I am astounded at the wait time and the lack of customer service I just experienced at the drive thru. I placed a mobile order and entered the line when the app said it was ready. The woman in front of me took around 4-5 min to order. The girl on the speaker wouldn't even allow me to say I had a mobile order (helpful info I'd think) so I finally just yelled it after 6 minutes. Then we sat and sat and sat for 19 minutes. She gave me my order without any utensils or napkins (ordered soup) and my sandwich was incorrect. I said no tomatoes. She never greeted me and never said thank you. Not to mention I paid $26 for a take 2 which is zero cost savings. Next time I will take my money to a sit down restaurant who serves me.

This is what the picture of a half sandwich looks like from the Panera Bread app.

Truthfully, I love to go to Panera Bread. The sit-in service provides a good amount of food, attractively prepared and delicious. However, one can expect worse service and skimpy portions at the drive-through. And, not to bring a whole lot of bad experiences to the table, I will mostly write about yesterday's experience. I really wanted a good tuna sandwich and I didn't want to go inside to sit down. I ordered a WHOLE tuna sandwich via drive- through. One picture below is what is pictured on the Panera Bread app as a HALF tuna sandwich. I asked them to put the tuna for my WHOLE tuna sandwich in a cup because I wanted to see how much tuna I was getting. The picture of that is also below. That cup can hold about 8 ounces. I paused in front of the window and checked the cup. The person who brought me the sandwich reassured me it was the correct amount of tuna. She said, "you get 2 scoops of tuna for the whole sandwich". I drove around to the front parking lot and considered my options as this was not the first time I took home a meager sandwich from that window. This isn't the first time the sandwich would seem like all bread and no meat. But what was I to do? Go in there and ask to see the manager? Perhaps that WAS the manager. She seemed to speak with confidence. I checked the app to see if there was any mention of portion sizes but what I found was the half picture below and it looks like tuna is running over in abundance. The slices of tomato look plump as well. That picture had red onions. Where are MY red onions?!! You compare the two pictures for yourselves. I would have rated lower except I was given also huge chunks of bread to go with my tiny servings of soup and the cinnamon roll was epic. So, in America, where obesity is a problem, this company thinks to give a huge amount of bread but very little else through the drive-through window. I'm shaking my head. I sat in the parking lot and realized I was in emotional pain. I don't know how to describe the pain. It's almost worth going back through the window and paying another $40+ for what amounts to be mostly bread just to examine that pain again. Perhaps it is just a pain of disappointment....or the pain of knowing I have to go inside and sit down rather than eat from my own dining room table... I don't know but I felt distinct pain for just a brief moment and I thought that rather than go inside and ask to see that tiny little scooper, I would take the hurt home and sleep on it and make my own tuna sandwich using thick slices of tomato, a good amount of red onion, and a regular-sized scoop of my own homemade tuna. However, I will also use some of the bread I bought from Panera Bread last night since I have so much of it. You know they just throw bread in your bag atop boxes of food, right? Oh, how I hope all of that is sanitary. But, hopefully, there is not to be another bagged window experience for me. Goodbye, Panera Bread drive-through window. My hope of eating well from your window is gone.

This Panera is not very good when it comes to quality of food or service. I usually go to this Panera when I need to work. The atmosphere is perfect during lunch time or even during slower times of the day. I can go in and concentrate on my work because it is not so loud, but it is also not too quiet.

Definitely one of the better Panera Bread locations I've been to thus far. Not sure if they just recently remodeled or opened but the layout and design of this location seemed more updated in comparison to other stores. Lots of space and windows, which in my opinion makes it an ideal place to spend the day if you need to study. They have a decent assortment of pastries, but like at most Panera Bread locations they didn't seem freshly made. I got a coffee and requested some heavy whipping cream, the cashier was nice enough to go all the way to the back to get some for me. Other than that the blueberry muffin I got was just alright. Microwaving their pastries help create the illusion that they're fresh but unfortunately this location did not have any. Overall not too many complaints with my experience.

For a fresh sandwich establishment, do away with the microwave bacon. The brand charges enough to have better quality.

But definitely come as you are. The interior was gorgeous, I wish I took photos but wanted to be respectful of others who were dining and eating! It did take us a bit of time to wait for our food, but the fresh and delicious food definitely is worth the wait- more on the $$ side. Food = divine. This is coming from a Houston girl who's surrounded by incredible Indian/South Asian cuisine. You're given the option of a 1-5 spice level for most of their dishes- we went with 3 and it was perfect! Enough heat to still be able to enjoy the great flavors, and enough heat to give us a bit of a kick- definitely a comfortable spice level (but my boyfriend and I have a pretty good spice tolerance). Loved their mango lassi- a mango + yogurt drink- I can't ever pass up an opportunity to get a mango lassi. Their garlic naan was thin, buttery/garlicky, and absolutely divine. Definitely can't get better than eating fresh naan, they definitely came out fresh and piping hot, and very soft/strechy, you have to get the garlic naan- one serving is 5 pieces. Their chicken tikka masala was so delicious- I know, it's a more common dish to get. It was so incredibly creamy and nutty, definitely one of the better chicken tikka masala's I've had. If you're new to Indian/South Asian cuisine, definitely a must! Kind of like a butter chicken if you're slowly branching out. I'm a lover of paneer, their Saag Paneer was pretty good- paneer itself felt a bit flat but it was still delicious. Their lamb shank was pretty good- it was a bit more on the dry end, still moist, but a bit dry. Typically like a lamb shank that falls off the bone, but the flavors were still there, and loved the sauce and definitely loved the spinach that it came with. Chicken samosa's were okay! Mostly filled with welll/seasoned shredded chicken, nothing super special but it was still delish- will likely try to veg samosa's next time. It was super crispy! Service was overall pretty good- a bit slow in getting our food out, longer than an average wait I feel, but I noticed that there was also a large gathering around when we went so it likely took some time but no biggie. Our waitress was nice! Staff all seemed very friendly. Food came out all piping hot and fresh so definitely no complaints. Will absolutely be back!

We waited less than 10 minutes. We were greeted at the reception counter and were seated to our booth. I found it pretty odd that we didn't pay for our meals prior to seating. Matter of fact, it's a first that we've encountered this. All other buffets typically have you pay first. The buffet offers a variety of Asian cuisine such as Vietnamese, Japanese sushi/ramen, Mongolian, Chinese and more. Buffet prices are as follows: Weekday Monday-Friday Lunch $13.25 Dinner $16.75 Saturday & Sunday $16.75 All Day *Parties of 6 or more will have a 15% gratuity added to the bill. The restaurant is clean and bright. Service was on point. There were so many selections! We tried a variety of food, especially the seafood. Most of the food we tried were tasty and flavorful. We didn't try the Mongolian as we got super stuffed. LOL! The fruits were good. We both agreed that the desserts fell short. The assorted cakes were dry. The ice cream cups are available in the freezer come in vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and orange sherbet flavors. My sister and I really enjoyed our dinner. It was well worth the price of $16.75 each. We would return again.

They honestly don't need to be on the menu. The mozzarella sticks were surprisingly flavorful with a nice crunch, but they came with way too much breading and only three of them, which felt stingy and odd. They definitely should've included more. The sweet potato fries had decent flavor but were under-salted (as fries almost always need after frying) and came out a bit limp and sad-looking. The hot wings weren't labeled as boneless or bone-in on the menu, but they turned out to be boneless--which is fine. They were a good size, but the "hot" sauce was extremely mild. It needs way more heat to live up to the name. Now, the ranch... this ranch is incredible. It's creamy, deeply flavored, and has the perfect amount of dill--it's practically divine. I could rave about this ranch all day. The Zombie drink comes in a cool skull glass (limited to one per person), but it's basically 99% ice with very little actual drink. I could barely taste any alcohol--maybe I have a high tolerance--but the flavor was solid. Still, it's pretty pricey for mostly ice. The John Denver cocktail also looked great in its presentation, but again, mostly ice. Thankfully, the flavor matched the menu description exactly, which was a pleasant surprise. The patty melt was solid overall, but it needed more salt and pepper for seasoning. My egg was overcooked (fully hard yolk instead of the runny one I was hoping for to ooze over the patty). The avocado was only on one half of the sandwich, which seemed strange. I'd have preferred a slightly thicker patty too, but I do appreciate that it came on Texas toast--even though the menu didn't mention it. All patty melts should use Texas toast. I added a side salad, which looked nicely artisanal, and--once again--that amazing ranch took it to another level. The regular fries that came with the Rodeo Burger aren't regular at all--they're battered and had great flavor and crisp structure. They were excellent... except for the missing finishing salt that every great fry deserves. The Rodeo Burger itself was cooked perfectly, but like the patty melt, the patties needed more salt and pepper. The egg was again overcooked (hard yolk). Beyond that, the flavors worked well, though the jalapeños were surprisingly mild and lacked punch. The bacon was spot-on--not underdone, not overcooked, just the right chew without being tooth-breaking. Overall, the food has potential, but seasoning (especially salt) is consistently missing, and a few portions/quality details could use attention. That ranch, though? Absolute standout

You literally can make limitless combos to have your salad exactly as you want. All dressings are made in-house, which is pretty impressive. You can order a rice bowl with ingredients, too. The portions are beyond generous (a small salad would be considered large elsewhere) and the array of ingredients and toppings is exceptional. On my first visit, I ordered a small spinach salad with grilled salmon. As toppings, I added chopped red onion, shredded carrot, pineapple, mandarin oranges, blueberries, chopped strawberries, chopped beet, blue cheese, sliced avocado, dried cranberries with their in house made raspberry vinaigrette. It was literally one of the most delicious salads I've ever had. I was so stuffed from the generous portion that I didn't need dinner. On my second visit, I got a veggie wrap with grilled chicken, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrot, blue cheese, sliced avocado. I got the in-house buttermilk ranch dressing on the side (and ended up not using it-sandwich was amazing without it). I was asked if I wanted chicken warmed (I didn't) and I was amazed at the skill of the preparer who was able to tightly wrap the ginormous quantity of ingredients into the wrap and halve it. I only ate half my sandwich so I have lunch for tomorrow. Win-win. The black cherry tarragon soda was so good as was the Italian lemon soda. Their soups sounded great as did their desserts.
