I really want this location to improve! They are in a prime spot in the heart of the Springhurst shopping and hotel area. They get a lot of business so it's super important to live up to expectations. I stopped in on an early morning weekday which is different than my usual times. I was glad to see the Hazelnut coffee ready for my Sip Club item! I also ordered a breakfast sandwich that took quite a while to prepare. When I arrived the training staff was talking to another employee. My order hadn't been started. The cook had to wait to get the attention of the trainer to find out how to prep the bread for my sandwich. Then the trainer disappeared even though the cook had four hours to prepare. I saw another customer have to put his head behind the counter to get the attention of another employee to buy a drink. Oof! I love this store location and I know it could be so great and flourish! I got the U pick Two this time with a Green Goddess Salad and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. I got chips as my side with water. I got a Tulip cookie to enjoy later. Total cost was $18.89 which was pretty good for the quality and quality of my order. They were busy, but I got my order in about 10 mins. One of the workers actually called my name and delivered it to my table which was nice even though I was issued a buzzer when I placed my order at the counter. The salad was fresh and delicious. I remember coming here a lot with my family on Sunday's after church. It's packed but we always found a parking spot and a table. I've ordered so many things on the menu, but my go-to is now the chipotle chicken. I still miss the old menu even though it was unhealthy. LOL. I also used to come a lot before work to get breakfast here. The drive thru seemed slow...in comparison to Jimmy John's. My boyfriend and I went there on Saturday before a big day of shopping. Mind you, we slept in so didn't get there until 11:30ish. I wanted something small and I wanted to give him the option for lunch. I ordered a coffee and a cinnamon crunch scone. YES! I said it...CINNAMON CRUNCH SCONE. Today we did the Rapid Pick Up, we've also tried the drive thru it just isn't the same as if you go inside to eat. The attention to quality and quantity is very lacking. We ordered sandwiches, lots of bread very little meat and fillers. We dined in last week and didn't experience the same issue. Rapid pick up was placed on the shelf as I was walking up to that area. Panera Bread is sooooo addicting!! I have scouted out 4 stores near my place of employment. So which ever way I travel, bam, there's one there lol. My norm is breakfast. There is a good variety to select. I enjoy the spinach soufflés, but also now like the sausage/egg/cheese on ciabatta. There is a wide array of pastries to choose from also. My fav's are the pecan braid, cinnamon roll and bear claw. And to wash it all down is hazelnut coffee. So far the staff at each location I have been to are extremely friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant and the volume is fairly low. I have not had any issues, knock on , but you may want to arrive early during the work week for they get pretty busy with peoples heading to work.
