Portion of chicken salad, smelled terrible

An ongoing issue with one of your locations that I have given numerous opportunities to correct. Orders are consistently missing items, given incorrect order, and poor quality food. On multiple occasions, I have ordered a chicken salad sandwich from this location and have consistently received unacceptable food quality. Most recently, the bread (white Mish) was brown, old, hard, and the edges were dark, crunchy, This does not meet reasonable standards for freshness or quality. Zoom in on pictures. Unacceptable. I spoke directly with the manager, Ron, regarding this issue. He was dismissive, condescending and said, "i will place a chip reward in your account." as i was missing my chips. He stated that the sandwich was acceptable in both portion and bread texture, despite the obvious condition of the bread.( hard, old, and crunchy) He also stated that he personally prepared the sandwich. I observed the sandwich being made without gloves, not realizing at the time it was my order, which raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices-think about those with health and immunity issues. I do not experience these issues at another location only 2.2 miles away, where food quality and service are consistently satisfactory. This leads me to believe this is a location-specific management and quality control problem. Due to repeated poor experiences and the lack of accountability from management, I will no longer return to this location. I believe this matter warrants corporate review, as it reflects poorly on your brand and customer standards. I am requesting that this location be reviewed for food quality, customer service, and proper food handling procedures. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on any corrective actions taken.

This was the new restaurant of the week and it's a chain but that's ok. The staff was ok but it was teens doing what they could with no direction on how the business model worked like I placed my order and not mention go around the corner to the pick up window while I stood at the order window in the front not knowing that my order would end up somewhere else, seriously. The place was cozy with seating areas that was separated around the room. The front had a bakery wall with nice looking breads. I ordered the ciabatta cheese steak which looked pathetic and all bread for $14 with no sides/anything. The bread was fresh with a nice chewy crust with skimpy steak and next to no veggies for even a real taste of a cheese steak, no cheese flavor either and pretty bland lacking seasonings. There was a sweetness and all beef flavor which was not very cheese steak at all I thought. The sandwich was small and over priced I thought and the lack of direction by the cashier on how the ordering process works was a complete turn off like I'm supposed know as a first time customer, never again will I spend any money in this chain restaurant.

Asiago Bagel

Panera Asiago Bagel: Bagels typically are not a part of my diet, but cheese definitely is. That said, I've never had the Asiago Bagel from Panera or any asiago bagel to be honest. Seems like a travesty for a cheesehead like me. Panera's version is a bagel made with chunks of asiago cheese baked inside and topped with more asiago cheese. It's a massive bagel that does not have the traditional hole in the center, which makes it ideal for sandwiches. Speaking of sandwiches, it's hard to rate this bagel on its own and I think your satisfaction will vary depending on what you choose to pair it with. I opted for adding (at home) some sharp cheddar cheese, salsa con queso, and chicken to create a bagel sandwich for dinner. If you're looking for something for breakfast, then I think this bagel would be an excellent vessel for an egg sandwich as well. The exterior of the bagel is crispy from the baked asiago cheese, but the interior is still soft and fluffy. There's a distinct fragrance from the cheese that also separates this from your standard bagel. As far as savory bagels go, this one is Doughboy approved. Doughboy_Food_Reviews

EVERY time I ask for double the veggies: tomato, mushroom, spinach, etc I never receive... Today was the day I officially boycott noodles and company. your employees never provide me what I paid for nor care to check. Today the staff failed to do so again. I did NOT get my $2.00 worth of spinach and $0.75 of extra mushrooms. Please start HIRING people who actually care to do they DAMN jobs. Thanks, Your truly, a pissed off customer

Blueberry scone and coconut macaroon!!!

I have always loved Panera. I really like how they've come along way in eating clean and healthy. Obviously they're pastries aren't the healthiest but they sure are delicious! I stopped in for breakfast this morning and tried one of their new egg wraps. I got the Mediterranean egg white wrap. Very tasty! I also decided to indulge a little bit and get a coconut macaroon and a blueberry scone. Both were absolutely fabulous! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely continue to visit Panera bakeries in the future.

French onion soup. No cheese. No croutons. No bueno.

I usually love panera but this french onion soup was pretty disappointing. No cheese. No croutons. No bueno.

Remember your high school cafeteria, and the cranky old lunch ladies (or maybe I'm alone here)? Yeah, this. I love the bakery from Panera. OK, I love most any bakery goods, which explains why I can't pass up hitting the 'like' button on your donut pictures. But you can't help but have the feeling that to the lady at the counter, it doesn't matter if you're ordering a scone, or if she would be slapping a Salisbury steak on a lunch tray for you, you make no difference to her. No need for pleasantries, just go find a seat so the next customer can be rang up. No smile, no warmth. I might be inclined to try again, but would try in the evening, when lunch ladies nationwide are at home watching Wheel of Fortune.

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it took over 20 minutes. The cheese was not even melted. They would not even remake it.

My 2 year old got plastic in his food! They are rude and tend to screw up tiny orders. Small portions so nor a food value for my money.

Only thing to be aware of is the afternoon sun can make this patio in the mall parking lot a bit hot. I had the Sweet Thai Chili Salmon Bowl. The combination of sweet and spicy really made this a tasty dish. Only downside was the amount of salmon. If it was 3oz that was a lot. If I had been starving I would have been disappointed in the portion size. Anyway, good food and good location means I'll be back for sure.

We were there on a Saturday night and while we weren't the only people there it was far from busy. The service was friendly and attentive. The dining room is casual with a view of the beer tanks. Basically what you would expect at a craft brewery. The menu had the basics - appetizers, soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches. They also make pizza and calzones and some other main course dishes like fish and chips. We ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer. My husband ordered a sandwich and I ordered the boneless wings. For drinks my husband ordered a ginger beer and I ordered Diet Coke. The check before tip was $62. Normally I'd be okay with that but I thought it was a lot given the quality of the food. The cheese curds and boneless chicken wings seemed like items from a restaurant supply place that they fried up. Unfortunately next time we are in the area we'll go somewhere else. A fast food restaurant would have given us the same quality food for a fraction of the price.

Date of visit: April 18, 2026…read more A group of us try to get together every few months since we don't work together any more and this time around I picked The Eleanor Room. I so rarely get to Greendale (honestly, can't say that I had ever been to anywhere in the village besides the mall) and I liked that we could make a reservation, making it a nice change of pace. The decor is lovely, very Art Deco, a nod to Eleanor Roosevelt, the namesake of the restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the interior was given that the exterior is essentially a strip mall. What's that old saying about books and their covers? Service was great, both attentive and timely, and everyone very much enjoyed their food. Monte Cristo is one of my favorites and this one was done very well. My coffee was also good and she kept it coming, which I also appreciated. Really the only sour note in the entire experience was being asked to vacate the table. While it was not handled terribly poorly, I would have recommended they offer us something to shift to the bar to not end the meal on a less than positive note, but that's just me.

I've been here twice now, once for a Friday fish fry, and once for regular dinner…read more For the fish fry, we started out with calamari as our appetizer. It was very good, and the marinara it was served with added that extra little zing. For my meal, I got the Sampler, which is walleye, perch, and cod.It comes with tartar sauce, cole slaw, rye bread, and your choice of potatoes. I chose fries. I don't eat cole slaw, but the rest of the plate was delicious and very filling. The fishes were all breaded with the perfect amount and fried to a perfect golden brown. I, personally, would have preferred a bit more creamier tartar sauce, but it was good. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just like they should be. Hubs got the walleye plate with potato pancakes, but said that the fries were better. On our second visit, we went on a Saturday night. Hubs wanted the prime rib. I chose the Jaeger Schnitzel and had a Mary Pickford as my cocktail. Hubs said the cocktail was perfect, but I thought it was too heavy on the rum. It's made with Bacardi, not my favorite, and I thought I would taste more pineapple. The meal starts off with your choice of soup or salad, and we both chose the soup. It was tomato soup with chicken and rice tonight, but it does change daily. I'm not a fan of tomato soup, but this was delicious! The chiken and rice were both thoroughly cooked to a nice level of softness. The Jaeger Schnitzel (pork) was pounded thin and evenly breaded with a nice coating that formed a uniform crust. It was topped with a mushroom gravy, which I wish there had been just a little bit more of. Overall, it was very nice. The plate comes with a healthy side of red cabbage and spaetzle. Both were good, but Melanie L. nailed it....I couldn't place the herbal taste of the cabbage until my husband referred me to her review. It was definitely cloves. I didn't think it was heavy handed, but just enough that you could definitely taste it. As for the spaetzle, it could have used a little bit of salt. I let it soak up some of the juice from the cabbage to compensate, and that worked fine. When you order dinner, you get a small relish tray and a basket of rolls and breadsticks. I didn't eat much of that, because I didn't want to get filled up before my actual dinner arrived. That being said, I made it through, but I was STUFFED. If you are a big eater, you probably would have been fine, but I just can't eat a lot in one go. FYI, they do have boxes, if you need to take something home. I had never been to Wegman's, so I can't compare the two, but I can say that Ricky's is definitely doing something right. It has been busy on both of the nights I visited, but service was attentive, efficient, and the timing was excellent between dishes. Our servers were friendly and helpful with recomendations when asked. We will definitely be back. 129/2025
