I don't come to Panera Bread with any regularity. Have always seen it as a ladies place with salads, sandwiches, soups in a bread bowl and beverages. Very average stuff. But lately things seem different. I can order from a nice, easy to read menu and the offerings are put together as soup and sandwich, soup and salad, etc. Sizes differ depending on what you ordered. It is nice that you are not rushed to eat and leave. I have been using Panera Bread for business sessions and simply as a landmark to meet people. We can sit and sip a beverage or have something to eat. Easy. I like their salads and their soups. Lately, their chili is very good. I will be back. read more

Hit up Panera for a meal with mixed results. First off the restaurant was clean. That is a good start. The service was also outstanding. I ordered the Tomato Basil BLT and Broccoli Cheddar soup. The sandwich was very good. No complaints there. The soup was not good. It was very bland and lacking any flavor. Avoid this location at all costs. The service is horrible and employees don't even know how to greet customers warmly. They don't give full portions of food and skip steps on properly making food correctly. I have had items missing from orders, salads missing the chicken and sold stale food. I have walked in during a busy part of the day and the manager himself had what look like an art project spread out on the counter behind the front counter instead of running the business. I'm constantly asking for my items that I have order and even had employees laugh about the mistakes they had made. read more

Most killer service experience in a long time... Not a huge deal, but I ordered a certain soup and a different one that I also liked came out. I sat down and ate every bit of it. On the way out I was stopped and asked if everything was cool and I said *absolutely* it was. The U-pick 2 half bowl of broccoli cheddar soup was luke warm. I asked for hot soup...and it had no broccoli! I was very impressed with this Panera. It has a very good feel to it. The decor is bright and neutral. (Yes I was the crazy woman taking pictures of the light fixtures with my iPad, ha!) Judy, who took my order, was very patient when my Panera Card wouldn't read and she had to reset it four times. I liked that it was asked if my daughter wanted the apple whole or sliced as her side. Her grilled cheese could have been a little more 'grilled' but she still liked it. The half modern quinoa salad came out well portioned! Very clean including the very pretty bathroom. Today I visited one of my favorite places for coffee, soup, sandwiches and pastries. One can have breakfast up to 10:30 am. All baked goods are fresh daily and day old baked goods donated to several charitable organizations. Typical Panera menu of varietal salads, sandwiches, varietal baked goods, cold and hot drinks, and a kids menu. Outdoor seating too as well as a drive through. Vegetarian choices as well. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Loved the Turkey chili and squash soup, green goddess cobb salad great, tuna salad just a tad vinegary . All in all yummy. read more

I wish that the kitchen staff would actually read the order requests on the prep order receipts so that the customer receives the food as the customer wanted and how the customer wanted it prepared. Especially when a customer has made a pickup order and then drives back home and finds out the food items were not prepared as requested. It's so frustrating when this happens all the time! The prep staff needs to READ the order as REQUESTED! And, before anyone at this Panera Bread location uses the excuse that it can happen because they're busy making other orders, DON'T, this has happened very early in the morning's and/or on afternoon's when there was hardly no one in the restaurant or drive-thru that should cause this frequent lack of reading the prep receipt and prepare the order as requested. This happened just the other day at 7:20am and there was only one customer sitting with just a cup of coffee. I ordered 2 simple bagels, 1 with butter and the other with cream cheese and when I went to pick up the order at the prep counter there was no cream cheese with 1 of the bagels as requested. I pointed out the error to the prep person and she just turned around and said to another person (I believe the manager) that it should have cream cheese on 1 and she started to question me if I ordered it with cream cheese. What?! I actually had to show her my receipt showing the item ordered. They couldn't even read a simple order and get it right! READ the DANG FOOD PREP ORDERS...EVERY TIME..!! I went to order food for my mom and myself after she had surgery and they forgot to include the soup I thought I had ordered. Not only did Jeff make it right and get me a fresh bowl of soup, when he heard that my mom had gum surgery, he asked if she might prefer fruit rather than a hard baguette. Panera Bread, what is going on at this location? Today, for the second time in a row, they didnt put my sandwich in the bag. I knew from my previous experience that I had to fully check my bag at the Drive Thru. I went in and the gentleman looked surprised as I told him that he didn't put my sandwich in the bag. He apologized but was confused on how to make the sandwich. I got home and took a bite of my Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, it was so dry!! It seems that the gentleman forgot the basil mayo. My baguette was so hard my dog couldnt chew it. There is a problem at this location with attention to detail. This review is long overdue and who knows if during Covid these employees are still employed here but I say.....Awwww....I hate to give this low of a rating as I look for the crème of the crop....but Sarah gave such terrible customer service that I couldn't give the proper rating that I usually like to give. Not only did she have a poor attitude acting like it was a chore to assist, but I almost told her to keep the food as speaking with her seemed like a terrible imposition. McKenna........what a difference....she was Phenomenal with her pleasant demeanor and helpful ways! Thanks McKenna for making up for a terrible experience with Sarah! The food tasted good, service thru the drive thru was friendly and fast. However, the value continues to shrink. 1/2 Chix Ceasar and cup of soup, $9.50. (before tax). Both portions were just small, esp. tiny amount of Chix on the Ceasar and the soup didn't even fill the small cup and was a bit thin. I guess making everything "clean" as they say means the prices keep going up as the portion size shrinks. read more

Very unimpressive for a big company. My sister and I placed an order to go. I got a Caesar salad and she ordered a chicken salad sandwich. My salad was under filled. I ordered a whole salad and it was about the amount for a half. Why am I paying $10 for something worth really no more than $4!? This has to be the worst Panera Bread I've ever went to. Went there this morning and ordered an egg white spinach and tomato sandwich and there was no egg on the sandwich. We were super excited to have a Panera near our house. We have given this location 3 chances! First two times they were slow and got our order wrong and we understood bc they were new. But all we wanted was a couple of toasted bagels on plates with plain cream cheese and they couldn't even do that!!! The line was so long just to pick up our food (because at this panera they don't bring the food to you ) and my kids were hungry so I gave up trying to get the order corrected. I will say that I told one employee as she took our plates what happened and she grabbed my kids two extra bagels. That was super kind of her. I hope this Panera gets their act together because my whole family loves Panera and would be loyal customers if they could toast a bagel. read more

I love coming here, when they get it right, the food is amazing but most times they get it wrong. Today I was served cold oatmeal. Again. Also, they didn't put any of the cinnamon sugar crunch on it. This happens a lot. I come every Wednesday, sometimes more often, and it's shocking how many times they get it wrong.
