Fuji Apple Chicken Salad
Kathy N.

I asked the drive thru person (female) if there was any cheese or bacon on the salad she said no. Guess what was in my salad?

Went here on 6/2 for a Rapid Pick up order I had place online. On my way out, I thought I'd grab something sweet as I saw that they have new brownie cheesecake bites. So I placed the order with a guy at the register for one brownie, an order of the brownie cheesecake bites and one candy cookie. The total was $9.57. The guy that took my order, I'm not sure if he was new or what, but he took about 5 minutes to get everything. Having worked at Panera myself back when I was in college, I know for a fact it doesn't take that long to bag up a coupe of bakery treats. After I finally received my order I left and got in my car. Down the street I open the bag and everything was there but one thing stood out. Now as I mentioned, I worked at Panera before. I know how cheap the company can be when it comes to food costs. This is a place that takes a single piece of bacon, breaks it in two and calls that two strips of bacon for one sandwich for instance. And I know costs are high right now. But I also believe this guy messed up. Like I said, he could have been new with how he was working, but there was also a manager there who he could have asked if that was the case. But anyway, the only thing that stood out about my order was the fact that there was a single brownie cheesecake bite in the bag. Just one. And when ordering online it says an order should come with three. So I basically paid $5 for a cheesecake bite smaller than the size of a toddlers hand. Suffice to say I won't be back here.

My order - so sad and disappointing , there is almost nothing on it.

Visited this location on Saturday. Ordered a pick 2 with soup and an Italiano sandwich and then I ordered the toasted garden caprese sandwich. The caprese sandwich was super disappointing. I was unable to return to the store so I sent an email to the company and hope I hear back. I expected more from a $9 sandwich. This location should be ashamed of serving something like this. I really like Panera but this is so disappointing. The soup and Italiano were delicious.

I come here daily for sip club. The kitchen sink cookie is so good and I enjoy their menu items. It's clean in here and the staff are nice. Shout out to Zach, he's a great worker.

I ordered a grilled cheese and there was nothing grilled on this sandwich. It looked like they put cheese between 2 slices of bread and microwaved it to melt the cheese. Disgusting!

Exposed electrical outlet

My ankle got scratched on this dangerously exposed electrical outlet. Kids come here and it is very negligent and dangerous to have these wires exposed. My ankle hurts but my concern is safety.

Love Panera but this location is terrible! They always run out of bread! If you eat here after 6pm, you won't get the bread that comes with the sandwich you ordered.

What is the deal with the long waits? Like honestly - it doesn't make it. They never have any bakery products; they're always sold out.

I'm trying to eat healthier, but I'm sort of in a mostly food desert where my office is. After the drive to get there, I ordered the Ahi salad that comes with cucumber, mango, oranges, wonton chips and a vinagrette. It was good, but I probably wouldn't order that particular salad again. I do really want to go back and order a do it yourself salad as they have a ton of ingredients that I think would make a perfect me salad. That all said, what I really loved is that they will give you the salad so it looks like the picture, OR they will chop it all up and mix it together with or without the dressing! I LOVED that part. I HATE having to cut up my salad and try to mix everything together in a bowl that is always too small, so that was great. Overall, I like the concept, the ingredients were fresh and I will go back and try some more.

I built my own salad with kale, quinoa, green apple, beets, cucumber, edamame, wonton strips, and seasoned chicken with lemon vinaigrette dressing. It was decent and reasonably priced, although the chicken tasted like canned chicken and ingredients didn't seem as fresh as a Sweetgreens or Cava salad. Cashier was kind, portions were fair, & service was quick. There is limited indoor seating and nothing outdoors, so ambiance is more of a grab & go takeout spot. Would consider stopping by if I'm in the area and in need of a quick bite, but wouldn't go out of my way.

Their Housemade Chimichurri Sauce here is SOOO good and the Staff is so generous with providing us with an abundant amount to jazz up our meals and take them to the next level Tastebud Nirvana ride! Thank you to Bushfire for turning up the AC to help us cool off from all the annoying work uphills we've had to endure all week! We love the high top booths and the fabulous Happy Hour Specials too!!! Make sure to try their Chicken, Veggie, and Beef Empanadas and their Strawberry Soiree Cocktail!! Well, the brussel sprouts don't taste like anything. Either the sauce has no flavor or there was no sauce. Luckily I had salt and soy sauce at home. Second, they were out of the beef empanadas :( I can't be too mad about that, just sad. I got two more chicken instead and at least I can say those are really good. My main complaint is that they forgot to pack up the chimichurri. I'm so sad about that, it's one of my favorite parts. I even made it a point to mention to add extra. I'm sure they're super busy on Sunday evenings but please make sure to follow your customers orders, even if we're eating at home :(

Your favorite Yelp correspondent and occasional Uber Eats driver found himself in the northeast corner of Ontario after ferrying a Mediterranean meal from my hometown of Diamond Bar to Ontario when my attention was riveted by the "Kra Z Kai's Laotian BBQ" signage alight on the building. Upon entering into the communal dining hall, I discovered that Kra Z Kai's apparently shuttered a month ago. I immediately noticed the long queue snaking its way to the register at Shootz. Though I was crestfallen about Kra Z Kai's closure, I decided to roll the dice -shootz my luck, if you'll pardon my brutal pun- and try out Shootz. I tabbed the best looking item on their pictorial menu- Their much balkyhooed Kimchi Buttered Katsu Chicken Combo, which comes with spicy Mac Salad and steamed rice tossed with green onions and furikake, a popular Nipponese seasoning comprised of minced dried seaweed (nori), sesame seeds and salt/pepper. The moneymaker dish is excellent. The katsu chicken has a nice but not overly crunchy exterior, drenched in a flavorful, Umani-rich sauce made of kimchi butter. Shootz has locations in Ontario, Whittier and Stanton, so I don't know when I'll have it again...but if I I find myself in Ontario again, then I'll definitely take -you guessed it- another shot.
