Let's face it, prices are going up everywhere, but 8.99 for this sized cup of soup is a bit much. I was out running errands and stopping here for an iced tea so I figured I'll grab some soup and then run more errands. The staff is friendly here the orders don't take forever. Bathrooms are always clean and there's hot decaf there at 830pm which i appreciate as i pick up a cup after shift when I'm out and about. Lost 1 star for not having lemons for your Teas (hot or cold). I also love their hot teas and have the sip Club because of my drinking problem lol. read more

I dont know why there are so many low ratings, but I enjoyed my experience at panera. This location is so clean and spacious. I love the comfortable seating which allowed me to sit here for a long time and get a lot of work done. I am also apart of their sips club, so yay unlimited drinks. I got their mix and match deal - roasted italiano and creamy tomato soup for $10!! So delicious!! I also was craving a sweet snack, so I got their new dubai style chocolate pistachio cookie. I warmed it up in the microwave and it was so goood - real pistachios! I also love the natural lighting in here. Music isn't blasting which is perfect. Will definitely be coming back. read more

So much to choose from, I did the half sandwich and salad and it was a great combo. I did the Italian sub with a salad both great options. I would definitely come back order again. Service was friendly and patient, since I hadn't been in a while I had no idea what to get. But I love the options. Just wish the menu explained what was what instead just list the sandwich name, or salad name, for people like me who haven't been in a while or at all. I usually come hear and it's a 50/50. Today I got a bowl of Mac and Cheese and it came out cold. I took it up to the person at the counter expecting a new bowl. Instead he puts it in the microwave. I ordered a group bistro onion soup. That means more than 1 person is eating the soup. I ordered and paid for extra cheese. If the order was for an individual soup, the cheese should be in the soup. I had 4 people, 2 like cheese, 1 doesn't. 1 allergic to cheese. They put the cheese into the soup. I had to go elsewhere to get food for 2 other people. Colton said he was a manager and that's how they do it. I've been ordering it this way since they've been offering the group soup. Cheese always is on the side. I guess Colton doesn't have to worry about me darkening their doorway again. I am very upset. I'll be calling corporate in the morning but I will probably stop ordering from Panera. I came through the drive-thru and you all gave me the wrong order. It wasn't until I got all the way home that I found out. But once I saw it was the wrong soup, I could tell by the receipt you gave me someone's online order(I order soup just a different kind). People mess up, that's fine but why you're really getting this review is because after driving all the way back, I explained what happened to the cashier who then directed down to the cooking line and YOU MADE ME RE-EXPLAIN THE ENTIRE THING. So your mess up not only caused me to make another trip but now I have to repeatedly explain myself. A smaller sized Panera. It has an area to order your food or you can walk up to the counter. There is an overhead menu which is hard to see if you're standing in the line. It would be nice if they had a menu to view elsewhere where people are waiting in line. Staff are nice. I decided on the Thai Soup and Crispy Chicken salad. Once you have paid you are given a pager that lights up when your order is ready. We found a table to accommodate our group of ladies chatting away while waiting. Shortly thereafter as all the pagers went off, we went to pick up our meals. The salads are very fresh and flavorful. The soup was very fragrant and savory with hints of lemon grass and coconut milk. So good! We all enjoyed our meals. You should bus your trays and dishes before you leave. There is also a drive through. Plenty of free parking. read more

Panera bread has gone through a lot of changes over the years, unfortunately for us, most have not been good. As I sat eating my $15 cup of soup and half chicken salad sandwich I pondered all of the changes. Mostly the staff offers the same friendly personal service, maybe with a little less enthusiasm than in the past. Clearly the decor hasn't changed aside from a few Covid era modifications. So why is it so ho-hum, well I guess the whole experience does not add up to a $15 value. For a $15 lunch I prefer Olive Garden's lunchtime specials or even a Wendy's Baconator, chili, fries, and a frosty. Considering Panera wants to sell their drink subscription, I find it very odd that they got rid of all lemon for their tea. They have 5 varieties of cold tea and a dozen more hot varieties yet, no lemon, lemon juice, lemonade, or even lemon powder ala-real lemon. If you want Lemon with your tea, I would say bring your own, but we tried that. I guess they don't want to let you use their knives to cut your lemon, and would rather not cut it for you. I will say the manager at this store had a lemon hidden in the back, and shared a nice hunk of it with us. A store off Signal Butte and Warner was not as accommodating the lemon-spiracy is just symbolic of why we go to Panera less and less often. read more

This is my favorite Panera! Friendly staff, quick service, always clean. But most of all the food is always very fresh and portion sizes are plentiful. Their baguettes are the best! And I love sitting by the fireplace on chilly days. read more

The manager here is fantastic. These guys are always out of something. I understand businesses sometimes run out of this or that, but this store is simply poorly managed. We always stop by here and go to the one on Val Vista. Here's a scene from yesterday when we got there at like 7:45. I have a gal pal that just loves this place so whenever we're hanging out, Panera Bread seems to be what we'll be having for lunch. We had stopped into this Panera Bread after going to the pumpkin farm nearby. We were tired, dehydrated, and hungry! Lots of food was order, lots of tea was drank, and a cute pumpkin cookie helped put a pep back into our step. They have a smaller dining area with six self-serve kiosks. They allow for same-cup refills and close off certain tables to maintain distancing. This location is definitely nicer and cleaner than some of their older ones but that's to be expected right? read more

This is not a particularly good Panera. I wanted to like it - it's new, it's clean and nice looking, parking is convenient, and they even have a drive thru. They just don't seem to have the hang of being a Panera yet. Once, I came for dinner at 6pm on a Wednesday and they were out of baguettes. What's a Panera Bread that's out of bread? I've been here twice and they've gotten our order wrong twice. On the plus side, they honor the deal printed on the receipt for a free bakery item when they mess up your order. Their trendy menu presentation is hard to decipher unless you use the self-order kiosks. The food still tastes like every other Panera, which is generally good, but I wouldn't recommend a stop here. read more

Always love Panera. Been a big fan since it was the St. Louis Bread company. That being said, I was said when they took over Paradise Bakery here locally. Anyway happy that this location was erected near my job. Very easy with app to order on the go. I ordered at my table and the app was seamlessly. However, the server forgot my drink. Since she forgot my drink, then I had to get up and leave my food unattended when going to get my drink. Also the server didn't bring a napkin or silverware. I got my mayo in the side and then had to get up again and find the silverware. So moral of the story, maybe just get all your needs before sitting down and ordering. Food, very good and feeling. I love the Frontega Chicken Sandwhich. This is my go too. Love it. I wish the bread was toasted a little bit longer, so next time I will ask in that in my instructions. I love the "Pick 2" deal, although a little pricey. The Fuji Apple salad is delicious, as was the Fall Butternut Squash soup! Staff are super helpful, quick and courteous. Always a clean environment. App is easy to use however a bit cumbersome for it to accept coupon codes from my email - in fact it didn't even ask for the coupon code, but I already reported that to the Panera App Gods. I understand that they were short-staffed, but there were things that could be done to make it right. I placed a drive-thru pick up order 30 minutes before pick up time (which was apparently "ASAP"). At least three of the items I wanted to order were out of at least one component. When I got there, there were at least 12 cars in line in front of me (all of whom came and went while I was waiting for my order). So, because it was pick up time, I went inside. When I asked about the status of my order, it was "pushed through," i.e. it had not even been started. I got an email two minutes after my scheduled pick up time telling me things were a "little behind." A little behind?!?! I finally got my order 30 minutes late! I'm glad I had no time constraints. When I checked it, I was missing my drink and my $2.29 cookie was slightly larger than a Chips Ahoy. So, not the best day for Panera. I have to say that a free cookie or bakery item to make up for the wait would have gone a long way to making me less salty about the experience. It seems like that is basic customer service. I placed an order for Grubhub for my husband and I -- A whole steak and cheese and mac for him and a half Greek salad and a turkey BLTA for me -- And the order came up to around $60, which is pretty typical for that order. I submitted my order and found out much much too late that my husband's sandwich had been removed, without asking me or allowing me to change it, which meant my husband only got half of his meal. My order also reflected $30 instead of the $60 I had confirmed earlier. They altered my order in such a way that it would not show on the receipt and that I would not be able to complain to GrubHub about their mishandling of my order. Then as I was finishing my OWN food, I found a short blonde HAIR in my sandwich, which was just.... Horrific. While Grubhub did help me out by comping my sandwich, I still wasn't able to document the missing sandwich. I will not be using the location again and neither should you. I am very excited that this Panera is finally open. It is long overdue in this area. I went inside on a Tuesday around 1245. It was busy for lunch but there was no waiting and plenty of seating. I used the kiosk to order and after sitting down, I received my food within 2 minutes. It was super fast. The person who brought it was very friendly. I got the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and chips. It was delicious as usual. I have no complaints about the service. The people are all very friendly. You either like Panera or you don't. It is a chain so I think the people make the estsblishment. I noticed that the drive thru was very efficient and fast which is always a plus. My only complaint comes from the way my sandwich was made. All of the veggies were piled in the middle of the bread and none on the outside. So the first bite was rather boring. I had to take my sandwich apart and move everything. Just the little things that make it better. I will definently be back for cookies! read more
