I placed an order with the cashier and he was a really nice young man. I asked if he knew what was in the salmon bowl and I pointed to a picture on the wall. He told me everything in the bowl without missing a beat. my coworker said "wow you really know your stuff, that's so awesome" and he just shrugged and smiled. There are cookies on this heated surface by the cash register and oh man they looked so good. My food was prepared really fast. I don't even like sweet potatoes and planned to give them to my coworker but they were so good. I ate my entire bowl and saved the cookie for later. Both were so tasty. Next time, I'm going to get the chocolate cookie and probably the same bowl. I loved it here.

Aside from those two mistakes, the food was great. I highly recommend the cauliflower steak and mushroom risotto--they were both delicious! I'm still giving them 4 stars because the staff were super friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to make things right. I'll definitely be back, and hopefully the kitchen has addressed the issue with the undercooked meat.

First and foremost, Let me tell you that I going to be filing a legal civil lawsuit against this company and location. I showed up to Panera Bread on 10-28-19 at approximately 11:15-11:20am. Well usually when I go to Panera, I bring my own oatmeal because I am allergic to something that Panera has in their oatmeal, so prevention methods of any medical issues, I use my own oatmeal. Well I asked the manager Patricia Casteneda for a bowl and plastic spoon. This GENERAL MANAGER completely had a face of disgust as if she didn't want to work with me, grabbed a bowl/spoon, and she kind of threw the spoon/bowl over the counter. Let me tell you, any other manager would have just said I apologize, but this manager is the best manager alive and takes the cake for being the most disrespectful manager. The manager comes outside to talk to me and completely has the fakest smile on her face. I understand that you have to fake it till you make it, but can you have some geniuneness (not sure if this is a word) inside of you while you walk around with a Company Name Badge on. I tell her that I didn't appreciate her throwing the bowl to me and that its all based off perception. I initially predicated the conversation off the basis of if I was sounding disrespectful, that I apologize it wasn't my intention. Well after I said that, which was just asking her to be more mindful for the next customer, her entire demeanor changed, her posture changed, and she let me have it. She started by telling me that she doesn't appreciate me coming into the store and not buying anything out of her store. Well mam, if you took the time to get to know me, or ask questions to you customers instead of treating them like trash / crap then you would know I am allergic to your oatmeal, or some ingredient in you oatmeal. I asked her was there a policy that showed that I had to purchase anything in order to be able to sit down and use a bowl and plastic spoon from a multibillion dollar company. She stayed quiet, then after she proceeded to say this " Just as perception, I see you coming in to my Panera and recruiting and interrupting my guest". So now, I am being labeled, as some recruiter for some company when I work at Tmobile. LOL But because I wear suits and I dress well outside of work she generalized me as the guys that walk up to you and try and sell you something. So that was very offensive because I work for my living. So I told her after that that, I am no longer going to be cordial and I feel highly generalized and that I am flat out not good enough to eat at this Panera due to my circumstances and prejudged job/ position that I am. I felt like this Panera was owned by puppets and she was the puppet master, as well that she directly makes money off every guest that every shows up in the store. She made me feel that I have to purchase something in her store in order to be able to dine in her location. The this is the kicker, after I told her that there is no need to talk anymore and that she was very unprofessional, I asked her for a managers number or email. She tells me " I am the general manager, and my manager above me is named???" I didn't catch his name so I asked her again for the name of her manager, and she responded " I can give you the number for customer care" So she just said his name and then after she didn't to give it to me. HMMM.... This is the kicker, after we went back and forth about getting a higher manager contact information, she blatantly walked away from while I was till talking to her twice like she didn't give a damn about what I was saying. Like how professional are you, if you are the manager? Like what do you represent if you have on a badge that says "Panera". I follow her to the register where she gives me a card, and then a I am asking her for another contact or someone else to reach out to, she leaves (while I was still talking) and comes back with a sticky note and says call this number. She told me that and walked away. Mind you she never apologized to me about the issue. As well after we had out mini blowout in front of customers. She goes back and she tells everyone (co-workers about it) so I have to sit down on a round table and feel uncomfortable while they stare at me. It was very unprofessional and I never ask that anyone gets reprimanded at a job, because I understand that we all have things we have to work for. But there needs to be some type of action because now I am hiring an attorney and taking it to the next proper form of action. There is no reason, why I should be judged in a multibillion dollar company, nor feel that I am not good enough to sit down because Panera has allergic ingredients for some people in the world. So this was the worse experience that I have ever had at Panera, and it is not fair to the next customer that has to experience this "perception". Unfair judgment and horrible service. I am definitely taking this to a lawyer. Don't go to this Panera!!! read more

The staff was friendly and the place was clean... they have this cool technology where they give you an electronic "thing" so they know where you are seated... I did not like the food.... for my taste it was too salty... I got their alfredo pasta and a trukey panini... I got a side of bread which was hard as a rock... they gave me another when I told them... My sister did like the pasta but I didn't... The price to me is not a lot but since I did not like it ... Although I wanted to give them 4 for not adding enough stuff into their sandwiches....like ummmm I don't know the meat! lol but considering they have to add a certain amount........ We've had issues with this place. Few years ago we had some male employee barge into the female bathroom while my daughter (who is a minor) was in there and the management did nothing to discipline their perverted male employee. Went into today to find that they now decided to give you less macaroni and charge you substantially more. I mean they don't even make it fresh; It's frozen macaroni - but now they raised their prices and give you substantially less. read more
