Came out to $35 i ordered the toasted focaccia caprese. They said they were out of tomato's , then told me they don't have trays to eat here and then was told they don't have bread bowls and then the person next to me had to order their sandwich on different bread... for a place that cost my son and I more than it would to feed a family of 4 at a Chinese take out and all of this happens here I will no longer be enjoying our meals here we will be looking for another place to enjoy a Friday evening meal together. The world in 2020 isn't what any of us had hoped for... but this location is wildly out of control, needs new staff and management 100%. Ordered a "to-go" order for the entire family. One person simply ordered a cup of soup. Soup. That's it. That was their entire order. Picked up the order, got it home to find... that one cup of soup is missing. Oh well, easy fix... call and get a refund, let it go? Right. WRONG. First, the nasty employee who answered the phone... where are your manner ma'am? Excuse me? I am a paying customer. You need to check that attitude at the time clock. No use in wasting time with her nasty mouth, which should be washed out with SOAP! So we get the manager. This should be simple. It's a $5 order for soup, we didn't receive the food, just refund the money and let me go on with my night, amiright? WRONG. Rude manager, REFUSED to refund the money and said the ONLY OPTION was to drive back to the restaurant (15 minute drive for me, mind you) and retrieve the soup. Folks, I know it is Panera, so the bar is low to start with. The expectation to get good service at any Panera is 50/50 at best but this location takes it to a new low. Panera's corporate office should rethink the management and staff of this location working the night of December 6, 2020.... ESPECIALLY considering the Manager on Duty wouldn't just take care of the refund and let me be a satisfied customer. I would have given a 5-star review based on everything else but because of their ridiculousness.... this is now a 1-star review. Well earned! FYI, there are wonderful options within walking distance of this Panera location that won't put you through hell over a dang cup of soup. Food was way overpriced for such small helping. Floor was dirty with food under the tables that looked like it had been there for days. This Panera needs some help. I've been here on several occasions and they have been all sold out of bagels even though I was able to order the bagel online for pickup. Went to this Panera and had a terrible experience. I have been to paneras all over the south east and this is the worst. The women's restroom smelled like raw sewage. It was filthy and made me almost throw up. The soups tasted strange. They had a bad flavor and it was the chicken with wild rice that is so good at other locations. It was watery and not creamy. Great place to enjoy a coffee, eat a scone and surf the wifi. They have a good selection of breads, pastries, bagels and cookies. They have tasty sandwiches and soups. I would suggest a breadbowl with one of their hearty soups. I love their chia tea lattes. Delicious cardamom and cinnamon. A favorite during the Fall, but great all year long. I feel like Panera is starting to get worse as the years go by. I miss the old days when it was the St. Louis Bread Co. I looked forward to my blueberry bagel with raspberry cream cheese and had eaten it so many times I had the number of bites it took down to a science. Seeing how I'd eaten it for over 20 years (I know how crazy that sounds) it saddened me to realize my bagel bites were lessened by 4. Kinda threw my OCD off but I got over it. The soup portions have gotten smaller, the pecan buns are not as sticky as it used to be and prices keep spiking higher and higher. I'd understand if the quality of food was getting better and better but it hasn't and I've had friends return food back to the store from catering orders. My husband and went into Panera around 12pm on 01/1820! We use to visit this place at least once a week before covid and started noticing issues then we dirty tables being out of basic items and lack of staff! We know that all places go through changes so that you just wait them out! Yesterday we ordered two pick 2 with soup and sandwiches after waiting sometime to order then the dining room was awful looking had to use napkins and water from drink machine to wipe a table down to sit down! We get our drinks and sit down around 12:20! We wait and watch people flow in after us and sit down and get their food start to eat then the person in front of us in line gets food and leaves! So we think maybe out food should be coming soon! We wait while four more people get food that had pick 2's as well and came in 30 minutes after us! At this time we have been waiting for over an hour for soup and sandwich and when my husband goes up to get money back the manager makes excuses and finally says sorry and gives money back! If we choose to ever go back it will not be this store! After years and years of business this was the final straw because the manager acted to me like we were being unreasonable thinking waiting over a hour for a sandwich and soup that is already ready and it was lunch rush! read more

Had to do a catering event and decided to go with Panera for breakfast. We did seven bagels and seven pastries and it came up to under $40, which I thought was a pretty good deal. I set the time for the earliest pickup at 6:30-6:45 and was a little nervous about time and getting back onto base with traffic around 7:30. When they opened their doors at 6:30, they already had my order ready to go. It was put together so nicely and she also said they were out of the tub of cream cheese, so she made sure that we had enough cream cheese for all the bagels in the bag. I really appreciated the efficiency and care they put into this and I was out the door by 6:35. Panera Bread has come out with a new summer salad called the strawberry caprese salad and it is Delicious!!!! The addition of the strawberries to this traditional Italian salad is refreshing. The balsamic vinegar dressing is perfect! I only wish they had a carnivore version with chicken. Dear Panera: please keep this salad all year round and the summer corn chowder too. I have not had this experience here before but I did notify the manager that we couldn't find seating bc everything was so dirty. We ordered soup and salad and the food was good. Look to pay around 12 for a meal with drink. I had the full italian combo with an apple and drink. My first impression of the inside is that of a seating area in a hotel. Nothing necessarily off putting but at the same time you kind of want to get of there. The place is fast casual. As in you will place your order and sit down fora few minutes before its ready. The food came out i a reasonable amount of time. The sandwhich was very good. Plenty of meat and veggies. The only thing i do not like is all their condiments come in packs.
