This new location is terrible. We've tried three times and each time has been worse than the one before.... out of popular items early in the day, rude employees, etc. But tonight took the cake...ordered drive-thru and waited 25 minutes at the window after paying. Watched the manager thru the window personally load all the bags while checking against the receipt so I had high hopes that our order would be perfect. Pulled away but Into a nearby space to make sure and of course, missing items. Had to walk inside since the drive-thru was full and ask for my missing salad and bread bowl that went with the soup. The manager (who packed the order) was not apologetic whatsoever and never once cracked a smile or uttered a kind word. The cashier at the drive-thru was very polite and professional (young girl). Apparently this location's manager should take notes from the teens. read more
