I absolutely love everything about this Panera location! If I could come here every single day, I definitely would. You truly can't go wrong with any choice from the bakery, but the real star for me is the Madagascar Vanilla coffee--it's incredible. I honestly wish I worked remotely just so I could spend my mornings here. Since it's a newer spot, it's nice and quiet in the mornings, making it the perfect atmosphere. This is the worst Panera I've been to! I thought to myself, let me try this location on this beautiful Saturday morning! Worse decision! Gave our order, my daughter ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and I got a cinnamon roll and hazelnut coffee. The female who took our order said let me get the cinnamon roll for you and I stools there thinking she was going to give me my cinnamon roll...nope she walked away so I said ok it will come with our order. Still ,NO it wasn't on the tray when I went up to get it. So I made my coffee, no almond milk, no half and half...nothing all empty , are you kidding me! Very clean and friendly Panera, but just surprised how pricy everything is now. A plus is that they have a drive thru and mobile app for quick ordering/ pick-ups. But I must say it does take them a while to hand over one simple coffee. It's a great place to study or work, but make sure you connect to their free internet since the surrounding network is so bad. The best pricing is their value duet that includes half a sandwich and soup. Unfortunately they're unable to mix and match or add customizations. Most importantly they were hot and fresh, the baguette was great dipped into the soup. read more

Was craving something light for lunch and saw this Panera was not too far from work. Placed an online order for pick-up for the You Pick 2. I got a soup and salad and the order was ready before I got there. I do like that this location has a drive through which is so convenient if you're just grabbing and going. I wanted to dine in and check out the inside, but I was in a rush to get back to work. My bread was soft and fresh and my salad was made the way I ordered it. I accidently ordered the wrong chicken soup and didn't realize until I got back to work, but that's my fault for not paying attention when ordering. Only interaction I had with the staff was in the drive through and he was really nice. This looks like a nice new location with a lot of options in the area and I'm glad this spot isn't too out of the way. Would definitely come again! read more

I stopped in for two bagels togo and I have to say these were not up to Panera standards! The blueberry bagel was smaller and shaped really weird. It was not very thick, which made it tough in texture, it was lopsided and had the biggest hole in a bagel I've ever seen. The cinnamon crunch bagel was a little oddly shaped and smaller than other locations, but it was still good. The staff was really super friendly and helpful and everything looked clean and tidy so I gave an extra star. My pickup order was fresher and made a little better. In person the staff was friendly. Ive been coming here for a few months and I had a really great experience at the drive-thru thanks to one of the workers I think her name is Adri, They were extremely gentle, kind, and patient while taking my order. Their tone was calm and respectful, and they made me feel comfortable instead of rushed, which I really appreciated. It's rare to come across someone who is both professional and genuinely nice. The other times I have came in, The workers up front were very respectful as well and had my order out in no time they all work hard and, They handled everything smoothly and made sure my order was correct. According to the big guy in charge of the kitchen this is good amount of protein for $8 sandwich, which is 1/2 of what it used to be and 50% more cost. Unbelievable. When I asked the guy why is it 1/2 of a usual amount like before in my hometown, he said its because they did not weighted the protein and according to him it is 1 ounce of chicken. Less amount of egg as well. 2 small slices of avocado, but bunch of arugula. I've seen another family pissed off when checking their to go order as well. Nice dependable consistent neighborhood Panera. Love the SipClub sub. Staff always friendly and helpful. They do sometimes get busy and difficult to get staff's attention. Not always the cleaniest of places (restrooms included), but it's not been an issue for me. Free WiFi attracts students as well folks who want to work on their laptops for a bit. Food-wise, my go to is the Bacon Rancher with custom toppings. Food is healthy and love their baguettes and various bagels and spreads. Good soups in their bread bowls and family feast meals for 4. The squash soup was good as always but the tomato BLT needs work. I got the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup and it cost me over $13. I've never been served a BLT with ice cold bacon before. It was like they had the precooked bacon in the fridge and just threw it on the sandwich straight out of the fridge...not good. And the mushy tomatoes seemed like they had been frozen and came out with a really bad texture. Wouldn't recommend this sandwich at all. Lots of parking and place looked clean. First person I ran into was nice, gave me the restroom code. Then I ordered on the kiosk. When I asked for a water cup the girl that gave me the code obviously wasn't trained to help anyone for any reason at the counter. Other girl who was standing at the counter "bagging" up food, wasn't doing anything and also would turn around. I'm sure she could hear me breathing. I asked her for a water cup. No one would lay attention to anyone. I sat. It was slow. There were maybe 3 people in the restaurant. Hardly any orders on the screen. Oh my goodness they were so slow. No pep in their step at all. I got my order about 10-15 mins after I ordered. It was like once it started getting busy then they gave out orders. Me and a couple of other people were looking around constantly thinking it was way too long to be waiting. Then they practically made everything ready at the same time. The place was fine. A little cold and personalities were not warm. Food was ok. Salad looked like I got the stuff from the bottom of the bag. Sandwich was missing a couple items. I was over it. I placed an order at 630pm to pick up. Said it would be ready by 7. We got here and saw the "status board". It said there were 30 orders in from of us that still hadn't been fulfilled. The only reason why I didn't leave the place was because I had already redeemed a gift card and used it for the order so I couldn't reverse the transaction . Otherwise, I would've walked right out. I live in The Preserve and the service here is really noteworthy of a 5 star review. Every time I order or pick up in the drive thru there is a 10 to 15 min wait to receive my order. Not sure if management is aware of the bad reviews and the lack of customer service where drink and food orders are always wrong. This review is specifically for the drive through service. Every employee was on point and helpful, except for one person by the name Bri. I had placed an order for only a cup of coffee from the app for drive through pickup. When it was ready, I arrived with no one ahead of me. Keep this in mind, no one was in the drive through except for me. Bri asked me to come to the window, so I did. I sat there for 12 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee. I thought that ordering from the app would save me time, nope. I figured I was the only one in the drive through pickup, it would be easy and seamless, nope. So I moved on and figured this was a one off event, so I continued to just do a drive through order on another day, without preordering and received the same long wait with Bri. When I encountered other employees around the same morning hour, this doesn't happen. Panera needs to start timing this employee. Customers are heading out to work and rely on Panera for quick coffees and breakfast. All your other employees seem to be able to achieve this, what's going on with your employee Bri. read more

This Panera bread location is newly built, and despite it being a nice location, the customer service level needs more improvement. They are just too slow for the few customers waiting. I was in the drive thru one day, and there was only 2 cars ahead of me, but it took 20 mins. Other times I will walk inside to order, and again the service level is the same. Some of these customers are just ordering a beverage. If it takes this long during the slow times, I can only imagine how long it takes during the busy times. Went here to order food we ordered two bread bowls only got one bread we ordered an Italian sandwich. We didn't get the sandwich. We just got four chips we asked for baguettes as the sides they wouldn't give it to us because we're saving the bread for tomorrow totally botched up our order on top of bad customer service, and they were out of baguette, bread, I was told, and then I looked to The right and there's four racks of bread, and I was told that that was for tomorrow. Not for today. It is seven PM And the bread is ready. And you're not gonna serve it because you're saving it for the next day. It's really retarded. The Management here. We had to stand around a wait for like two minutes for somebody to come to the front because we're all just standing there, looking confused in the back. It's really bad Management. I suggested to a client of mine that we meet at this new Chino location for breakfast. Big mistake. We placed our order which was for 2 Sausage CinnaScramble sandwiches and 2 coffees. We went to the coffee counter, and found that the bold brew coffee pot, AND the mild brew coffee pots were BOTH completely empty, and the Hazelnut coffee only filled one of our cups (there were 4 or 5 crew members behind the counters and only two customers in the dining room). I reported the empty coffee pots to the employees behind the pickup area and without any apologies they just said they'd take care of it and let us know when they were refilled. Immediately after that the cashier came up to me and told me that they only had enough bread left for one CinnaScramble sandwich. Seriously?? They ran out at 8:30 in the morning? My client ordered a different breakfast sandwich. The rest of the story is that no one ever came to our table to tell us the coffee pots were full and ready.
