My sister took me to this recently opened buffet on 1/3/25. The buffet recently opened approximately three weeks ago. Upon arrival, there was a pretty huge crowd waiting in the lobby. We waited less than 10 minutes. We were greeted at the reception counter and were seated to our booth. I found it pretty odd that we didn't pay for our meals prior to seating. Matter of fact, it's a first that we've encountered this. All other buffets typically have you pay first. The buffet offers a variety of Asian cuisine such as Vietnamese, Japanese sushi/ramen, Mongolian, Chinese and more. Buffet prices are as follows: Weekday Monday-Friday Lunch $13.25 Dinner $16.75 Saturday & Sunday $16.75 All Day *Parties of 6 or more will have a 15% gratuity added to the bill. The restaurant is clean and bright. Service was on point. There were so many selections! We tried a variety of food, especially the seafood. Most of the food we tried were tasty and flavorful. We didn't try the Mongolian as we got super stuffed. LOL! The fruits were good. We both agreed that the desserts fell short. The assorted cakes were dry. The ice cream cups are available in the freezer come in vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and orange sherbet flavors. My sister and I really enjoyed our dinner. I observed things while eating here that gave me serious concern for their health/food safety standards. Would not eat here again.

The food was dried up we got there right between lunch and dinner but the lunch was bad not a lot of choices. So when they brought out new food I got one spoonful of the gumbo . The manager was watching who put what on their plates and then approached my table said they would not charge me for dinner prices since they didn't tell me. I've been to this establishment twice. The first time was during dinner hours on a Friday night and the second time was during early lunch on a weekday. Both experiences were completely different. My first visit the food was great! The service was good also. There were great selections and all the food was warm and fresh. Each time I went to the buffet there was someone setting out fresh food between the coconut shrimp, to the fried fish, etc. I tried many different dishes excluding the sushi and hibachi. I was surprised they weren't any crabs on the lineup. I thought I saw online they served snow crabs however they only had small fried blue crabs. I was told they have them only on certain occasions. Nonetheless, I would've given the place probably 4 stars off of my initial visit. Now to the second.. this time was a complete opposite experience. All of the food was cold or barely even room temp. It all also appeared to have been sitting out for awhile although we went around 1:00pm, 2 hours after opening. There was very small amounts of everything that was sitting out and hardly not many people in the restaurant eating. I never saw any worker replenishing the food or sitting out fresher food whatsoever. We brought it to the guy at the registers attention that the food was cold and he basically said the fried foods normally gets cold but everything else should be fine. However all of the food was below room temp and The fried foods such as the fried fish, chicken, egg rolls was so cold they were inedible and last time it was all fresh and piping hot. The only food I ate this time was hibachi because it's cooked to order resulting in it being hot and fresh. I literally got one plate of the items on the buffet lines and finished it off with hibachi which was decent. As we were leaving, we noticed the restaurant started filling with more people and the workers were beginning to put out more food. I guess they figured since it was early lunch and not many people was in there originally they could get by with stale, cold, inedible food. The service was still good- this guy was probably a little TOO attentive because he came by every 10 minutes seems like. But I didn't knock off any points for this. I'd rather a server be too attentive than not at all. So in conclusion, I have mixed feelings about this establishment. I guess if you go, be sure to go during busy hours. Dinner on a weekend night or something. Because if you go any other time you will get the bare minimum. read more

Okay first of all it is CLEAN...CLEAN...CLEAN....Bright ...Bright...Bright you can see your food. They kept the buffet well stocked with food. My daughter and I had dinner there on 3/30/2025 we will return with the entire family next time. The King Buffet was clean and it didn't smell like those other places ( Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet) which stink like they need to clean their carpet. I don't eat there anymore.
