Overall solid experience here at Panera. They are on point with the sandwiches and the soups. Really good flavor on the broccoli and cheese soup. It is one of the best around. I liked it and I will be back

    Almost a whole bagel.... Lol!

Silly me. I was expecting a sandwich that had meat in both halves. One half-good. Delicious bread, chicken, etc. other half: 2 tiny pieces with a tiny cheese.... Then there's the bagel. Really? When you grab 2 bagels -wouldn't you notice when 1 want complete. Obviously quality control went out the window at this Panera... Guess I won't be going back there. Sad.

Ordered the green goddess caprese melt with no tomato, no peppers, and sauces on the side. What I got was a sad, poorly cut, half burnt sandwich with barely any mozzarella, a light af sprinkling of arugula, and the sauces smeared all over the inside. This isn't a sandwich. It's flavored burnt bread.

Panera is Panera: It's delicious food (at least to me) that's served relatively quickly. But the main thing that separates the Springhurst location from other Louisville area locations is its size: It's BIG! To me, it looks like it hold twice the capacity of other locations. And like other locations, it's clean and the staff is friendly. So, if you want Panera and you're in the Springhurst/Westport Road area (and you like to eat in big places), try this location!

Half measures. (The half salad was more a quarter salad). Took ages to serve when not busy.

5+ Absolutely superb experience…read more Walked in and owner was working the front counter, I love that. Told him we were new and to fix us up so we can sample everything. Here's what we got. Wifey got the Swarma which is a generous portion of grilled chicken, spiced to perfection, on a bed of basmati rice. Came with a cucumber salad side and tazini sauce. Serving was large and came piping hot to the table. I received the half chicken grilled perfectly on charcoal with crispy skin which was delicious. French fries and humus were my sides. Fries were super hot and crispy. Humus was dressed with olive oil and a few chick peas. We got a side of pita bread drizzled with flavored olive oil. We also enjoyed a flavorful hot sauce that came with the meals. The place has in door and outdoor seating. About 6 tables in each space. Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend without reservations. Would return in an instant. Owner checked on us several times as we ate.

The colorful, fun signage actually made me feel more at ease, especially since "build-your-own" spots can feel a little overwhelming at first. I appreciated that they also had pre-made menu options for those of us who don't want to think too hard. I went with the Chicken Chipotle + Tortilla broth, and my boyfriend ordered a steak bowl, both were fresh, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot. Service: Smooth and welcoming Food: Fresh, healthy, and well-seasoned Environment: Clean, bright, and easy to navigate Now, the total came to $34.81, which is a bit on the pricier side, but in today's economy, that's becoming the norm. And for where I am in my health journey, being intentional about what I put into my body matters more than anything. For me, it was worth it. The Verdict: Worth it for a fresh, healthy option, especially when you want something quick but still aligned with your goals. If you're in the Louisville area, I'd definitely recommend checking out this spot, it's the only one here, and it delivers.

I decided to try the ahi tuna poke fire since I was mood for fish. They let me know that they don't have avocado and told me that I can picked one of those ingredients in substitute for avocado. I chose not to because I like all the ingredients and I was fine without avocado. It is very delicious. I enjoyed the meal a lot. The lady was very nice and understanding. I would like to come back again because the ingredients are all fresh and delicious.

My wife, ever diligent, ordered grilled chicken strips and a side salad. I believe her order came with 3 "strips" and some "nuggets", probably from broken strips. They were dry and flavorless. Inedible without sauce which wasn't offered. We had to go to the counter for sauce as well as salt & pepper. Her side salad, was a small plate with a few lettuce leaves, cut tomatoes, hard boiled egg and lots of croutons for filler. Me? I chose the Swiss mushroom burger. Kudos here. Hot, juicy, and tasty. The "ding"? When food is freshly cooked, there's simply no excuse for lukewarm fries served with a hot burger. The taco salad, ordered by my son in law, was, as he put it, "off". He didn't eat more than a couple of bites. One other thing, we had a group of six. And with the seating setup, we couldn't sit together. All in all, Jaggers is a "one and done".

Ripe beef steak tomatoes sliced thick enough and not mushy. Thinly sliced onions that provide the right amount of bite and crunch. Iceberg lettuce that is firm and not wilted from the heat of the cooked patties. And a well made bun that provides the vehicle to bring that Sammy home. Here a toasted bun can be a good solution to holding everything in place until that last bite.
