read more

I placed an online order for another person. I was called by an employee to inform me one of the two items were out. I got a substitution from who I was ordering for, tried to call the store back 8 times to substitute with no one answering the phone. In the meantime the order was delivered with an unwanted substitution that I hadn't ordered and the other person couldn't eat due to a dietary restriction. Wow! Talk about being overrated or paying for a name. At Panera, you pay mainly for the name. On television, it looks great, in real time, you are overpaying for limited amounts of food. I get more food at a slop shop for less. I ordered a Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich that came with 3 "slivers" of meat, a teaspoon of onions served on a gigantic piece of bread. Technically, it was a grilled cheese with meat and onion shavings all for the great price of $7.69. Will never do that again! Salads, also overrated with apple crisps on them, tiny cups of dressing and just not appealing. Overall, spent way too much today to be this dissatisfied. Live and learn. You got me today. read more

So I went to panera you know I ordered a sandwich and when I got home and open the wrapper pick up my sandwich and there was a spider in the sandwich!! We had to wait a little longer than normal, but the lady who brought us our food offered us a free pastry on the house because of it. I ordered a Greek chicken salad with extra chicken and they forgot my chicken. The same lady had them give me a full salad worth of chicken on the side. I had a very unfortunate experience at Panera tonight. Upon arriving, there was an extremely long line.It was 4:30 PM (I would assume dinner rush time) and only one person working the register. Myself and two others decided to use the ordering kiosks instead. None of the "done" buttons were working and the touch screen was malfunctioning as well. So, after much frustration and time wasted-we had to assume that the machines seemed to be out of service. There wasn't any note or employee to let us know. After I got into the even longer line to place my order (and I only had limited time to eat in the first place) I found out they were out of lettuce and avocado. Again, a note would have been appreciated. My friend also ordered a latte and it took her about 15 minutes to receive her coffee. As most Panera Bread establishments, this Panera Bread is spot on with quality and service. The restaurant is generally clean. And there's plenty of room (large) for all party sizes. One time, they gave me the wrong cream cheese for my large bagel order. I made them aware on my following visit and they ensured that would not happen again. Nice place to go for a soup/sandwich. The restaurant is clean. The only thing that deters me from places like this is the people who buy a cup of coffee (or nothing) and lounge around for hours for the free WiFi. Maybe because I don't do that myself, I find it pretty annoying. read more

Line was fast moving, cashier could have been more enthusiastic but still nice and pleasant. Got order right. Restaurant food was decent for bagels. However we could not sit at any of the booths bc all the table tops were dirty. We had been to this location about a month or two ago and had to ask for our table to be wiped down and cleaned as well.
