Very good concept. If I lived here, I'd likely come to this place multiple times a week for healthy options. The menus is a mix of three types of food that I think most everyone likes: noodles, salads and poke bowls. Everything looked great and I had a hard time deciding. Ultimately went with the yuzu salmon bowl and added avocado. Really delicious. Could have had a bit more sauce but otherwise on point. The rice was warmer than I'm used to poke bowls but it was good. The space was good with a bigger outdoor patio. Service was good. I don't like restaurants that only have kiosk interfaces but the worker was good walking me through it so I didn't mind as much.

What an interesting take on Asian food. They have a menu that has a lot to choose from. I like the hot and sour soup, and it has a nice kick to it. I also like the shrimp poke, which has many different flavors pop'in. I like the service, walk up to a kiosk, choose your meal, place an order, pay, and hang out for about 10 - 15 minutes, and you are on your way. The Fueld has a nice atmosphere with plenty of seating ample room and average noise levels.

I left disappointed! I was disappointed that I hadn't tried this place sooner....and disappointed that I live in Minnesota a d we dont have a Fueld nearby! The ceasar I had was so lovely. I added shrimp...so yum! I also added red onions and avocado. Not a classic ceasar....but that's my business, and Fueld let me add what I like to customize my salad. And their bread....chef's kiss! The ambiance is nice....fast casual but also kinda hip. I ate alone and didn't feel weird since the tables weren't too close together. Love this place....will def come back!

The original spot we wanted to go to was packed and we didn't want to wait, so we came here instead. Walking in the place is cutely decorated and has two levels. since it was kind of loud downstairs, we sat upstairs instead. The menus kind of slim but they do have a bunch of different taco options to choose from. my coworker went with a plain taco and I went with two of the French dip tacos. The tacos were good but for some reason I think there was bacon on it but I was so tired I didn't feel like sending it back. Plus, it was dark and I honestly couldn't tell, but I'm certain there was bacon. They do charge a 3% fee if you run your card, which I did because after two tacos and a pop, my bill was $18?!?! My coworker paid cash and she still got the service fee? It wasn't huge but really, what's happening here? Anyway, this place isn't bad but I don't know that I'd return in the future for a variety of reasons but I can see why people do love it here as it's a fun place to watch sports on TV and hang out with friends!

I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed with my experience at this barrios location. The…read moreservice was great, but the ambiance and food were just ok. I got two "build your own" tacos. For meats, I picked the chorizo + black beans & the seasoned pulled chicken. I will say it was fun to build my own & pick all the toppings I wanted. The food quality was just ok. I was a bit disappointed by the flavor (was expecting more flavor and more tender meat). The toppings were ok, but didn't really blow me away either. The pineapple salsa was a bit overpowering & it all blended together a bit too much. I will say these were my choices - but I felt quality and taste could've been better. Not just from an "authentic street taco" perspective, but also for a "fusion" / new American taco joint perspective. I did try the "French dip" taco from the el jefe menu and it was great! The barbacoa was pretty good too. And the salsa + guac was really good. Ambiance was ok. It felt like it needed to be refreshed a bit inside & we were a bit cold by the door. Overall, I had an ok experience. Fun to build tacos from scratch, but was a bit disappointed by the food quality. Price was great though.

Our party of four were served the food in phases rather than everyone's plate coming at once. I'd consider the service slow since we waited a bit 10 minutes (?) to order. Had the seafood soup which was fine but the bread I asked to be served with it was cold, dry slices of a French baguette. The salad someone else from our party ordered had a nice serving of beef on it and looked tasty. The beef stroganoff another person ordered was overly seasoned to me as I was given a taste and beef wasn't very tender. Overall food is fine. Place is nice with some outside seating.

Sapporo is not about to break that trend! Right off the bat, the vibe is chill and the staff is welcoming. I go for the Takoyaki and Hakata modern. The Takoyaki is absolutely delicious. Wonderful balance of texture and salt vs sweet. Easily top 3 I've had. On to the ramen....which I was ready to be super hyper critical on. Hakata modern features Tonkotsu pork broth, chashu, ajitsuke tamago, menma, beansprouts, garlic oil, umami dama, and scallions. Final verdict? The broth is rich and flavorful, and there is plenty of it! The ramen egg is a tab bit overdone and the chasu can be a little more tender but who am I kidding? It's pretty damn good! The best part of all? Sapporo sits at a very reasonable price point while not compromising on high quality. All in all, very much worth a trip while in the area. Sapporo slides right into my go to lineup :-)
