This Panera was so so. They messed up 2 of my online orders. Left out sandwiches and I had to drive back to get them. Some of our co-workers actually got sick from some of the chicken. Possibly the worst Panera I've ever been to and I believe it to be the source of my recent food poisoning as well. Let me start by saying I've always been a fan of Panera. My husband and I recently moved to Loveland and stopped for a quick lunch before our Target run. It was about 3 pm, so in between lunch and dinner, yet the place was a mess. When we received our orders (mine was the chicken avo BLT and southwest salad), it was very sloppily made. I noticed the chicken in my salad looked too pink and the texture was off.. and you know what, my bad for not bringing it back, but I pointed it out to my husband and avoided eating the chicken. Well, 24 hours later I was hit with the food poisoning and I was out of commission for 2.5 days. I'll spare you the details. We won't be visiting this Panera again. read more

I placed an order online for the office at 11:45 knowing it would be about 30 - 45 minutes for delivery. Called back at 12:45 spoke to a manager and he stated that they didn't see the order but would get it done quick and as soon as a driver was back it would be delivered. called back at 1:30 to see where the order was and got another manager that just came on shift he said that Grub hub canceled the order but the food was ready and that if I wanted to come get it they would freshen up the food that had been sitting. We went and picked up the order and when we were going through the food to make sure everyone had what they ordered they forgot a salad. The second manager that I spoke to did comp our food order so that we didn't have to pay for the food and did give us free cookies but the service was poor and probably will not order from them again especially for a work event. read more

My friend and I went in for dinner. There is a lot of choose from on the menu including soups, salads, sandwiches and a dessert section that will cause a second glance. Unfortunately, there was a hair in my salad but they were super quick to replace the dish with another item of my choice, which should be commended. The food is fast and decent priced. Food is great... Wifi is garbage at this location. I regularly come to Panera to grab some tasty breakfast and coffee while working remotely. I always sit at the smallest table possible and stay out of the way of other customers. But the Centerra location today has disappointed. The wifi continually disconnected for the hour or two I was here and when it was actually up and running it was very slow. Then it kicked me off telling me to try again after 2:00 pm. I get that there isn't any free lunch, that's why I always purchase food here when I am working. But even then you are treated as an inconvenience and they are more concerned with turning tables than providing a nice place to meet or do some work. OMG, we are done going to Panera's! Way overpriced for the quality and small portions. They just raised ALL of their prices on everything, sandwiches, bread, pastries, etc. Example: Sandwiches were raised $3 and up per sandwich. Their menu was already pricey for the small portions they served (bagels, too, are now smaller and too pricey), but now their entire menu is ridiculously overpriced. Once the new company bought out Panera's a few years ago, the restaurant went downhill. They stopped baking most of their great pastries, shrunk the size of portions (on more than one occasion I was lucky to get two bites of meat on my sandwich), and yet boldly keep raising prices. There are too many other eateries out there with better food and better prices. read more

I ordered 2 pick twos tonight ($23). I've ordered many times with curbside pickup. Tonight both apple salads had no dressing. They offered me a cookie on my next visit???? So....if I want the salads the way I'd ordered them tonight Panera will let me buy them again and include a cookie!!!!! No thanks. Their delivery system is a joke.. they only had one driver on staff. It told me it would be 35-45 minutes and it's been over an hour and still nothing. Called the store and they were not sympathetic and couldn't even find my order until I gave them the exact order number. Soup was beyond cold when it got here. May as well get it in a can. read more

I've been to so many Paneras throughout the years in multiple states. I'm a HUGE fan of their soup & salad combo especially the broccoli cheddar soup & chicken caesar salad. We go to this one only because it's so close to work but the food severely lacks in quality. The regional manager needs to retrain their staff. Literally every single time we order, atleast one ingredient is overpowering the rest of the ingredient or it's completely missing and we have to ask for more. read more

I am really disappointed in the customer service at this location on this visit. I have a gluten sensitivity and asked the cashier, "Certified Trainer Rene" what my options were and she shrugged and told me I could have a bread-less sandwich. I asked if the sausage was gluten-free because sometimes meats have fillers or seasonings that contain gluten. Rene shrugged again and said, "I don't know, it is meat." Restaurants have allergen menus, so I'm not sure why she couldn't check. The rest of the exchange wasn't much better. We won't be coming back to this location. read more

I just want to thank the Panera Loveland and their Staff for going above and beyond in locating my wallet that I accidently left behind in the restaurant in my seat!! As you can imagine it is a BIG DEAL to misplace something of that importance, and the Regional Manager Kathryn and the Restaurant Manager did a fantastic job of securing my wallet and holding it safely for me until I could return. Then Katherine was nice enough to meet me out at my vehicle to hand deliver it to me so that I did not have to get my children back out of the truck. I just have to shout out to Panera for being wheelchair accessible. I was out with my mom (in a wheelchair just these last few months) and daughter between medical appointments and thought we'd grab lunch -- without realizing it was lunch crush hour on a holiday. The parking lot was intimidating but once we got inside everything went smoothly for us, and I have to express my gratitude to the staff, the architects, and my fellow diners for helping us through. The service was horrible and the food was even worse After telling my order 3 times, I still got the wrong order. Then, I waited over 1/2 an hour for my soup to cool down to an edible state. I used the Panera bread app to order a bagel, yogurt and a tea. My ready time was 11:30 and so I rushed and arrived at that time. My order was not ready. I waited 10 mins and when it was still not ready, I asked an employee why it was not ready and was informed the receive the order 10 mins after the arrive time. That doesn't make sense to me, but ok. I went back to the rapid order area and sat for an additional 15 mins before I started to stand in line, which defeats the purpose of the rapid orders slogan posted all over the store. After waiting in line for a few mins, I saw an employee walking over to put my order on the shelf. I don't know his name, but he was very nice and the reason I am giving this store one star. During my 30 min wait for my food, I could have and should have gotten into line and ordered because I would have been able to eat my food and order in that time. I will not be returning here and I will not use the app again. read more
