    Pesto caprese sandwich
    Jessica H.

I can't say that I've always had the best experience at Panera. I can remember being pregnant and crying when the Gorgonzola was left off my salad. I've had some small chicken servings on my chicken salad. I've had my food delivered and smell so strongly of cigarettes, I could barely stomach it. But tonight, Panera for the win! I'm not sure if they've had changes in management. I called tonight after an especially bad day of weather in Louisville. Nobody has power. I tried so many places before I finally called Panera. A manager, I presume, answered and I regret not making a note of his name. I could guess, but I don't want to be wrong. It was after 8pm. They close at 9. He was friendly. He seemed genuinely happy to help. He said he looked forward to seeing us soon. So, I took a leap of faith. I got online and I placed an order for 2 you pick 2s. One was with broccoli cheddar soup and the new pesto caprese sandwich and the other for the broccoli cheddar soup and the green goddess chicken salad with feta added. We were surprised by the size of the sandwich. My husband and I split the sandwich and the salad. Both were delicious. The soup is always good. I'm pretty sure Panera stays in business based on broccoli cheddar soup alone. Long story short, this was a solid amount of food for cheap on night everyone else shut down early. It exceeded my expectations and whoever is working at Panera on Poplar Level in Louisville tonight (March 3rd) seems to be doing their job well.

We stopped in here and got some bagels for the staff before work started one day. They always have a special on Tuesdays for the bagels. So we pick some up brought them to work and they were a hit. Bagels were very tasty the blueberry one is probably my favorite overall good selection and I recommend

I'm a lifelong consumer of Panera and have always been a big fan, but this store really puts the brand to shame. I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive through. When I got home, I realized the soup they gave me was absolutely rancid. It smelled like spoiled milk and was a nasty consistency. Beware!

Stopped in at 11:30, 1 person running the front, line out the door, coffee station a wreck they gave us rotten apples with our meal, do yourself a favor find somewhere else to go. Also if corporate is reading, this store really needs your attention, you need to shut down and retrain your staff

When I need a quick hot lunch in a productive work space or for a quick meeting, I go to Panera Bread. The staff is always friendly, food is served fast, and it's consistent in quality. I almost always order the You Pick Two option w/ broccoli cheddar soup, half a frontega chicken sandwich w/ no tomato, a baguette side & an iced green tea to drink. I enjoy it every time. This visit was no different. My only bit of constructive feedback during this visit was the state of the booth we sat in and beverage area. They were both full of trash/crumbs & had not been attended to in some time. I chalk that up to it being the tail end of a late lunch rush on a Saturday, so it was no big deal to wipe it down ourselves & enjoy lunch. Overall I'd definitely continue to frequent this Panera location, both for dine-in & drive thru.

Super fast, friendly, & accurate drive thru service this morning! Was glad that they weren't out of the four cheese egg soufflé as the location nearer my home runs out early often. My order came out hot and with the needed utensils to go. Yum!

This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat that's not fast food. Lots of options to choose from. The pick the choose two option so I can try several things or mix it up. We came on a Tuesday night, only had to wait a minute or two to order our food. It was $30 for three of us to eat, including our 7 year old. They give you a pager and now you don't have to wait for it buzz and you come up to counter to grab your food. They bring to your table! That's a nice change. I like the multiple drink options including lemonade and specialty teas that have unsweet options too! My hubby had the chicken salad sandwich and chips. He thought it was about average, chicken salad was somewhat bland, but edible. My little guy opted for pick two, BBQ salad and grilled cheese. Great portions for the money. He was pleased. It didn't seem like there was much cheese on grilled cheese though. I ordered the pick two autumn squash soup and BBQ flatbread. This was the first time for both and I was super pleased. Soup was so good! Tasted like it was grandmas feel good food. BBQ chicken flatbread had much more meat the turkey option. Service was great! Be sure to sign up to be a Panera rewards member it pays off and you get coupon offers and free items! Who doesn't like free stuff! This is a great option for fast and healthier options than traditional fast food restaurants. They are great for bagels and pastries too! Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner options.

Blah. This was the entire meal minus the bread.

I was in the mood for warm soup today. I was cold and my belly wasn't feeling great so I thought some bland french onion soup would suffice. I looked at the menu online and it looked great. So, I went to the drive through and spotted the butternut squash ravioli so opted for the pick two menu with that and the onion soup. When I opened them up I couldn't believe I spent $9.31 on this. The soup looked absolutely nothing like it should've according to Panera's website and the raviolis were lacking in size. The taste was okay. But, I'm still not happy. Also, the bread was just thrown in the bag with the two containers not wrapped up or anything and no spoon.

Nice little outdoor patio. Not much to see but the parking lot but it's nice to be outside.

I've been to a few of the Panera stores and this one seems to be smaller than the other locations. It may be the same size, but they seem to have the tables closer together. So it feels smaller. The service is good, they have the new kiosks that you can order from, and the food is the same, so good! This place is always clean. I appreciate that. There don't seem to be as many plugs in this one as there are any others and maybe that's because it's not near an area where there's a lot of corporate office around them or something, but it just seems like there's not as many power outlets. I always enjoy the food at Panera. Today I have the soba noodle bowl. Ingredients: sliced chicken, soba buckwheat noodles, fresh spinach, napa cabbage blend, roasted mushroom and onion blend, sesame seeds, and cilantro in umami soy-miso broth. It's delicious.

There is a large menu board as you walk in the side door (the deli is located in the back of Dittos restaurant). They primary have soups salads and sandwiches and daily soup specials. You order at the counter, pay for your order, get your drink at the beverage area and have a seat. They will then bring your order to your table. We both opted for the pick two combo. I had a half ruben sandwich and a bowl of white chili. Both were excellent. A huge half sandwich and a large hearty bowl of white chili. The chili was flavorful but not spicy. It had lots of shredded chicken, beans and corn (which could have been left out in my opinion). My friend had the chicken salad sandwich and the white chili and said her sandwich was good, also a very large. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, parking on the side and in the back of the building. I had not been for years but it was a good choice for a late lunch.

I asked my friend to come here since it was on the way to another destination. It is definitely a unique little building. The inside was rather quite interesting, one side is the coffee/bakery/market side. The other has inside seating. We definitely looked around and at the menu to decide what we wanted. They have a cooler in the middle of the store for drinks. Since we were in a hurry (to get to our destination) my friend got a bottled glass coke and I got bottled glass Fanta. The employee behind the counter was quite interactive and was interested in knowing what prizes we got after getting the stamps on the passport. Got the lox on a sourdough bagel. The bagel itself is big and pretty doughy, which I liked. They load it up with sweet pickled onions.... honestly too much, it kind of buries the salmon. And there's not a ton of lox to begin with. This isn't a loaded NYC lox bagel, you get one slice a side. What's there was a bit not sure about how they cure the salmon here. Still good overall, just not balanced. $14 feels a bit high for what you get. Tried the ham and cheddar quiche too. Nice and creamy, good flavor, slight smokiness. Solid, but really small for $10. Like a tiny slice of pie. Comes with a small fruit bowl but come on. The spanakopita croissant was probably the best thing I had. Good size, flaky, buttery, nice spinach and cheese flavor. Definitely should be warmed up for max yum factor, but for $5.50 it's a great deal. Overall, ok spot. Brunch spots know they can just charge anything and people keep going.
