Terrible product and when contacting corporate kept wanting receipt but did not get one going through drive through.. last time I go there. My everything bagel was as small as a slider bun

They're good at making cold sandwiches out of hot ones. Our party ordered 4 bread bowls and a sandwich. It took a really long time and my sandwich came out cold. It shouldn't take a long time to scoop soup. They also didn't give me the extra chicken I ordered for $1.99. For some reason, we ordered more... it took another 20 minutes for a pick 2. The girls were talking about makeup. This sandwich came out warm but the soup was cold this time. New management needed. Stay away.

    Caprice sandwich, just unwrapped.

I don't think they're paying close enough attention to detail. See the photo to see how they smashed the sandwich together to package it for a to-go order. I ended up eating it with a knife and fork. Very disappointing seeing how my lunch was 16 plus dollars for a sandwich and a cup of soup. I work hard for my money and I expect better for it.

It's not easy finding a nice salad around these parts, so I went somewhere familiar. We have nice Paneras on the west coast and this one didn't quite stack up. It was in a parking backlot, smelled weird and no one was there. The cashier was super friendly and same with the one other worker who made my salad. It didn't feel like the healthy Panera I know, because she was pulling out bins and throwing the ingredients in the bowl. But luckily it tasted just how I remember it :) they totally skimped on the avocado though which is my favorite part. The chicken was questionable too. It seemed like it was pre packed out of a bag verses the fresh chicken I remember. Panera has really gone downhill from where I remember if this is what it's like now.

Caesar Salad and Mac and cheese with a random piece of bacon.

Food is average quality. The website is supposed to be updated daily with soups and salads that are AVAILABLE. Today, the website said they have Autumn Squash soup, but on arrival they claim to be out of the soup one hour into lunch. We got a Caesar salad and Mac and cheese, and the Caesar salad was much less full than normal. The plate also contained a random piece of bacon. The other meal is the white cheddar steak sami and Mac and cheese.

A hidden gem in Dayton, of all places. I haven't had many Asian restaurants of any kind that tasted…read moreauthentic in Dayton, but this is one of the few. The noodles are actually made in-house and have a lovely texture. I got the Classic Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup and was definitely not disappointed. The broth is light, but full of flavor at the same time. It is truly very comforting on a cold winter night. I think the beef slices on there are a bit tough, but it's not too big of an issue. The portion sizes are actually crazy. I got the regular size and could finish maybe just half to 2/3 of the noodles, along with a majority of the beef. I can't imagine how massive the large bowl would be... For health, I also ordered some stir-fried bok choy. This was stir fried well, but I'm not really sure what the flavor profile was supposed to be. Is it garlic? Is it spicy? I couldn't really place it. The prices are very fair for the quality of food they provide, and service throughout the night was decent. I will probably be back again, if I visit Dayton! I have been a regular customer at Kungfu Noodle for a long time and, because of my work schedule, I…read moreeat here almost every day. Unfortunately, a recent experience has convinced me that I will not be returning. I placed an order and requested "no meat, more vegetables." I was told that the kitchen was unwilling to provide extra vegetables unless I paid an additional charge. What disappointed me most was not the charge itself, but the attitude behind it. It felt as though reasonable customer requests were viewed as an inconvenience rather than something to accommodate. This is also not the first time I have heard kitchen staff complaining about customer requests. In the past, I have overheard complaints about customers asking for less salt or making other simple modifications to their meals. As a long-time customer, it is extremely disappointing to hear staff openly express frustration toward paying customers for such basic requests. The attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. After repeatedly hearing complaints from the kitchen about customer orders, it becomes difficult to feel confident about how special requests are handled behind the scenes. I have supported this restaurant for a long time, but this experience has left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and addresses these issues.
