I have been eating here for years especially when I lived in Monroe. Quiet place to enjoy a restful meal with good food. Typical service and quality that you find at any of them. I ordered the French onion soup and was told they remixed the recipe recently. They did that years ago and I didn't really like the new as well. The corrected their mistake. Back to being some of the best french onion soup, in my top 5 again. While I don't really like lemonade aide I had to take pictures of the latest focus group flavors. I will need to stop here more when I am in the area. read more

Back in the day i would haul my Macbook Pro here and do a day's work. I would get a steak and blue cheese salad or a Meditterean veggie sandwich and sit for a few hours writing and hanging out in the community. Now, i can do most of my writing on my smartphone. It was good. Sandwiches were a little smaller than I had in other locations and they didn't add the extra avocado I paid for so I had to go back and request it. Other than that the food was fresh, coffee pots were full and the almond milk was also available. The place was pretty clean too. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich and added field greens, cilantro and onions to it... they did not add any of these toppings to my sandwich - that I did not end up eating. This was an expensive $40 lunch (had a soup as well) Sick of paying my hard earned money to these incompetent establishments. Will not be ordering from here ever again. read more

Only a handful of customers here at lunchtime on a Monday, getting me from the order counter (where the cashier was very pleasant and courteous) to sitting and eating quickly. Absolutely a Horrible new location! Very loud and a cold, cooperate feeling to the inside. Can't carry on a nice conversation when even 1/3 filled. No longer have the breads and bagels on display, just pictures? Parking is horrendous. Traffic is only going to get worse in that area. The other day I received a take-out order of the Strawberry poppyseed salad +chicken. After leaving with my order I got home and noticed I didn't have any chicken on my salad. I called Panera back to let them know it was missing and they offered to send me a voucher for a meal and apologize about the mistake. I received my voucher in the mail today, I was impressed that the manager at Panera took the time to follow up with this promise. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but it's nice to have a company care about the small things and honor their promises. Thanks Monroe Panera. Happy to give you my business. read more

I've been visiting this location for years and I have nothing but good things to say! They recently updated the decor and added some tablets to order your food on, which is a great way to skip the line. They have a couple tables outside which is a nice touch. Typical Panera Bread as far as decor and menu. I enjoy the flatbreads and soups. This location seems to do a very good job of baking their bread and pastries. I have been to other Panera locations where they must bake the bread too long. My husband gets the breadbowl and at other locations it has been hard and burnt. I have been to this location twice and both times the bread was baked perfectly. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. read more

I've always had a weak spot for Panera...reminiscent of my college years. Glorified Subway. Love ANY half size panini and the broccoli cheddar soup..the baguettes are concrete hard but I love them anyway. The pastries are stale but I love them anyway. Pretty disappointed by this place recently. I ordered a flat bread that was practically empty. Although it was just a tomato and mozzarella flatbread, I'd say only about one quarter of the bread was filled with anything. I payed six bucks and it was worth maybe about a dollar. I am a fan of the oatmeal with peanut butter on the side. I visited this location on my lunch hour from work and was using my laptop throughout my meal. I realized I needed another side of peanut butter and when the associate asked if I was doing ok, I asked her for another side. She told me I would have to stand in line for the side in order to pay an additional .80. I was uncomfortable leaving my laptop and files to go get this. I let the manager know that this is unacceptable during a busy lunch hour and she blew me off. Overall, associates were trying to be helpful, management was terrible! read more
