A friend recommended this place and I've gotten takeout here twice now (salmon + sushi rice bowls). Once through DoorDash and the there time through their site for pickup. Both times have been absolutely delicious and super fresh. I really enjoyed the spicy poke sauce (their spicy mayo) with unagi sauce. Would recommend and order again for my next poke bowl craving!!

    salmon bowl

service was great, the last there was super nice. the bowl is pretty good, i haven't had poke in a while since my favorite place poki cat closed their chino hills location and they're in mission viejo now. but this is pretty solid. extinguished my craving . the place looks clean and they were playing frank ocean back to back and i love him so it was a vibe.

    Small Bowl Salmon, Ahi Tuna

first time here, 10/10 overall experience. i can confidently say this is better than my fav go to poki place. we came in near closing and the staff were kind enough to take our orders and give us a generous amount. the quality of the fish was rlly good

When you first walk in it doesn't smell super great - kind of like a public restroom and it was hot, the AC was definitely not running. We ordered a miso soup, spam musubi, and a large poke bowl. This came out to $26. The miso soup was watery and didn't have much flavor - which no big deal because who orders soup from a Poke place. But the spam musubi was gray and inedible. The bowl was small and the sauces were bland. We likely will not be back.

Giving this place 3 stars . The Tuna was not as soft as I'm used to , and the prices for what you get is a little high, but it wasn't bad and the staff was nice .

Ever since, whenever I craved for poki bowl, this is the spot I would go to get my fix. This restaurant is very clean. As you walk in, there is a station with order menu that you could use, to circle in your order. Once you selected what you want, take the order sheet over to the friendly staff, and they will make your poki bowl. You could also order using their Ordering Kiosks. Beside the poki bowl, they also have Ramen noodle bowls as well. I usually get the small size bowl that comes with 3 scoops of proteins. Even with the small size bowl, they give you plenty of foods. The staff members are welcoming, patient, and quick. The food here is by far a standout. The fish quality is always really good and the serving size is amazing. There was another poke place I went to in Chino Hills (that has since closed) that had such a small serving size for the price. Pokimania gives you a great serving size and the quality is always top tier. I normally get either the 3-scoop or the 4-scoop, and it is plenty to fill you up. Only thing I am sad about is that I think recently (within the last 6-months) they changed their wonton chips and I liked the old ones better. Even so, this place is an easy 5/5 and I highly recommend.

This USED to be one of my favorite places and I USED to go at least twice a month, sometimes more…read moreoften. Like so many places though, they took advantage of the Covid-era inflation and have raised their prices much more than warranted. My favorite was the Garlic Shrimp plate, but the price has DOUBLED in the last couple of years, and I refuse to be gouged. The cost of the other plates is now higher than the shrimp used to be too. The Hawaiian rice was tasty but always overpriced considering the little portion of meat in it. This is not chain restaurant, so I seriously doubt they are paying their staff the fast-food wage that CA mandates for fast-food workers, so I chalk it up to price gouging. Chicken, rice and macaroni prices have not doubled, and I can buy over 2 lbs of shrimp for $18 (total cost of Garlic Shrimp plate) vs the 14 shrimp on the Garlic Shrimp plate. So, they've lost a steady customer because of their greed. I'd go back if their prices were more reasonable because I used to enjoy most of the dishes I tried. After reading a few other reviews, it sounds like the owners have changed and the nice guy that used to work the front is now gone since I've been there over a yr ago. If they bothered to post a menu online, I could see if the prices are now more reasonable and I'd try it again. That's why I checked out their website today, but no luck.

I recommend Wok & Grill. It's freshly cooked food that's generously portioned and affordable…read more It's satisfying and filling. Wok & Grill sells Chinese and Hawaiian food. I ordered the Chicken Combo (Chicken Katsu & BBQ Chicken - $13.19) and Spam Musubi ($5.89). The Chicken Combo is a lot of food. The Chicken Katsu is crisp, large, and crunchy. The BBQ Chicken is thick, peppery, and moist. The rice and cabbage are fresh. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the macaroni salad; it tasted like water mixed with leftover mayonnaise. Thankfully, the macaroni salad's lingering aftertaste can easily be ignored. Also, I enjoyed the Spam Musubi. Its appearance is underwhelming; however, the flavors and textures are fantastic. Too many other places sell rubbery, chewy seaweed; squishy, spongey rice; and overly-sweet, mushy spam. Wok & Grill avoids these errors. I arrived at Wok & Grill on a Friday (around 12:16PM). The food arrived in 13 minutes. I noticed many customers entering and exiting. Wok & Grill's ambiance is mixed. The counter looks like a gasoline station window; it's surrounded by transparent plastic windows. The staff speaks into a mini microphone to communicate; sometimes the words are muffled. The location is also warm and slightly humid. The location has a restroom and several tables to dine-in. The music is barely audible; the hum from the soda vending machine is the loudest sound. The location is also relatively clean; I had to wipe off some tiny crumbs from my seat before sitting down. However, staff appears very dedicated. The chefs are cooking nonstop, and its cashier appears passionate when welcoming new customers. I noticed how staff flamboyantly juggled a plastic to-go bag between hands before handing the item. "I can read your mind," he'd playfully explain, before quickly saying "Hola!" to a new customer. Overall, Wok & Grill is easy to recommend if you're nearby. The food is great value; the staff is passionate; and the portions are large and tasty. Wok & Grill is not a unique experience, but it's a solid choice.

You can selct the spicy level. I got to try both levels 1 and 2. Level 2 is on the spicier side and just on the cusp of being too much. I think 3 would be too spicy to enjoy, imo. One thing to keep in mind is that the bowls don't automatically include the salted egg, so you'll have to shell out a few extra dollars if you want that classic topping. While the meal itself was a hit, the logistics of the meal were a bit more frustrating. The service was fairly lackluster and felt mostly absent; we waited quite a while for attention, and the overall pace was very slow. It's the kind of place where you have to be proactive if you need a refill or the check. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern. Everything felt "sticky" from the tables to the floors and the bathrooms were definitely not well-maintained. It's hard to fully enjoy a premium-priced meal when the environment feels a bit neglected. On a brighter note, the location is very convenient. Since it's tucked into a large strip mall, parking is incredibly easy and stress-free, which isn't always the case in Chino Hills. If you are a "food first" person who doesn't mind a bit of grit and slow service, the ramen is worth a try, but the management could definitely step up the cleaning
