I won't be back due to this since I am an out of towner and I don't have time to wait around to get served. The food did look good based on the smells and the plates being brought out. They had a really fun seasonal cocktail menu with a Pistachio Martini, Espresso Punntini and a Maple Bourbon smash. It has been awhile since our last visit. We had a great meal and fantastic service by Tina. My wife had a bowl of chicken pot pie soup and a side of brussel sprouts which were fantastic. I had a side salad and the smothered steak bites. I usually do not order salad, but they make great salads - spring mix with cucumber, tomato, and mozzarella cheese; along with a fantastic, homemade creamy garlic dressing. The smothered steak bites were phenomenal - tender steak with light, pillowy goat cheese gnocchi, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in a brown sauce. Great dining experience! read more

I met a friend for dinner at Quatro's. It was my first time there, I was really pleased and will definitely plan on coming back! The restaurant is a decent size, casual dining. I ordered the Lemon Pesto Ricotta Fettuccine, which also had pistachios on it. It was super good and unique too! All entrees come with a house salad, or you can upgrade to a ceaser salad. Only thing that was just okay was the bread brought out in the beginning. It was just an unbaked roll, but the rest of the food made up for it . Great drink menu too, I got a good martini! Went here to try again, after not really liking it the first time. We let the server know we didn't like it last time and asked for suggestions. I ended up ordering chicken Alfredo and asked if it was grilled chicken, she said that it was. My boyfriend ordered the eggplant parmigiana with fettuccine Alfredo instead of spaghetti. The chicken Alfredo was not grilled chicken...it was pan fried with their Alfredo which was the worst I've ever had. Very bland with no seasoning. I sent it back and opted to try the lasagna. I should have just not gotten anything and saved my money as the lasagna was not good either. Had a few bites and left the rest. My boyfriend just ate the eggplant not really liking it. The bread which is the only thing we liked the first time wasn't even good, not worth the calories. The server was good at first then got really bad once she got a second table. The ambience is cute when you walk in but other than that I would avoid wasting your money at all cost. Very expensive for bottom of the barrel food. read more

The food was fine. I've had better. The server was friendly. The major problem with this place is that if you are unhappy, management is rude, snotty and ridiculous. I wouldn't go back to this place if the food and service WERE actually phenomenal (think New Orleans food and hospitality). The table next to us was so loud I couldn't enjoy my own -very expensive- dinner. The management response was more or less...I think you're an idiot and too bad for you...no offer for a small discount or free dessert, heck, even a non-alcoholic beverage. When you want repeat business, and positive word of mouth, you take care of people. (Especially if you consider your establishment high-class). I didn't ask for a free meal. I advised a small incentive to get me (or others) to try them again. The attitude was; they are superior enough not to need dissatisfied guests to return, as I was given the firm impression there ARE others. I was also told to tell whoever I want about their less than exemplary practices. So here I am, telling you. Who wants nasty attitude with pasta? Talk about indigestion. IF you don't mind the possibility of a crowd loud enough to drown your dinner companion out, (sitting 2 feet away) if you don't mind raucous, political and racist conversation keeping you from enjoying what you were hoping would be a quiet, elegant dinner...go for it. OR go to one of the other restaurants and receive better food, better service, and better management. Try Stone House Mediterranean & Grill in Monroe. We stopped by there last weekend, for the first time, and WOW there is a VERY rude little girl as the hostess. We were NOT greeted friendly, but more with some MAJOR attitude that we walked in. She threw the menus down on the table, and walked away with such anger that she almost smoked her skinny little shoulder on the corner of the booth, because she was walking SO fast and angry. We immediately left. We walked into the next place, but it was CONNECTED...like the bar side we are guessing? We see her complaining about the 2 customers that just left to the bar...we ask our waitress to confirm the hours..confirm that they were still open...and we told her about the HORRIBLE service. We then said we're not eating here if they have such hate for customers walking in. We left. The owners / management need to fire that young skinny girl before she costs you even more business / money / bad reviews. HORRIBLE service. Especially if you're working for tips. read more

We are so happy Quatro's opened back up in Monroe, it was much needed! From the French Onion soup, to the filet mignon/steaks, or even the pastas, everything at Quatro's is delicious! You can order off the neighboring restaurant's menu, Brass Monkey, and vice versa when dining at Brass Monkey- which is great when dining with the little ones. We had a good experience here. There was nothing really bad about our experience but it also wasn't the best food ever! My husband got the smothered steak bites and I got the chicken piccata. I LOVE chicken piccata in general and this one was decent but not saucy enough for me. It was very light. I asked for extra sauce and the waitress had the kitchen make some up for me. I upgraded the pasta to the homemade gnocchi and that was the best decision ever, the gnocchi melted in your mouth! So good. My husband liked his meal but didn't say too much else. He got the sausage chicken gumbo soup and I got a side salad. The ranch was good and the salad was a good size. The bread was warm and seasoned well. We also had the arancini appetizer. It was really good but not super authentic but the marinara with it was amazing! I liked the ambiance of the restaurant and our server was so sweet. She was really worried about how busy they were/how long it was taking but we still finished our appetizers & meals within an hour so it didn't take long at all! We are from Toledo so probably wouldn't go back because we've been to better that are more local but if you live in Monroe I could see this being a staple! read more

We live near Toledo, OH so there's far more restaurants closer to us, but this has turned out to be a little diamond in the rough of Monroe. Our food was excellent. Our party had the Aranaci for an appetizer and entrees including the chef salad (which was huge), the chicken Parmesan with a side of French onion soup (which was a generous portion for a side), a special of a meat risotto, and the truffle butter Bouchatini with chicken. We all had alcohol as well including the house red wine, an expresso martini, and Pinot Grigio. Our server Ashley was super nice and responsive. Service was a tad slow however they were busy. So we finally came in for dinner tonight, the first time since they reopened in this location. I am so upset we waited this long to come, especially since good dining is scarce in Monroe. We started with the Brussel Sprouts and bacon that were delicious. The balsamic glaze and pecorino cheese was the perfect compliment to the sprouts. I orders the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and hubby for the fish. My pasta was absolute perfection. The noodles the perfect firmness, the chicken was thin and moist. Hubby had the fish and substituted baked potato in place of the fries, they were very accommodating for him to do this. His fish was good, baked potato was a nice hefty size. The dinner rolls were so good we did get a second basket. Can't wait to go back. Last but not least was our server, she was an older woman who also sat us and she was also our server. I visited Quatro's last night for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. I ordered the ribeye steak and french onion soup. The ribeye was so tender, you could almost cut it with a fork. I feel at most places, French onion soup is hit or miss. Quatro's French onion soup was a hit. Large croutons swimming in a rich broth and a surprising large amount of cheese that was so good.
