The people you hire really need to be more professional and better trained. I don't want to be greeted by a person in a dirty "Bad Hair Day" hat, in a professional establishment. Additionally, when you come to work or have an enjoyable meal with family members and all the people at the rapid pick up counter are talking about their personal lives, louder than anything else in the restaurant. It really does not give an atmosphere of welcoming or professionalism either, even worse when they have an attitude, as if you are interrupting their conversation when you come to pick up your order. Lastly, the fact my daughter was too penny short on her order after having just dropped loads of Change in the tip jar and was not able to continue with her order because of not having two pennies. That is something I have not experienced at any restaurant prior . They have always pulled the needed change, when it's that small of an amount, out of the tip jar, out of their own pocket, waved it, but to have someone who can't solve that on the fly really does not speak highly about the level of training or quality of people. read more

Checked in recently and had a mostly positive experience! Milani was a terrific Order Taker and delivered Superb Hospitality during my last visit. I loved how she answered my questions thoroughly about what Sandwiches and Soups were good here and how she offered to deliver my Meal to Me and brew Me a fresh batch of my Favorite Hazelnut Roast which made Me feel so well cared for and pampered! I ended up ordering their Autumn Squash Seasonal Soup which was so good and a the Pick 2 Special with the Tuna Sandwich and my Favorite Fuji Apple Salad. The Salad tasted great and on point and everything with gorgeously presented, however the Bread had an awful smell and taste to it due to some problem with the Toaster in the back. I brought it to Management's attention and while they listened gracefully I was disappointed that they didn't offer me a refund, discount, or certificate for my next visit since I couldn't enjoy the Sandwich I ordered at all. Do not sit in lobby unless you want to hear higher up gossiping about their employees. The atmosphere created by the managers here is awful. I was waiting for my food and overheard a manager speaking bad about his peers. Other than the horrible atmosphere the food was great per usual and the ladies up front were great. If you have a problem with an online order - you probably won't get any help / support via phone. They never answer the phones even if you're calling during their down times. Seems like they mess up the online orders very frequently. I've been missing food in my orders about 9 times out of 10. Shame on me for not checking the bag before I leave I guess. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and other times, it's just horrible. I ordered a sandwich and it tasted as if they dropped the salt shaker into the chicken. Couldn't eat it. I really want to love this location but other Panera's are much better. This place has been absolutely horrible!! My family has tried and tried to help keep our local business alive but they seem like they are not interested. This is the 4th time in a row that my order is missing entire meals if not more. We have tried delivery and we have done pick up and it's mind blowing that the quality of checking orders is not important to them. I pray that this place closes and we get someone that cares. Incredibly slow and food quality is terribly inconsistent. Aside from that I had the worst encounter with a fairly new employee named Ashley a week or so ago. I work for a catering company and came to pick up an order and was treated so unprofessionally for no reason. The restaurant was busy and one gal asked to see my app and to swipe confirmed and I had to explain this isn't an Ubereats order, I work for a catering company and I have a PDF, I have nothing to swipe. She called Ashley over who handles the catering and she asked the same thing. I showed her how there's nothing to swipe and she was short with me and basically said if I don't swipe confirmed, I don't get the food. we are talking a $600 catering order for a valued customer of ours. I tried to reason with her and showed her all of the information she could possibly need and she wouldn't budge and actually began to ignore me, so I had to keep asking for someone to help. I asked to speak to another manager or someone who might understand and she walked away, so I thought maybe she's actually getting someone. She came back on the phone and placed the bags of food ON THE FLOOR as I heard her tell the person on the phone I'm not allowed in the restaurant anymore. For what reason?! Well, the next day I got notice that Ashley had tried to put in a complaint against me with my catering job. Luckily my supervisor realized I was only doing my job because the story she fabricated was so ridiculous and they actually lodged their own complaint against Ashley. I did the same and received food credits on my rewards account which was nice, but to be honest, I'll never use them at this location,at least not until they hire some folks who care about the job they're performing. read more

I love hot soups, so I appreciated that the bowls were never lukewarm or cold. For sides, you can choose a baguette, chips, or an apple. Watery salad. This is the Green Goddess Salad. It usually has pickled red onions, but this is the 2nd time they forgot to put them on. If they're out of red onions, they should inform before placing orders. The dressing was not thick as usual. It was watery and runny. It looked like tomato liquid or something and tasted gross. The chicken was rubbery. It was a disappointment. I ordered a Madagascar Vanilla Latte HOT and of course they gave me an iced beverage. I have never reviewed Panera Bread, but I feel the need to do so here. So I did a little online order and when I get the food my pick 2 soup was wrong. So I ran back inside and mentioned that I got the wrong soup. They then made it right. So I dropped my kid to school after he ate his flatbread pepperoni sausage pizza which was super yummy and also the strawberry banana smoothie that came out great. Then my next trip was to drop the pick 2 lunch for my other kid. When I reached there, I just realized that I didn't get the sandwich for my pick 2. Luckily there was still time to line up for food at school. I dropped off the broccoli cheddar soup and she lined up for something else. I called the store, the lady who picked up the phone was pleasant and told me to comeby anytime to get it. So we came back after other things that the did after school and explained to the manager. The manager was super awesome, not only he checked my receipt and verified what was missing, he went above and beyond to create another pick 2 for my kid and refunded my whole transaction for the inconvenience. I usually like Panera. But I was very disappointed tonight when I ordered the Caesar salad and soup to go. The soup was good though a very tiny portion. About 1/2 cup, my morning coffee is larger. The salad was basically lettuce, that's it lettuce. No croutons about 1/4 tsp of parmesan. For the price it was a total rip off. I had to add croutons and dressing from the fridge. This food is definitely not made with love and you can taste the lack of it. He has zero customer service, always has you waiting, takes your drink AFTER you receive your food, never provides a greeting or salutation, he's terrible.
