Just had a delicious meal on A Monday night at Olive Garden. The never-ending bread was true to its name. This restaurant is very generous and it was fresh, warm and delicious. I had the chicken gnocchi soup that was filling. I tried out the new Calabrian steak and shrimp. Sort of spicy but super filling and I had enough to take home for leftovers. Malachi provided amazing and fast service. Knowledgeable about the food items. Recommended great suggestions. Nikki was so sweet and willing to help even though she wasn't our server. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Together, Malachi and Nikki made this place feel like home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm definitely coming back.

Will always love a nice Friday night Olive Garden date including good drinks and binging on good soup! Service was 10/10 tonight and our waitress was very attentive.

It was a cloudy day but a good day to bring my Honey out for lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The crowd was small, service was quick.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a very attentive server who thought of everything. We always have a good time when we come here.

BEWARE the "table game" fees on the bill

Went in today with a group of 7 people right before the post-Sunday church rush crowd. Everything was really nice. Our server was extremely attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. The food was exactly what we expected (predictable, consistent Olive Garden grub--exactly what we were craving!) [[HIGHLIGHT]]My only critique, of an otherwise really enjoyable lunch with my family, was that we had kids with us and each table has an iPad with games and activities for the kids.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Don't love the idea of having those at the tables, not something we do at home when we are eating, but hey, when in Rome. Apparently there is a FEE for the kids to play games on the iPads. This is not anything that the adults at the table are made aware of or need to opt into beforehand. If the iPad is touched and a game is selected, be prepared for a "table game" fee on your bill. My jaw hit the floor when we got the bill. "Table fee"? I didn't sign off on that beforehand. In the future, we plan to just remove the iPad from the table. My recommendation to management would be to shed some transparency onto this ahead of time for parents. Our waitress definitely sensed my shock when I asked about the line item on the bill and she voluntarily removed it because I think she also agreed that it feels a little deceptive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I go to Olive Garden I'm looking for the "when you're here, you're family" vibes--not the Viva Las Vegas vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My son turned 4 today. We had plans tomorrow, but decided last minute to get Oliver Garden for dinner because he loves spaghetti. We don't dine out much with a one year old baby and a toddler with sensory issues. But I convinced my hesitant husband to make new memories with me and the kids. We were sat quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The host let us know that no booths were open so we settled for two high chairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our serve David immediately greeted us and asked if we needed high chairs or boosters. When the host only brought one high chairs David asked us if we needed a second one. We asked for the kids food to come first and it came promptly. The appetizers were great! Calamari and mozzarella sticks. Our son had spaghetti! And our pick eaters only request was "more spaghetti" but he ultimately settled for his French fries. When the servers sang happy birthday to others, our son covered his ears. I asked David that they sing happy birthday to our son without the loud announcement. The servers sang to him and quietly clapped to not overstimulate him. One of the best outings we've ever had as a family of four. I hope more servers like David are accommodating. It takes so little to make an accommodation for someone's everyday struggles.

Love to come here for the lunch special during the week with my grandma! She loves the salad and soups. Always great service.

For a chain restaurant in the area we don't frequent it and haven't been since before COVID. Previous we had ate there it was mediocre and was just was what it was. So we wanted something different tonight and we was going to grab something fast but a friend was eating there and sent food pics and we were let's give it a try. So we did online check in and were seated as soon as we checked in at the host, our table was clean our waiter Issac was excellent and made sure we didn't go without anything. He truly made our visit special. The salad was made well and the breadsticks were hot and seasoned well. FYI the unlimited dipping sauce for the bread sticks was excellent. Our food was timed well as we finished up the salad. For a chain style restaurant in that area this is one that I would recommend. Thanks for great food and service.

We have gone to this location twice in the last month, our first time was exceptional, the second time was terrible. Your experience depends on the day/time you go as well as who your server is. First visit: a random Wednesday night, after dinner rush. Chloe was our server, she was incredible and went above and beyond our expectations. She was friendly, answered our questions in detail, and provided fast, excellent service. The food was delicious and we left the restaurant happy with some leftovers to enjoy later that week. Second visit: a random Sunday night, during dinner rush. Dre was our server, he was awful and did less than the bare minimum in my opinion. He didn't clear a single dirty dish, never refilled our waters, and never offered to get us a refill of the unlimited salad or breadsticks. It got to the point where we even started counting the amount of times he passed our table empty handed and could have easily taken a dish or two away. Near the end of our dinner a manager came by, we indicated that we were less than satisfied, and he didn't do anything to make it better, just breezed on to the next table. He also did not clear the dirty dishes or offer to refill our waters either. Only once Dre looked over our shoulders and saw we were filling out the post-dining survey did he come to us and try to explain the terrible service he provided. The food lacked flavor and we left extremely disappointed with our overall experience.

This food didn't stand a chance!!!

Let me be honest, the only reason I chose to eat here was because my Amex card had a deal. However comma this was such a good experience! I had the all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks and my kids had the tour of Italy and chicken Alfredo. I also took home a seafood pasta for my husband! We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and had ole Ty of leftovers! We had a great waitress as well! The Olive Garden is back in my restaurant rotation for sure

The bathroom is very dirty. That's how it was even in the toiles area

Ask the Community - Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Is the sauce in the lasagna sweet?

It's more savory than sweet. If that do add a sweetener to it, it's very minimal and probably just enough to cut the acidity from the tomatoes.

My waiter Jonathan was exceptionally nice and helpful. He was prompt bringing food to the table and our food came out hot and fast which is rare. They have unisex restrooms but the floors were wet so I can't speak on the cleanliness of the restrooms. Not sure if it was water from handwashing or other fluids inside. Prices are moderate and I'd certainly visit again.
