I've been going here for a long time with my mother and have great memories. You used to be able to make name orders when your food was ready and I would list my name as Napoleon Dynamite, Tom Cruise, etc. People usually found it funny, but on a recent trip back it turned out that they started using those little alert things that light up and buzz when your order's ready. This is a disappointment, because the atmosphere seemed a bit more friendly and personal when they had to shout out your name. Despite that, a great combination are the soups, salads, and sandwich halve meals. I love their sweets as well, especially their cookies. Their bagels! I love the caramel crunch bagels and strawberry cream cheese. It's all well-priced and wonderful for an early morning breakfast, office lunch break, and a nice outing with friends. read more

I am very upset with this service. Every single time I have ordered in the drive thru (all at different times of the day) my order has been wrong!!!! I have left the drive thru and had to come back to wait in a 15 minute line more than 3 times now. I order a classic grilled cheese with a side of BREAD. Not only do they get my order wrong, when I ask for It to be fixed politely, they have responded with attitude. When I get a grilled cheese they give me the wrong bread sometimes, and whenever I order bread they give me chips. I will not be coming back here anymore. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! read more

In NC visiting my nephew and his family. I ordered bagels on the app and visited this Panera bakery as soon as they opened, but the bagels were not freshly made. They were at least a day old if not more. Even lightly toasted they were hard. Fresh baked bagels are why I come to Panera. This Panera never fails to disappoint me. I have had issues during my last three visits. 1) on my first visit I ordered the French onion soup as an RPU and they forgot the on side croutons. When I called to complain the manager simply said "sorry." 2) I came back a week later and after I ordered I noticed there were no clean booths and when I asked an employee to please wipe one down I got a massive eye roll and a dramatic sigh. Let me remind you this was around 3pm and the store was not busy. 3) today at my visit the cashier was unenthusiastic and had a bad attitude. I ordered the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad and it was soggy. The strawberries were obviously not very fresh and I had to pick them out. I didn't finish my salad. This Panera needs to step it up. It's an embarrassment to all Paneras. Panera is my favorite place to eat but NOT at this location. I've never had a good encounter with an employee and they all act as if they don't care about their jobs. I love Panera and I love what it stands for. Quality of ingredients has definitely gone down! I ordered a salad with pulled chicken and when the salad arrives there are huge chunks of chicken that are inedible. The look of the chicken was enough to make me lose my appetite. If I had ordered this salad in the restaurant I would have returned it and I would hope that the quality would be much better. However, since my food was delivered I ended up throwing out everything. Such a disappointment and I will not be returning. read more

The service was good the place seemed clean. This store is located next to a Starbucks so as you can imagine parking spots are precious. If you are coming here on a rainy day bring your umbrella. I ordered a power breakfast sandwich with avocados and it was all good except the avocados were old and tasted old. I could tell that they were not fresh. I am so disappointed by the two salads that I received tonight. It looks like the new owners or franchisors of this Panera bread have taken it to a low low level. The lettuce was almost frozen and The vegetables were not fresh and you could tell it had been stored for quite a while. So sad to see it go downhill because it's been fabulous up to this point. Problem and yes I keep coming back because I can from a big city and they only have one here in this city. I know this because once in the line waiting to order and the manager asked my cashier do you want to pick up a shift tonight because we just had another one to call in and quit. So every time I ask for my salad or sandwich not to come with and item it's still up there no matter if I order with a person or on the tablets. My food has had paper in it before sticker from avocado. They hardly ever put dressing on the plate you have to ask for it or it's an extremely long wait with 2 customers in entire store. Panera is a good standby for dinner. I feel that their ingredients aren't always the freshest (besides the bread, obviously). Their bread bowls are very good, and their service is pretty fast. Be aware of the Wifi policy for all Panera locations, though. If you want to do any work, you are only allowed to use the wifi for 30 minutes between 11:30AM and 1PM. It kicks you off after 30 minutes until after 1PM. read more

I can't understand how this store is still open. Management is not good. How do you run out of bagels early in the morning in a bagel store? Every time I have been in this store the staff was rude. I have even tried to order online but they had to refund my money as they again didn't have any bagels. It use to be a great place before it moved to this location. Drive through is nice but ended up costing me more time & energy because the drive thru employee was too lazy to look in the bag to make sure I had utensils. When I ask her she says " it's probably in there". Since I'm in a hotel I took the time to look for the utensils myself. I'm accustomed to paying & then getting my food. I was distracted looking for utensils therefore drove off without my card. She was too lame to to say anything. I realized a mile away that I didn't remember getting my card returned. I realy don't see what all the fuss is about this place, at least not the one in Greenville. I think the food is ok but nothing to drool about! My bread was french loaf that was stale and hard. I waited a long time for my salad and then had to go to the counter to ask about my order. This Panera location is usually pretty good in terms of the speediness of food service and good customer service. However, there's been more than a few occasions where orders did not come out correctly/ not delivered when supposed to. Also, I think the managers could do a slightly better job at inventory because several food items that are readily available at other Panera locations seem to run out or not be available at this one. All in all pretty decent location but just be wary of some hiccups that may happen. read more

My take out order was wrong. I made five phone calls to Panera and was cut off the first three times while trying to reach a manager. I called back and selected the number to place an order. I got a "specialist" right away who transferred me to the manager and you guessed it, I got cut off! I called back again. Got a lady in Colorado Springs who said she could help. 60 seconds later, after holding, I was cut off!!! At the top of the receipt, it reads "Accuracy Matters". Really?
