I rarely give a low review but I genuinely love Panera but this location is just not good. It is after 5pm, there are three people inside including me and there is trash everywhere. I cleaned off my own table and seat, napkins on the floor, left over trash on the floor, dishes stacked on the trash, it was bad. I ordered a Basil BLT and got it with no bacon, I noticed after I took two bites. I returned it and was told they were going to "remake" it when I got back the same sandwich with bacon on it. The bread was hard enough that even through gloves they should have felt "this bread is hard, maybe I'll open a new loaf" nope, I got hard bread. I just ate a few bites from the center and called it a day. Never again, and I hate that because I love Panera as a place to come and work, drink coffee and usually have a good meal. I've had better looking pizza frozen from the grocery store. This is horrible. I ordered this to go. I've been to this location several times and normally don't have an issue. Terrible experience ever!!! Employee with a green beanie had music blasting with inappropriate words, asked if my food was ready and he said to wait till I am called with a rude tone. In the meanwhile he was texting and grabbing the food with dirty hands .What type of employees is Panera hiring. Another employee assisted me with a better understanding attitude. The environment is dirty, I've seen homeless people camping inside of the restaurant with blankets and the smell is horrible. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location. Mom liked the honey walnut spread. I feel it is a generous amount. What I didn't like was the random piece of plastic(?) Found at the bottom of my blueberry peach smoothie. I take forever to drink anything so this was found well after we left, as I was about to rinse out my cup and lid to recycle. Vaccinated team members have the OPTION of not wearing a mask. If masks are important to you I feel this is good information to make an educated decision based on your comfort level. I always get the pick 2 so I can have a nice bit of variety in my meal. Most of the time I pick a salad and a sandwich with the baguette as a side. The southwest salad is a delicious choice. Don't forget you can switch out some ingredients and add some extras, just pay attention to fees. I usually get the free stuff, like wonton strips and the peppers. This is the worst Panera I've ever visited. I'm so frustrated because it's the closest to home, but I just can't do it any longer. I've had many issues, and tried to report it to management- it clearly falls on deaf ears. This location has the best customer service. I ordered delivery and when the app told me my food was delivered, but it was not I called the location to find out what happened. The young lady was very friendly, informed me the app does that sometimes and my order had not left the store, but was about to leave. Within 15 minutes a friendly staff member delivered my food then left. When I looked over my food I noticed my cream cheese was missing to which I called the store again. I placed an order for mobile drive-through pick up. My order was ready before I arrived and I got stuck behind someone who had just placed their order when they got there. I pulled around and waited 10 minutes behind this person while their food was being prepared fresh and my food was sitting inside getting cold. I called the store and asked if it was possible that they have the person in front of me pull around and then bring the food out to them when there was ready so that I could get my food as well since it was already ready. The worker that answered the phone was named Desmonde And was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He told me I was being rude for requesting them helping me out getting my food. Then proceeded to tell me to walk into the store to get it. I then reexplained I was stuck in the drive thru behind someone else waiting for their order so that wasn't possible. He said he couldn't help. When I pulled around to the drive-through window To get my food, someone else was helping me and Desmonde was standing in the back, staring me down with an aggressive look. He then proceeded to walk towards the window, and I asked the other person what his name was. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and a strawberry poppyseed salad with a mango smoothie and a brownie because I had a half off dessert coupon. My sandwich was delicious, I had wanted hot chicken on my salad however when I got it, there was no chicken at all so I told them and they had no problem correcting it. When I finally tasted the salad the man came by and asked was everything ok which I loved and I told him to take the salad away. He then asked if I wanted something else which I also loved because he was trying to make sure I was satisfied and so he brought me another salad. The customer service today was great by both the black lady at the register and the man Darron. Darron had great customer service that I really appreciate because that's hard to come by sometimes.
