What could improve? Everything. Truthfully and in every way, this was the worst food I've ever been served anywhere. I spoke with the manager who was vey understanding. I am supposed to receive full credit for my order. I will monitor that to fruition. Perhaps this particular Panera should be closed. read more

The website is not user friendly. I wanted a large soup and 2 pick twos. I had to make 2 separate orders. I called the store, spoke to associate to have both orders delivered together. The order was repeated. It was right. I received one order. I asked the Panera driver to bring the large soup back because it was missing. Opened my order and the one order received and the sandwich looked disgusting to say the least. The store called me questioning the missing soup. I was asked to hold for 8 minutes. I called back. The associate I spoke to said "I reviewed the video and 2 items were placed in the bag. We will remake your sandwich and redeliver. I have to open a case." I asked "A case? For what?" He just sighed and hung up. It has been an hour. No redelivery. You cannot even request a call back. The site makes it impossible. We pay too much for this "service". Will not be back. read more

Avocados in the "Avo Egg white" breakfast sandwich were inedible (almost crunchy-hard)...lesson learned!

Panera on $15. I had to try the spicy chicken dipper with avocado and bacon added. This is a great sandwich. The total was $14.97 with an apple and no drink. The service was excellent. The ambiance was amazing. read more

By far the worst Panera location I've ever been too. I have been here multiple times with wait times that have exceeded an hour, even when it's not busy. This location is staffed by a bunch of unmotivated teenagers in the evening, and there's a complete lack of leadership. Lots more people standing around doing nothing than you'd expect for a place that's always so slow. Food is ok. read more

There is a new Panera that opened up near us in Brooklyn Park, MN. We like this new look. The food quality is quite good, about on a par with most Panera offerings. However, it's not overly loud and a very good place for conversation. Recommend supporting it. It's definitely better than the usual 3 star Panera ratings. Staff, however is in short supply. read more

We have been eating at Panera for years, and we were excited to be getting a new Panera here in BP. Unfortunately, we have had a bad experience both times our family have been patrons. The 1st time, we ordered our meals & they forgot about my son's meal, so he had to remind them to make it (bagel). Then his meal sat there at the food counter, while he stood there waiting for them to give it to him. Side note - the manager was going up to the food counter, delivering meals to others over and over and just ignoring my son. After about 5-10 minutes, my wife went up and asked again about the bagel, which was still sitting there on the counter getting cold. They re-toasted it and gave it to him. By now, the rest of us were halfway finished eating. Not great, but, we felt this may have just been a fluke and let it go. The 2nd time, we ordered delivery and they forgot one of our meals, which was strange since they had included a marked-off "double-check" receipt, but still missed it. After calling the store about the missing meal, they told me they couldn't send another driver to give us the missing meal so I had to drive over to Panera to get it. Again, not great, but, the manager Zoe apologized and said she would cancel the order to make up for it. Very nice! Unfortunately, what she did, was cancel my order so I lost all my reward points, and it DID NOT send a refund to my credit card. I called a week later to inquire about it (with Selena) and they said wait a few more days & they never called me back and I still don't have a refund. So now, they missed a meal, made me come get the missing meal, promised a false refund, and took away all my reward points. Super Not Great. Did the BP Panera not hire managers that know how to go above and beyond to make customers feel taken care of? Especially at a brand new location? Don't they want to drive repeat business? We won't be back to this location - Coon Rapids is managed by the NICEST lady, who is courteous to customers and the orders are correct, every time. She walks the dining area to check on the customers and interacts in a friendly manner. Great manager! read more

We decided to eat at Panera on Saturday evening. One other person in the place besides us. Placed out order. 1 flatbread pizza, a grilled cheese sandwich with mac and cheese, and a turkey and mozzarella sandwich. A frozen Strawberry lemonade, a soft drink and a water. The cashier told us that they were out of mac and cheese, but it would be 15 minutes before they would have some ready. No worries. She gave us a buzzer and two drink cups. We sat in the dining area and waited. And waited... and waited. Probably about 25-30 minutes. Finally the same cashier came over and said "oh, didnt your pager work? Your food has been sitting up at the counter." So by the time we got our food it was just barely warm enough to eat. The frozen lemonade was melted. One of the people in our group bit into their sandwich. There was no turkey on the sandwich. They forgot the turkey. How do you serve a turkey sandwich and provide no turkey? Now either they are short staffed or nobody is in control of the kitchen. The manager was actually the one making the food. How do you quality control if you have no one running the kitchen but making the food. And if you are so swamped that you are missing items on orders, why were there 2 possibly 3 employees on break. Hoping this was just a one and done situation and not the norm of things to come. Would have given 0 stars but that was not an option. read more

BAD!!!! I waited about 30 minutes at the drive thru window for a bagel and breakfast wrap and that made me very late for class. Not to mention my bagel had been burnt to the point where it was inedible. I mean seriously, who serves someone a quite obviously burnt bagel?? I don't know who manages this place but they need to seriously step up their game and they need to actually teach their employees some customer service skills. BAD BAD BAD experience. read more

I used to not like Panera because I didn't really know of anything there that I loved. But the problem was I hadn't really tried much of their food. Until... I finally decided to get one of their sandwiches myself. It was an amazing experience! BEST SANDWICH EVER. I got a turkey one, but I customized it quite a bit, and I have discovered a classic favorite that I have started to make at home as well! First and last time! Beware if you order for pick up (especially a group order). They charged me but forget to include the soup in a you pick two meal. and the salad consisted of nothing but wilted lettuce and wonton strips. When called they refused to credit, saying I'd have to come back in for a refund. So I emailed them and the response was I had to sign up online and send info. Then I got an email saying they needed my email - huh? Yes, that was their response. Just forget it. I'll go someplace else. read more

I pre-ordered lunch for a lunch presentation the day before and picked 12:15 to pick it up. When I arrived to pick up my order, I saw my name about 8th down on the list of what they were getting ready and it was 12:10. I spoke to an employee and said mine was supposed to be ready by 12:15. She said it was just be a minute or two. Needless to say it wasn't ready on time. I didn't receive it until 12:25 and my meeting started at 12:30 and was 8 minutes away. Luckily I checked the bags when I got to my car, as the order was wrong (the third time with Panera at different locations), so I had to go back in and have them fix the order. It's now 12:30 and I'm officially late for my meeting, making me look unprofessional. I won't be using Panera for any of my business meetings any longer as this was their third strike in getting the order wrong, the second time it wasn't done on time. In fact one time I came to pick it up and they didn't even have it, even when I showed them my confirmation. I understand things happen, that it can get busy, but then don't guarantee a time when ordering it on-line. I wasn't the only one waiting for their order either, there were a few of us not too happy. Should I have picked an earlier time, maybe but my order contained both soup and warm sandwiches and I had calculated the distance between this location and my business meeting, 8 minutes, allowing for a 7 minute leeway time. Earlier today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and specifically asked for no bacon got home and bacon was on my sandwich. Other than tonight, I have given them 5 stars....tonight I ordered my meal on the App., and when I got there it not only said my meal was waiting, but they would be right at the car. I waited for 20 minutes and tried calling...after the intro, it just hung up. I kept telling them I was there and ready...no one came..I tried the phone several times, but no one answered. Also kept letting them know I was still WAITIN...by now, it's 45 minutes later...all of the cars are gone, and I'm still trying to get ahold of them...I get in line at drive through and ask what is going on????
