I'll start by saying the food here is great. However, I was appalled with the interaction I had with the girl at the drive thru. After receiving my order, I checked the bag and some of the food was missing. When the employee opened the window again, she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes. There was no urgency or apology for the mistake. If I'm going to pay $16, I expect basic respect as a customer. Every Panera I've visited has honestly never disappointed me including this location (not sure why their ratings are lower than the norm). I LOVE the breakfast yogurt parfait with Strawberries, Blueberries and Granola on plain yogurt with Honey. Also, their baked goods (Orange Scones) are delicious. I have been to this Panera a number of times though they mess up more order sometimes I usually don't complain but today I received absolutely disgusting mac and cheese - see photo. The avocados were more brown than green and there were pieces of avocado SKIN in the mac and cheese. Those black pieces in the photo aren't just bad parts of the fruit but inedible pieces of the skin. I don't know what kind of person would look at this mac and cheese and put a lid on it and serve it to a customer. Will not be returning to this location!! read more

My family have ordered here several times in the last 3 months. We did a small study of the last 10 visits and in those visits the order was completely wrong in 6 of those. It wasn't a small mistakes, but wrong sandwiches, missing sides etc. Couldn't speak to the manager on the 10th visit because they were "too busy". My daughter and son came to eat for lunch. Good thing we went early because the lunch crowd starts up right at noon. So many choices. I would suggest looking at an online menu in advance to accommodate less of a wait unless you can make a fast decision. They do have kiosks you can go to and order. The food is great but I do feel proportions could be a tad bit more for the price. Service was really fast. The area we sat at had a pretty small square table for us 3. There were no other tables or booths available at the time and we arrived at about 1145am. We tried to pull another square table that was next to ours but it was broken at the base so it was not an easy piece to try and move. My 2 year old son didn't really eat his sandwich. Nothing fancy either. Honestly making my own and bringing it with me for him would have probably been better. He did eat his yogurt. The smoothie I got which was strawberry banana was good. Repeatedly he has told my friend that works there that he will not have to close, and he has still yet to fix this issue. He doesn't care about the employees at all. Boy! Talk about down sizing! I used to get a family sized soup or group soup as they call it now: and I could enjoy it for two days! I even asked how many it would serve and they said two to four servings. What was not said is that it was cups and not bowls like it used to be! I also ordered the Alfredo tortallini, the flavor was there but then again the serving was not! This was more like a snack or a teaser than a meal! My wife is currently in the drive thru and did mobile ordering while our 3 kids are in the van. (I'm at work). Panera informs her they can't give her, her mobile rapid pick up through the drive thru for...unknown reasons. Unacceptable. Lots of places have mobile ordering and I've never heard of a place refusing to walk 10 feet and give the order through a drive thru window, which might be an inconvenience for most but is more of a hindrance for a parent with 3young (4, 2, 3 months) in the car. I placed an order at the restaurant to take home for a family dinner after our daughter just came home from the hospital. I get home with the food and opened it up and it was the wrong g order with missing food. The receipt said the would "fix it" if the order was wrong. So I called and talked to the manager, Jason. My experience was terrible today I ordered 2 loaves of bread 1 tomato basil and 1 sourdough. The girl at the register told me they had no more of the XL loaves of the sourdough, and said they had only 1 of the regular loaves left, so that was what I proceeded to get. On the receipt she had charged me with the XL loaf which was fine because there was only like $1 difference. Then when she went to go package the bread she threw away the 3 of the end pieces on one side and 1 on the other side because they didnt fit in the bag in a straight line. She could've just sold them to the side. #1 that is a waste of food #2 I paid to get the entire load of bread #3 my brother likes the ends pieces and was disappointed when he didnt get any. Not to mention it looked like the were short on staff so of course it took way longer than needed to get my loaves of bread. read more

Just visited this location for the first time and was very pleased at the friendliness of the food runner. I ordered at the kiosk to skip the line, so I didn't interact with the cashier, but she was also very pleasant when speaking to customers. I ordered dinner + bagels (sliced) + a frozen caramel + pecan braid for breakfast. Despite the large order, the wait was short and my order was filled perfectly. The one downside was that the bakery had just sold out of my pecan braid, but the food runner walked me over to the bakery, made recommendations based on the fact that I like pecans, and got a scone for me. A caramel apple scone will probably go better with my morning coffee anyway. This location offers much better service than my usual Panera. Plus, the bathrooms were clean, so that's good. read more

Drive-thru on 3/31/2020. Service was terrible, to put it mildly. Canned chicken on the tortellini, which was either undercooked or microwaved, and the Alfredo sauce was skimpy and runny. Another disappointment was getting a bag of potato chips instead of a baguette. Not what one would expect for money spent. The side salad was fresh and yummy. read more

We ordered dinner from Panera through Uber Eats. Very simple order -- a flatbread pizza for myself & a soup & salad for my wife. The Uber driver was great. Delivered the meal ahead of schedule. But instead of a salad we received some kind of tomato sandwich. We called twice to alert Panera of the mistake to try to make it right. Panera hung up on us twice. So I had to get into my car and drive to Panera. (kind of defeats the purpose of Uber, doesn't it?). They then made the salad and offered me a cookie for my troubles. Thanks but no thanks. I love Panera's food but I am very unhappy with the Lewisville location I have multiple times made an order for pick up at 645 in the morning to pick up time 730am and they either don't have any souffle ready or only have 1 of 2 ready and I am still having to wait longer for my food. This morning however is my last straw when I placed my order at 7am with pick up time 740 for only one souffle and a banana get there 5 minutes early and they tell me we are out of souffles they are in the oven and will be ANOTHER 25 F***ING MINUTES!!!!! Clearly their give-a-damn is busted in this location. This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. They were out of avocado, which is pretty bad considering half their menu items have avocado. So I ordered tuna instead of what I wanted to order. It came of some nasty hard-on- the-top, soggy-on-the-bottom ciabatta. It was supposed to be on honey wheat. I also order soup. All my stuff was crammed in a bad too small for the order and ripped half open, exposing the unwrapped baguette. Gross. If this is how they serve food to customers I hate to think what's going on in the areas we can't see. Also, no napkins in the bag. I won't be back. read more

This place is awful. Don't order online they'll take 2 to 3 hours to deliver. The service is always poor and when a manager does get involved they'll usually just say sorry or make excuses. The 3 times I've been here it's always been the same. The food taste stale and the service is bad. The last time I just ordered a bowl of soup. Just scoop it and let's go. They get my order wrong often, don't bring out food I've ordered, and are typically not very friendly. The people are very nice and the food is always good. That is especially important because no matter what you order - you get what you get. No matter what kind of soup you order - you will most likely get chicken noodle. I really just want cream of chicken and rice, but surprise! It's chicken noodle. Want squash soup? Surprise! It's chicken noodle! Breakfast? They have a go to surprise there as well. Bacon Egg and cheese brioche? Surprise! It's scrambled egg and sausage on ciabatta.
