    Baja Bowl
    Erica O.

I really do like Panera, the food tastes fresh with good flavors. I really like the soups and their bagels are tasty. My problem is with some of the portions. This Baja Bowl was very good tasting Rice and quinoa, black beans, corn, feta, pickled onions, avocado, sour cream and an avocado dressing. I really like quinoa, so I was disappointed it seemed like about 95% rice with just a little quinoa. And for $11.19 it just felt like there should be more food there. The service was very good and everyone was nice. I enjoyed my food but next time I'll order something different.

The young lady who took our order was patient and very sweet! She was accommodating as we were going back and forth with our orders. Plus the wait time wasn't long at all even being later in the afternoon. I appreciated that a server brought our food to us as well after calling the name for the order. Always a fun stop for dinner in the area!

Always a good choice for a quick lunch. I have probably orders food here more then 30x and the food had always been consistent. I like to order from the kiosk and then get the pager and sit down when eating in and if ordering to go I usually go through the app which is very convenient and fast. This time I chose to try the cinnamon crush Latte which was huge and really good. I usually order the BBQ chicken salad which is always very tasty, and I get the kettle chips which are really good. This location has outdoor seating where dogs are allowed and also has a drive through.

Located in at shopping complex with Target Home Depot Walmart etc with outside seating which was really cool. It's first week of September when I visited this store. Service was excellent and my lunch items were really good.

Really like this location for the fact that it has a drive-thru option!! I always order the creamy tomato soup however this time I tried their ten vegetable soup and their Baja grain bowls. Both were perfect. Also really love their everything but the kitchen sink cookie and their muffies!!

Give five stars for the product. But only two for the service. Too bad it's the only Panera nearby.

It's a cool spot- restaurant on the ground floor, and upstairs they sell different things made locally, and also clothes. It was fun to walk around while the food was being made. Our server was Kara, and she was awesome! My nephew has a peanut allergy so she was checking in on the entire order and sides to be sure we were in the clear! She was so helpful and friendly, even when there was an issue it wasn't a giant deal. My nephew and I started out by looking at the protein shake menu. I chose the green goddess protein shake, and he went with the cocoa Berry. Let me just say that mine was so good I finished it quickly. Nephew ordered the garlic sweet chili hummus appetizer to start. It came with freshly cut pita quarters, carrots, and strips of yellow and red peppers. Fresh, crunchy, hummus was absolutely addictively delicious and more than enough to share! He then got the pesto panini, my older brother ended up landing on the Italian panini (they sold out of the corned beef). He also got the soup special, stuffed cabbage soup and that looked really delicious and piping hot. Lots of cabbage and meat along with the broth. I had FOMO for sure. One panini came with a side salad, the other chose the tomato, onion, and cucumber salad that came with balsamic. So tasty I tried it later bc we took it to go, and I ate it all! Really great atmosphere and concept. On our way out we had a conversation with the manager/owner, and it was really pleasant. The weather was awful, but our stop here was a bright beacon and a memorable stop. Support small owned businesses!

Visiting Shamballa Cafe today really makes me wonder: why do I even bother with chain coffee shops?…read more First and foremost: the coffee is awesome! I went with what was in the vat today: a medium roast that I believe was called blue moon. I forget the provenance of said roast (I remember it was South American), but my oh my was it good! Exactly what you want a medium roast to be: balanced, with notes of whatever chocolate or berries or leather is in there. I couldn't put the cup down! Whereas getting the sludge from the big chains down the gullet sometimes feels like a morning chore. Why is the coffee so good here? It turns out that the owner (a very friendly guy named Emmett) roasts it himself. He had several varieties on offer that were roasted within the last 24 hours, maybe even this morning. That particular minutiae is a blur as I wasn't caffeinated yet when we discussed this. But it's yet another huge benefit a local cafe provides: freshness! Another thing: Shamballa is a great restorer of faith in community and our fellow humans. Emmett and I discussed many things in my fairly brief time in his shop, but I'll never forget the empathy he displayed when discussing some current trials & tribulations. It turns out he's been down the same road, and his well-wishes and kindness made for an even finer accompaniment to the coffee than the coffee cake muffin pairing that was purchased on impulse. A double espresso was consumed on-site while 2 large coffees were taken to go. The espresso was awesome, 100x better than Sbux or Dunkin'. Total for 3 beverages? Less than $8! For later, I grabbed a 1/2 lb. of whole bean Guatemalan medium roast on Emmett's recommendation, and the coffee cake muffin was moist and delicious without being too crumbly or cloyingly saccharine. Drake's it was not! A ten spot covered the latter purchase. If I lived in Baldwinsville, I'd probably stop by here every morning! Except Sunday and Monday when they're closed. Be sure to arrive early, closing time is now noon. Please swing by Shamballa and see for yourself! Perhaps you too will ponder why we make grabbing coffee a chore, when it can be a true morning delight?

They have a smoked wing special on Wednesday, $1 / wing. I ordered 10 to eat there and 15 to bring home. I always order my wings with sauce on the side. The house sauce( slightly vinegary mild spice), garlic Parmesan and Buffacue ( buffalo sauce and BBQ) were all nice, but I actually prefer a little sweetness in my bbq sauce, so next time I'll try the Hot Honey. The wings were hot and crispy from a quick fry before serving, they were nice and moist with a nice amount of smokey flavor. My Smoked Turkey sandwich was one of the best I've had.... beautiful smoke flavor, nice amount of meat on the sandwich and very moist. The roll was fresh and I got a little coleslaw for a nice crunch. They have a few beers on tap and sodas and ice tea. Service was very good and I can't wait to go back to try the ribs.

The trailer grew into a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the summer of 2025. After plans to open the restaurant in the village of Phoenix fell through, Reynolds instead opened the restaurant on the other side of the Oswego River in Lysander. The location at 2935 Lamson Road had most recently been home to Harper's Pizza & Ice Cream and Henderson Dairy. Wife and I went into Angry Pig around noon on a Sunday. You order at a counter, then can sit at the handful of tables if eating in and it will be brought to you, so we were able to sit immediately, especially since it was right about opening time. We ordered the 2 smoked meats 2 sides platter with pulled pork, sliced brisket, mac & cheese & fried brussels sprouts, but we also added a side of crispy onions, and they also had a special of $1 each smoked wings, so we ordered 10 total - 5 in buffalo sauce, 5 in spicy peach. Food was brought quickly and everything was very good. The pulled pork was good, the brisket was fall apart tender, the fried brussels were crispy and salty in a good way. Fried onions were good, and we really enjoyed the wings, especially the spicy peach. Good smoke flavor on the wings and you definitely tasted the sweetness of the peach in the sauce. The mac and cheese was pretty bland, but that'd be our only complaint about the food. The employees were friendly, and the price was comparable to other BBQ restaurants - we paid $48 for everything, and there was food to bring home. We'll definitely be back for more.
