I don't go to Panera too often anymore because the quality of food has declined at every restaurant in the last decade or so. However, we were put out by the storms and in a pinch, so headed here to work, fortify, and get bagels for later. Truly a mistake and would have been better off working at Mickey Ds or even a dive bar. The food was terrible and overpriced. The pick 2 is now over $5 per item and they tasted like ass. The BLT had one slice of burnt bacon, worrisome looking lettuce, and a watery tomato. It wasn't cooked or anything! The broccoli cheddar soup was mostly just cheese, and while good, I'd love some broccoli too. The worst was the bagels... one had mold when we got home. Ick! Never again! THIS is the Panera you should visit. Light years ahead of Crestview, staff is attentive, restaurant is brighter and cleaner - every inch of it. AND - Every table has an outlet for laptop or other devices. Crestview Hills only has three in the whole dining room. I wanted to say that I come here probably twice a week on average. Every time I come to the drive-through myself, I get a bad attitude 90% of the time. I'm never a trouble. I'm always courteous. But I'm treated like I am getting on their nerves by pulling up to the drive-thru. This morning, however, I came across this angel that made my day & my breakfast so much better because of the way she sent me out with good vibes treating me with respect, joy, professionalism, and a smile. It's not that hard people.Watch Aaliyah, she's the one I'm speaking of. At the window taking money that's not an easy job, especially us being female. Our limbs are shorter, but she did not make me feel like a bother. She did not care if I took a moment to wait, she even added extra of what I needed without breaking the rules. So, me being a business owner I have five different places, I think I might come in and steal her and I am not kidding. Good job Aaliyah and somebody else needs to show their accolades because something's going on in that store. And My husband actually saw it. My theory is that 90% of the time if the whole team is a bad attitude it's usually their leader and bad management. And he saw the manager. She was a short haired woman with a " I take no BS attitude." Extremely unwelcoming, and did not wanna give me 15 seconds to answer a question because again I was bothering her. Those kind of things get said a lot so I wanna make sure Aaliyah, who is the one in 1 million who made my day better just by having a good day herself That needs to be taught if you need a consultant for teamwork please feel free to reach out to me, Suzanna C. The worst Panera ever. At 5:15 yesterday afternoon ordered bagels and a full baguette, told that Blueberry and Plain bagels were gone. Ordered 3 Cinanmmon Crunch and three Whole Grain bagels sliced as well as the baguette. Have to wait for four cars to slowly go through the drive thru, about 17 minutes. Pay by card and wait three or 4 minutes and the server Andrea leaves and the shift manager Patrick comes up and says they are all out of Cinnamon and Whole Grain Bagels. I do go off about the wait, having paid and being told they had these when I ordered. He says they were busy and sorry. I am still mad and going over it and he keeps telling me to have a nice day. I was waiting for an offer of refund or some sort of offer for something else...nothing. So I drive around front and go in and ask for my refund. He says he would have done it before if I asked. This is suppose to be a bakery and is open until later at night. Poor service and it is not the first time at that store. There is a reason it does a fraction of the other stores volumes. I will drive from Villa Hills to Crestview Hills or Florence from now on. read more

Pretty good place with pretty good food. My only complaint is last time I went, the avacados in the salad were really hard and clearly not ready too eat yet. When I complained, they told me they already knew about the issue and that they had been dealing with it all day and they didn't have better avacados. If that was the case, they should have warned me before I ordered it. read more

Food is regular Panera fare when they aren't "out of" ingredients to make it. Everything from bananas to salad greens, dressings, to peaches, and even baguettes that come with potentially every meal offered on the menu. Just came in with 2 salads; one came with dressing and one with none at all. O, no one is going to die over it. However, if you can't regularly meet the menu or get the items in the carry out bag, there are s some things may need to be re-examine. read more

So, I decided to give this location another chance. Went through the drive thru, ordered a bagel, and their smallest size cream cheese. At the window to pay, I see about 7-8 workers, some just standing around. My bag is handed to me, I get home, and I was charged for the cream cheese, however it was not in the bag. If they can't get my simple order correct, while they are not busy, I would be afraid to ever put in a big order to take to my work for our staff. I am done with this place. I live less than a mile from here, but if I ever feel I need Panera again, I will go to another location. read more

Stopped by this location this morning with my son. Two bagels, one cream cheese, a coffee, and a water cup. This seemed to be the hardest order this man had ever taken. He asked "what's this?" about my Panera card. And to top it off, I got the wrong bagel and the coffee was barely warm. read more

I honestly think that my order today at the Buttermilk Pike location in Kentucky might be the best Panera I've ever had. I've been to many many locations of Panera and I eat a wide variety of food on the menu. You could tell that this location really cared about the food presentation and about the food being of optimal quality when served. The bread was perfectly baked, the sandwich was delicious as well as nice to look at :) The ingredients were all very fresh. All around it was my favorite Panera meal that I've had. I got the pick two with Toasted Frontega Chicken, Broccoli Cheddar soup and a baguette. Still thinking about that bread... The individual that I spoke with at the drive thru window was extremely friendly with a smile on her face. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this location! read more

I am a regular visitor to this Panera and there is a reason for that. The service that they give is very welcoming. I've never had a problem with my orders since they've opened. And the setup inside is definitely the nicest one I've seen at a Panera. 100% recommend. In fact I'm about to go get me a coffee. read more

I have frequented Panera at their Crestview Hills location for many years & was thrilled to hear they were coming to my area. Since they have opened in Crescent Springs, I've frequented their drive-thru. My order has been a bit incorrect a couple times, but I attributed it to the new staff. Today was the 1st time I dined in...not pleased! Immediately noticed a fly buzzing & landing on the pastries. Mentioned it to the cashier, & she said "they had been trying to catch it all day." (I stopped in approx. 2 pm.) As I ordered my lunch (hesitating a bit between items) I noticed she was "rushing" me, not only with her language ("anything else?") but also in her demeanor/tone. I asked a question about the bagels; she replied abruptly. (I then noticed 2 men had entered & we're now in line behind me, felt this was the source of her "rushing" me.). In fact, she incorrectly called off my bagel order to the young woman filling the order! At least I was within hearing distance so I could correct it... it seemed a bit long to get my order (1/2 grilled cheese & cup of soup), but once I did I sat down to eat & found my knife was dirty with caked on dry food! All in all, this first "eat in" experience did not lend itself to a return visit!! read more
