Today we stopped in for a late lunch. We ordered: cheddar broccoli soup, soba noodles with chicken, chicken caesar salad sandwich and a few bakery items. This was our first time trying the broth bowl; we both enjoyed the broth with the veggies, I didn't care for the soba noodles. The soup was nice and thick and ready to eat as opposed to lava hot. Went online to order a sandwich today and use my gift card. I had the card for awhile so I decided to check its worth. I had to scratch off the pin in order to check the balance. It came up 12.40. Since I didn't remember using it, I called the store to see if that was correct. Manager took card number and told me it was correct. I commented that I thought the PIN number couldn't be scratched off until you use card and she agreed and said she would go online to see when prior purchases were made. She informed me that she couldn't find anything online but she couldn't do anything to help me so I paid for my sandwich and left. Service was not very hospitable and sandwich (Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt) was not great. All in All it was a bad experience. read more

I'm from PA and I love Panera Bread but was disappointed with this location. All the tables were dirty, no speedy ordering kiosk, along with their ordering system was down and we had to pick up our food (in PA they serve your food). The thing that disappointed me the most was; this is my dad's first time eating at Panera Bread. I've been trying to convince my dad to eat here for the longest time and I finally convinced him to try it. You see, he's a picky eater and a big guy with a big appetite (stubborn too...don't tell him I said that). I told him to get extra steak on his panini (of course we paid for it, expensive) but when we got our meal there was hardly any meat. This is absolutely the worst Panera I've been to. They screw up orders regularly, overload with the lousy ingredients (romaine lettuce) and skimp on healthier stuff (kale). The service, especially for rapid pick-up, is bad (50% of time order is messed up). I like Panera so have put up with this some, but I come here a lot less than I would a regular Panera and am close to giving up on it. read more

I had lunch with my daughter and I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the place and also the poor quality of food. If you pay $13 for a 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich, you deserve a good food and Panera is known for its quality food. But, what I witnessed in this visit was very disappointing: the salad had one piece of chicken so do the sandwich-this is a rip-off. Secondly, I returned their survey and didn't hear from the management. Quite possibly the worst Panera I've ever eaten at. I've given this Panera a chance three times, and each time they have either messed up my order or been an hour (if not more) late with delivery. Omg try their take two Apple Fuji salad with Squash soup. For a dollar more they will upgrade your cup of soup to a bowl. Then they will ask u if you would also like a pastry item for a dollar more and who can say no to that. They are fast and have a very nice outdoor seating area and clean brooms to boot. The squash soup is only available n the fall. But they have a turkey cranberry flatbread then that is awesome read more

Oh my. I looked at the reviews here and decided to try anyway. I mean, make my own decision. My husband and I walk in, and headed to cashier to place order. Not busy at all. We order a bread bowl. As another employee is hollering something across the way, the cashier aimlessly stands there, looking off, with her mouth hanging open. Then says, well I guess we are out of bread bowls. Ok, well then I'll have the edamame bowl. She looks SO out of it. She stands there looking at me with a blank stare. I say, the soba noodle bowl, with edamame. She turns around, looks up at the menu on the wall, and I have to point it out to her. Then she says, 'oh, we don't have that'. Geez!! If this is a franchise, get a new owner!! Funny how there are inconsistencies between Panera locations. Service was fine, filthy tables throughout the restaurant. Ordered turkey chili, it was cold, power kale salad was soaked in dressing and had more cheese than lettuce, even the soda didn't taste right. The baguette was also inconsistent ranging from the typical hard crusted to soft like sandwich bread. read more

It's Panera, a chain, so I'm not even going to talk about the food. If you've been to a Panera, you know how the food is. I've always had positive experiences at this particular Panera. If they screw something up, they make up for it. I order Rapid Pick-Up pretty frequently so I can skip the line (it's usually very busy at lunch). My only complaint is that customers who are not getting Rapid Pick-Up Park in the spot reserved for that and I end up have to park much much further away even though I'm just running in to grab my bag. Not a huge deal, exercise is good. But just annoying and that's not the restaurants fault. read more

After having worked here for a couple months, I can say that this is one of the worst run businesses that I have ever encountered. This store is run by two overly-dramatic sisters and an armed forces veteran who thinks that Panera is the only place that exists in the world. While they have a large number of employees who make a large portion of their living working at this store, they refuse to hire anyone "full time", giving everyone just under what they would actually need to survive. The food is beyond sub-par, as is most fast food, but the veil of misinterpretation is placed over Panera for some reason and misguides people into thinking it is healthier because it costs more money than Burger King. While the employees are horribly mistreated, the sisters walk around like they can contribute nothing because they are so "busy" but sitting around eating pastries and texting seems to take up most of their time. Oh and for the record, "baked fresh daily" means re-heated in an oven after the frozen pastries arrive on a truck twice a week. read more

Very disappointed with my experience here last evening! The cashier got my order wrong, I got a half sandwich instead of whole. Then when I already got on the road I realized I was missing my second sandwich entirely! I had paid for all of my food so drove back there only to wait in line then finally talk to an untrained employee who "didn't know how to fix it". Had to wait longer for her to yell down a manager who didn't even apologize or do anything to make up for the inconvenience. We waited and waited then the guys making the sandwiches asked if they could help us and when I said I was waiting for my chicken sandwich another guy said "oh yeah, this is the one we missed" and put the sandwich made half an hour ago into my bag! Not fresh, not good, not satisfied. Mediocre food (lettuce in my salad was wilted and brown on the edges) and poorly made (ingredients in my sandwich were plopped on one side or the other and not spread). I've been here studying for several hours and then the lunch crowd came and their internet kicked me off stating they reached the maximum number logged on to their internet and to try again in 2 hours! I've been to Panera Bread in several locations and this one several times. But the last time my chicken was just barely cooked and got cold quickly. Also, there isn't much "goods" on the sandwiches. One of the best Paneras I have been to. Saturday morning 9:00 - person who took my order was friendly and efficient, food was served promptly and my steel cut oatmeal was steaming hot!! I've been to several Paneras in different locations and I have to say this is the best one ever. read more
