    Bacon and spinach souffle
    James S.

Had breakfast here around 7am. Outside restaurant is clean. Inside is very clean as well. Associate was very polite and helpful. I ordered from the counter as opposed to the kiosk today. My souffle was cooked a little more than I prefer, but that could be just me? However it was hot and fresh tasting. I love the tra options here. Sometime I will get the cinnamon crunch bagel which is awesome. I will return.

A bit much avocado, don't you think? Try slicing the thing!

They couldn't make food correctly if their lives depended on it. I have had to make three trips for them to get a simple salad made correctly. THREE! It's absolutely ridiculous. I add avocado to a salad, pay for the upcharge, and they include exactly one niblet of avocado. This was before the COVID crisis. Then again, if you order a breakfast sandwich, they put HALF an avocado on there without slicing it, so its basically all you taste. And it arrives cold. And when you try to eat it, the entire unsliced avocado flies out the other end of the sandwich. And they smash all of your pastries together in the same box so the cherry goop gets all over your other items. Problems here with whoever packs and makes the food just not caring about what people get. It's infuriating. But the manager, despite agreeing to redelivery, feels this isn't so strange.

I love this Panera Bread! They have a really big outdoor seating area. I belong to their coffee club which is a good deal for me and husband. I like the online ordering app so I never have to stand in line. The only thing I can see improvement is to remodel their restrooms. My husband and I both think their outdated and dirty looking.

I ordered the hot bowl pho, and it was perfection. The broth was deep, flavorful, and not greasy at all -- balanced just right. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the meat was tender enough to melt in your mouth. You can tell everything is fresh, down to the crisp bean sprouts and fragrant basil. First time hating short ribs in my pho and it was amazing! Can't wait to go back and try the oxtail. The service? Top-notch. Everyone was friendly and quick without making you feel rushed. And the portions? Huge. You definitely get your money's worth. Whether you're craving comfort food or introducing someone to pho for the first time, The Bowl is the move. Easily my new go-to spot -- 10/10 recommend.

The soup was flavorful, but the wontons weren't my favorite. The spring rolls tasted fresh. The peanut sauce was good, but not the most flavorful I've ever had. Overall the price point was great, service was fast and friendly, and the location is convenient. I'd love to dine in next time! It was very very clean inside.

They have a variety of Lobster Rolls warm or cold that are really tasty and priced right. They also offer a point systems to get items free. If you've order lobster at a restaurant lately, you know they are expensive. Mason's Lobsters Rolls are reasonably priced and you get a lot of meat without all the shell attached. Located off Lauderdale Road in Henrico, VA little confusing as the strip mall lists 11761 W. Broad Street, Henrico, VA 23233 as their location. You can get in off both entrances and off the road that cuts behind Bank of America and Panera Bread. Since we love Lobster, we're hoping you will give them a try for lunch or lite dinner.

I have been eyeing this restaurant for a while, so when I finally had the chance to get me a lobster roll I couldn't resist! This was my first time ever trying a lobster roll and I am hooked! The bun was warm, soft and buttery, there was a good amount of lobster to bread ratio, which made me happy! Now I will say the lobster roll is smaller than I thought it would be but the flavor and the roll itself is worth the 20 bucks. Will I go here often? No, just because it is pricey for the size but will I come back again? Absolutely! Also please try their specialty drinks the flavored lemonades are delicious!

Our server, Ellie, was one of the best servers I've ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and fun, making it a great place to enjoy breakfast with family or friends. I highly recommend checking out Brick House Diner. It's definitely a 6-star experience in my book!

Today was my first visit to the new location and I came away impressed!…read more The ambiance is great. The service is great. The food is great. I'm so relieved that none of those traits got left behind at the old location! There's usually a wait, but they now offer outside tables for waiting or dining. So that's a plus. And it's worth the wait. There's a new bar, so one can sit there and enjoy a drink or a meal. That's nice. There's a new (I don't know what to call it) "dessert deli"? Where all the cakes and pastries are on display and for sale. So that trapped us on our way out. :-) And there's a dedicated door for take-out only, so if you order ahead you don't need to swim upstream of the other waiting diners to get in and grab your food, Here's something really innovative: Their parking lot is on the small side. But they are adjacent to acres of parking in the shopping center. So they run a golf cart in a loop, picking up and dropping off diners who park in the satellite lot. Wow! That's service. The restaurant business is tough. And endless number of ways to fail. But the Brick House Diner is doing everything right! PS: In a time when restaurant prices seem to be out of control, BHD is doing a great job keeping prices as low as they can. For the meal I had, I've paid 10 to 25% more at other, similar venues. So, hats off to BHD for cost control!

The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere with great décor. That said, I don't think it's much of a family restaurant--it's better suited for adults. I also think the breakfast menu could use some updates. At most breakfast restaurants, you're able to substitute eggs for another side, but that wasn't an option here. I also found the breakfast menu a little confusing and think it could be organized more clearly. Overall, I had a good experience, and with a few improvements to the breakfast menu, it could be even better.

It looks like it would be more of an upscale place, but I would say it's a normal eatery that works well for a casual lunch or something a little nicer too. They offered a selection of lunch specials as well as their regular menu with appetizers, salads, subs, pasta, etc. After much deliberation (the server stopped by probably three times and we still weren't ready) I decided on the fettuccine with white clam sauce which came with some bread and butter, and soup or salad. I went with the soup of the day which was chicken orzo. My mom chose the lamb gyro sandwich and for her side she went with the veggie of the day which was roasted Brussels sprouts with honey. Overall I thought the food was good. It was definitely well-seasoned. The orzo in the soup was a little mushy for my preference, but the fettuccine was a good texture. The white clam sauce was loaded with clams and garlic. I really enjoyed my dish. My mom enjoyed her gyro sandwich, I did take a small taste of the lamb and it was delicious. The Brussels sprouts were probably my favorite of everything though. They were roasted perfectly, still a little firm with some crispier toastier leaves in the mix and a sweet glaze. The service was fine, I thought the server was very nice. She was most attentive when waiting for us to order, and at the end of our meal she boxed our food up for us which is always a nice touch. I would definitely eat here again, there are many more menu items I would love to try!
