The Vietnamese baguette that should have a crisp crust and a soft, airy interior tasted more like a WinCo dinner roll The daikon and carrots were not traditional pickled tangy - just carrots and daikon fresh sliced. The cucumber slices were so thick they seemed more like something you would dip in a ranch dressing- not put on a sandwich. The Pho broth was worst I have ever had. Not much more to say. If you are a connoisseur of Vietnamese food, don't go here... If you don't know how Vietnamese Pho or Banh mi should taste - then you won't know you're getting bad Vietnamese food. We ordered the spicy catfish and a pad thai. The food was excellent. The spicy catfish was different. Thai restaurants in California use catfish steaks. They used the filet (no bones). Flavor was very good. The price was reasonable. Must be tough as a Thai restaurant in Idaho Falls as they also serve sushi here.

Although the $2.50 up-charge I don't love, especially for the size of the fry. For the upcharge I wish you got a little or a lot more. The regular fry is adequately portioned. They have a really well seasoned made in-house fry sauce that is delightfully smoky and sweet, and balances out the fries very nicely. It is one of the best fry sauces I've ever had, and I have had a lot of them. Constructive criticism: For the up-charge on the unique and tasty fries add a few more or lower the charge a bit. It's the only thing that feels a bit scamish as I've walked away several times feeling like I could have had just a few more I would have been satisfied. I'm willing to admit that's a me problem possibly, that being said I'm not a fatty, I'm actually a small dude, so take that for what it's worth. Waffle fries were very good and the fry sauce was yummy. First time having fry sauce and I am hooked. Everyone else loved their burgers. Salmon was good. Loved the drop peppers in the dish!
