The staff was friendly and the ease at which to order was great. I like the fact that they offered vegan options and they have things that were labeled V for vegetarian and VG for vegan. My only thing is the food was OK. I would have to give the food a seven out of 10. Overall, the atmosphere was wonderful. Very good concept. If I lived here, I'd likely come to this place multiple times a week for healthy options. The menus is a mix of three types of food that I think most everyone likes: noodles, salads and poke bowls. Everything looked great and I had a hard time deciding. Ultimately went with the yuzu salmon bowl and added avocado. Really delicious. Could have had a bit more sauce but otherwise on point. The rice was warmer than I'm used to poke bowls but it was good. The space was good with a bigger outdoor patio. Service was good. I don't like restaurants that only have kiosk interfaces but the worker was good walking me through it so I didn't mind as much. read more

This place is so good! Very fresh tasty food that keeps from you feeling guilty because you are the one that likes salads for dinner! They just started offering poke bowls and they are large and definitely delicious. You are able to make all dishes your own by choosing what you want in them but why bother with perfection? Place is in a minimalist but warm style and you order from the kiosk but there is a nice employee to help you thru the process. I had dinner there last night with some friends. They specialize in stir fry and salads which can be ordered ready made or created to order by the customer. I highly recommend that you include the candied pecans which were awesome. Several years ago, I ordered a healthy option from another restaurant which was abysmal as it had no seasoning whatsoever, so while curious, I was also a bit trepidatious about how my food would taste. What an interesting take on Asian food. They have a menu that has a lot to choose from. I like the hot and sour soup, and it has a nice kick to it. I also like the shrimp poke,which has many different flavors pop'in. I like the service, walk up to a kiosk, choose your meal, place an order, pay, and hang out for about 10 - 15 minutes, and you are on your way. It was pricey, but only because I literally added all the proteins amongst other additional cost items. So for what I got and the quality it was fair. Ordering was kind of a hassle. It was busier and closer to the end of lunch hour, so we waited to order from the cashier or the kiosk we saw upon entry and didn't realize there were more kiosks further down the counter to the left. Our order was brought out to us which was nice and he checked on us multiple times. As a spicy food lover, this also hits the spot being able to adjust the heat to my preference. I added shrimp...so yum! I also added red onions and avocado. Not a classic ceasar....but that's my business, and Fueld let me add what I like to customize my salad. And their bread....chef's kiss! I have wanted to try Fuel'd since they opened and finally stopped in for a late lunch. They have several ordering kiosks which are fairly simple to navigate. I like the option of ordering from the menu items or being able to choose your own creation. The place is very clean and sparsely decorated and the staff is super friendly and helpful. My meal was served quickly and was piping hot and delicious. As you can see from the photo, the portions are very generous and filling, and I even took some home.
