People are treated with dignity and respect, and I trust that it is a safe environment to relax in. Seconds are available, and they usually have an abundance of sides and desserts. They also have other events such as a sing-along, haircuts, and other surprises! I have suggested this place many times and brought friends! I hope this is a program that can continue for years to come! Edit: Unfortunately, I had an incident that has to bring my rating down, for the sake of safety. I went to a volunteer to help me with someone that approached me, and the volunteer had no skills and no confidence in handling the situation. That is a huge cut to the level of safety in the space.

The seating availability is good - patio when it's warm, booth or back table when it's chilly. The food is good! I often like to try something new, and I've never been disappointed. The taste was delicious and wonderful, but if it's advertised as a "big chicken", I'd expect a sizeable serving. We had been here many times before this instance so we decided to try it again recently and it was very disappointing. The table and booth were so sticky, there was just a general layer of dirt-film over everything in our booth. Our server had to come back to our table multiple times to get our breakfast order put into the kitchen (one trip for potato choice, one trip for eggs and I still didn't even get the right kind, one trip for toast, one trip for the meat, I felt like I was being punk'd), the food was extremely underdone but somehow took forever to prepare so I really just had toast and coffee for breakfast (almost raw hashbrowns, raw onions, barely melted cheese) and it was over $50 for two of us to have breakfast with a tip. When we moved here three years ago it was one of our solid spots for a bite to eat but I don't think I'd go back again after the last two experiences. We thought the first instance was a fluke when we weren't served or even greeted after we were sat but now the food isn't really worth going back for. Chicken tikka was okay - sauce could have been smoother, and we tend to prefer it without sliced onions and peppers but it had average flavor. Naan is naan - good texture, not a ton of garlic flavor. The samosas - we'd skip the lamb, it was dry on the inside and didn't taste much like lamb. The vegetable ones were better and you could taste the seasoning in them. Overall not someplace I'd search out to visit again but it wasn't bad. Might try it again a second time to see if it was just an off night!
