Within the past 2 months: - Ordered dozen bagels and a tub of flavored cream cheese to bring to work, they forgot the cream cheese...made the bagels not the big hit I was hoping for. I let it go and assumed it was just a one time mistake. No biggie. - Ordered delivery past weekend, they forgot one of the pastries but charge me for it. Looks like might be a pattern. Giving me the right things I paid for is probably a basic requirement I have for all food establishments. Other then that the food is okay. I'm giving it a 2 star for just not satisfying service. I like Panera. We have been coming here for years. Slightly overpriced on many lunch items but decent food and good selections. But let's talk about service. They have been slacking. Thr For example, this morning. We had one gentleman ahead of us waiting for his food. He gets his food so we are next. I don't see anyone making our breakfast sandwich. They seemed to be busy chatting and preparing for lunch apparently. Finally the guy decides to start making it. What I really didn't like is the fact that they were waiting to make the breakfast sandwich before they could give me my smoothie and bagel. 13 min after placing our order we finally get our food, again, with no one ahead of us. My bagel is cold by that time. My smoothie melting/getting warm. If I wanted a cold bagel I wouldn't have had it toasted. Get it together Panera. Your new system is not working. Next time I'll be asking for a new warm bagel and a fresh smoothie. read more

My husband saw on the veterans site that Panera was giving a free breakfast sandwich to Veterans, so he went there and ordered one, and told the cashier about the free sandwich, he ordered other things also. Got his bill, was charged for sandwich, when he asked about it the cashier was very rude, and said they weren't doing it. The manager then came over and was very rude, and said they knew nothing of it. It was the corporate office offering, NOT THEM. We like Panera very much, but WILL NO LONGER GO TO THIS ONE. read more

About as incompetent of a staff as a chain could possibly have. Understaffed as well, but it wouldn't be that bad if they knew what they were doing. Don't expect to get coffee here; canisters are always either missing (especially dark roast) or run out halfway through your cup being full. Staff will lie to you about when you can expect refills. All this and you pay $2.00+ for self-serve. read more

I was just here today and I got a salad to go. One, the tomatoes in the salad were not cut up at all, there was literally half of a large tomato just sitting on my salad. Two, they gave me two knives but no fork. I didn't realize this until it was too late so I had to eat my salad with two knives. Overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. read more

Any day that I am feeling low, I head to panera because I know that their soup and sandwich combo will cheer me up. You can try any sandwich and not go wrong with it, the place is usually busy so the only that I will be worried about is finding seating but other than that its a great place to eat and chat with friends on a Saturday afternoon. My favorite sandwich is the tomato basil mozzarella sandwich on a regular bread ( not a fan of ciabatta bread) with Tomato bisque. read more

I love Panera. I come regularly. This is the filthiest Panera I have EVER been to. When I arrived I noticed garbage all around the floor and there was not a table top cleaned off in the place. Employee was standing in front of drink dispenser chatting and gave me a dirty look when I tried to sneak behind them to get my drink. I went to the restroom where one toilet was overflowing and the cleanest stall I could find had a very large puddle of piss on the floor (and this is the ladies restroom). The whole bathroom smelled like urine and clearly hadn't been serviced for some time. On the way back to my table, I slipped on the large pool of liquid that had collected all around the floor under the beverage dispensers. I get the busy lunch rush, but I arrived at 1:30, worked here till 4:30 and none of the conditions have changed. Makes me wonder if the front of the house looks like this, what does the back look like where food is being prepared. Yuck. read more

Tried to use the panera app to order food on my lunch break, app kept crashing so i tried it on a coworkers phone and it wasn't working on there either. i decided to call to place an order and i was put on hold for 10 minutes and nobody ever answered. I then drove to panera to place the take out order and employees walked by me and didn't take my order, THEN i had to place the order on the ipad in store. At this point my lunch break is already almost over. I've never been so disappointed or the type of person to leave a review but it was ridiculous. there was also no option to leave a review on my receipt. read more

I always go here because I work in Frandor. Always delicious and fresh. I'm loving the new computers where you punch in your orders without a cashier. The other day, I was in a hurry to get to work, but still wanted my Panera fix. I ordered online while I was on the bus, and it was sitting there, ready to go when I got there. A+ work. Terrible. They say they are open until ten. Treat you like crap when you walk in at 9:30. They clean up everything as they are trying to take your order. Do the employees know, we as customers stand there and watch them make our food? The girl was brutal. Slamming plates around. Dropping stuff all over. Rude. Fresh food and dependable. I've been to many of their restaurants and the food is the same so you always know what you are getting. Fresh and healthy options. It's a good place to meet for business meetings as there is no loud music playing. Not great coffee drinks. I think they should add more beverages to their menu. read more

Sometimes the staff is not great, and food is super expensive. I wish soups were ready all the time. Even with that said I love the food! So I don't stop going. Orange scones, Greek salad, lemon chicken orzo soup. Chicken and wild rice soup, Asiago cheese bagels, and vegetable pesto are my favorites. read more

This was NOT a good place to eat. All I heard from everyone was. "Panera this, Panera that" well I can now officially tell you it is NOT. "Panera this, Panera that" I ordered a bread bowl and could not take more than 8 bites before I said this is not good. Not only am I upset but I am IRATE. Take out is terrible! Very small portions. Mac and cheese is about one cup size! Smaller than if you order at the restaurant. You need larger to go containers for the salads! Rip off! Bread was thrown in bag with no wrapping. I will never order to go food again. Called Panara- manager John was a complete jerk- said ya we changed the packaging to a smaller container about a month ago- don't yell at me, I have nothing to do with it do you know how many orders I have to get out in a day! So I called Corporate - she says " we had a celebration change " and prices went up and portion size on the to go containers are smaller! I've been here several times before. The food is typically good - over priced a bit, but much better alternative to "fast food". Before today, I would have reviewed with 4 stars. Today, they were a bit busy (nothing insane) and the staff - ESPECIALLY the manager - was extremely stressed. The manager was the person who took my order, and his customer service skills were absolutely nonexistent. I asked for something that is no longer on the menu (hasn't been for a year) and the staff is always able to make it. He made sure I knew it wasn't on the menu and that he'd have to make a huge accommodation for me (... It's literally 1 addition to a sandwich) and that I must be mistaken with what I ordered before when it was off the menu. It was the most irritating experience I've had at a Panera. Customer service comes first, Mr Manager. Teaching your staff how to handle (light) stress is in your hands. read more

Last 3 months I have eaten at this location a lot. Consistently fast service for basically made to order food (except soups) and this food is ALWAYS good. If you watch calories - all salads are good, new favoriite is Mediterranean Couscous salad with shrimp - spinach, lentils/fava beans, shrimp, romain, blk olives (order dressing on side to cut mega calories from meal). 5-6 soups daily to choose from and the chicken noodle in a pick/2 meal is only 80 calories. All the sandwiches look amazing and everyone eating one seems pretty happy doing so. Note - there is always a lot of people here but the line moves fast, extra seating in back. I've not had a problem getting a table at even the busiest of times as people are constantly coming and going. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a must stop when in frandor area for coffee, breakfast bagels/flavored cream cheeses, lunch, dinner, a meeting, after shopping, or to answer that afternoon craving for espresso and pastries/cupcakes, etc... read more

Gave it a 2. Soups normally great! Like the changes of food available. Chicken sandwich is great! Food good! Getting there and finding a place to park is a nightmare!! I go to this panera a lot with decent service. But this morning it was pretty bad. I ordered breakfast to pick up for some friends and I. When I got there it was supposed to have been ready for 7 or 8 minutes (it tells you a pickup time when you order online). I waited a few minutes and then asked a supervisor about it. He checked and said it would be another 5 minutes, but got me a cup of coffee while I waited. Another few minutes passed, and to his credit he came out and told me it would be up in just another minute, and waved me over to get it. I don't know what he said to the staff member making my order, but the both looked at me and giggled. Then when the staffer finally got my order to me he was clearly giggling at me again. I don't know what kind of snide comments the supervisor was making, and I can't imagine why, since I had said nothing but please and thank you, despite the fact that by the time I left my order was 15 minutes overdue so I was late for work. What, was he not wild about my haircut? Well, his 80's pornstache wasn't really that amazing either but I didn't feel the need to be an ass to him about it. If anyone should have been making rude or snide comments about the situation, it was me. But I didn't say a word except in the beginning when I politely asked if he wouldn't mind checking on my order. Uneccessary and rude. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I am flabbergasted at the service I received on December 9th, 2017 at approximately 6:45-7:45 pm. I have never had worst service at this establishment in my entire life. First I order and pay, and everything is fine. Then the hell begins. First of all the whole kitchen staff is yelling back and forth talking rudely about customers and their orders, then they go on to verbally attack an elderly woman for her asking "I've been waiting a while, how much longer?" Another customer comes up and says her soup is cold, then the workers tell her to heat it up herself in the microwave herself. After waiting for an hour they finally have prepared my food to tell me that they are out of the bread I ordered, and they are out of baguettes. FIRST OF ALL, IF ANYONE KNOWS THE SIERRA TURKEY SANDWICH, THE WHOLE REASON OF GETTING IT IS FOR THE ASIAGO BREAD IT COMES ON! And surprise surprise they are out of that bread too. My whole night has been ruined. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SERVICE THIS SHITTY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! They all can stick their dick flavored reject bread where the sun don't shine. read more
