This place is legit! Their serving sizes are bigger than other Panera's I've been to, and to top it off there was a free chocolate chip cookie in my plate. I started with ordering a spinach and bacon brioche to be told that they did not have the croissants to make that dish so no brioche today. I then inquired about an egg scramble with spinach and bacon. Trevor said that would be fine and proceeded to charge me $10.60 for the egg dish and a Latte. What arrived at my table was two eggs that were rubbery and cooked with nothing else plus one over easy egg. After explaining this to the manager she then brought me back another egg Cooked by itself that was rubbery and had no onions or spinach. I asked about the onions and she said sure no problem and what she brought me were raw purple onions. I asked what am I supposed to do with this? She really had no response but said this is all they could do. She told me the eggs were liquid eggs. Obviously don't come here if you're expecting a regular breakfast but I understand their soup and sandwiches are delicious. read more

I went to Panera for the first time this past Wednesday. My son was sick and he really loves their soup...I went in, the cashier twice asked the people behind me if they were ready she could help them...I was looking at the menu...so I didn't see them...or I would have offered my self, the second time she referred to me in the third person as though I couldn't hear her...it was unsettling, so I go up and start to order tomato soup, broccoli cheese "so your doing the choose two...you should say that in the begining" she interrupts...oh...okay...she repeats it to me "large or small- my eyes are flying over the menu trying to find the price of the upgrade-she litterally smacked her lips at me"do you need more time" no no...one large one small...anything else...I said yes t twogrilledeeseonehotteaanswatermelonlemonade...I say in one breath in order to not further aggravate the teenager in front of me. "Large or small...I handed my son my card and walked away....I have only 2 reactions to this kind of insolence. ... neither is flattering for a 39year old we make it back home, the order is wrong she charged me 35$.....2 $10 Mac and cheese..4 orders of bread.....okay....calm...calm....I contact customer service, first response, "we're sorry you were uncomfortable, we hope you return"..no thank you...second response...."I researched your receipt" lists all the items on receipt "as a measure of good will have issued a reward to your my Panera account"....go to my Panera ...one free beverage. A Panera in Moreno Valley is awesome. Having to drive into Riverside wasn't a huge deal since every now and then work calls but the availability of it being closer is great. While everyone is all over the soups an sandwiches, check out the chocolate chipper cookies. Not the big one behind the counter. As I've said before in other reviews..... we LOVE to eat at Panera! I was disappointed on our visit to this location today because they were out of a lot of items! Including some bread! I ordered the Pick Two that I always order, and my soup came out COLD. I asked if my soup could be heated up please and they directed me to a microwave that they had out in the seating area! I was shocked! The employee said that they had to give me room temperature soup because it was required to serve it at that temperature. I told them that this was the VERY first Panera that has EVER given me room temperature soup. The brownies we got from here tonight were very hard and dry as well. Needless to say, we will not be visiting this location again. :( read more

We like Panera's and our experience here has usually been good. They have awesome mac and cheese but it should be a larger portion for what they charge. The cinnamon crunch bagels are my fave with the honey walnut spread, man are they good! It is a small Panera's but overall we have enjoyed the food and coffee/bagels. read more

Really upset I come to pick up my food which I ordered over the phone and turns out I never placed a Order and my card was charged when I spoke to the manager she said she couldn't do anything and would have to make a new order and charge me again come on lady are you serious. Make sure you check your transactions thru your bank because they charge your card 4 times my co worker that went to pick up her food too was charged 4 transaction when she called to complain she was told he needed to wait 10 business days to get refunded her money how ridiculous is this how Panera makes their money by stealing? I love their soups and usually fast service. They sometimes run out of bread bowls, which is part of my reason to live, which is a but of a downer. They usually make it up to me with extra bread though, which is always nice. Even when things are very busy, they always check on you to make sure that you either didn't miss your order or to assure you that your order is coming next or soon. read more

I never tried the automated self ordering until today. there was a huge line and had little time. I decided to use the self order station for the first time. it worked great. clicked a few icons and 10 min later had my order. I give the automated self order five stars. read more

The food is alright...... but what makes up for it is the Panera app!!! So easy and awesome! I personally don't like saving my credit card info online so I sign on as guest and still get through. You don't need to have an account to take advantage of it. Just go on the app, order your food, pay for it, and it will be on the shelf in the back of the restaurant when you get there with your name on it. Its awesome and easy!!!!! Perfect for someone like me who only has a 20 minute lunch and gets tired of ham sandwiches and leftovers. read more

BEST & friendliest Panera around (and I've been to pretty much all of the local ones). I even go out of my way to visit this location. The cashiers are always super sweet & welcoming. Decided to have breakfast here on a Sunday morning. As we entered the place we decided to use the self server system to place our order, which was simple and easy to use, unfortunately we were never greeted before starting our dine-in experience. Our food was quickly served but the breakfast sandwiches were just average in taste. While trying to enjoy the dine-in area we were disappointed on cleanliness of the place but we did enjoy the background music played. Hopefully management can improve these concerns quickly so they don't loose good customers like us. read more

Brittani at the register was rude. I went in around 9am. I asked a question about a sandwich and she yawned, gave me her hold on finger then rambled on so fast I could barely understand her. She was so mellow toned it was seriously uncomfortable. The woman in back of me even commented how rude she was. Food was delish and the women who prepared it was very polite and smiley. I love the food here but the only reason why I'm posting a review is because I just saw a bunch of kids on skateboards come in through the back door and stole some free drinks. The water cups and beverages are right in front of the back door where none of the employees can really see this area unless they're passing by so it's a freebie for these good-for-nothing kids who weren't raised right. read more

This is frustrating. Came here with my 5-year old son to grab a bite for lunch. I'm not likely to come back here either! First, their mopping the floors with something that leaves the floor almost oily. We almost fell in the bathroom. And my son did fall walking past the drinks station where they were still mopping. I told a manager but she seemed not too concerned about it. She said she was sorry and that's why they put the caution sign out. Duh! I was trying to make her aware that something in the mop water was leaving the floor oily slick. But oh well I guess. Then it took almost 30 min to get our food, 27 to be exact. Wow! I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup today. Once I got my meal, I picked up my spoon and noticed they gave me a dirty spoon. I kindly took it back and asked for another one. I took the first spoonful of soup and to my surprise it was cold. So, I go to the serving area and told them the issue. To my surprise, I was told I could warm it up in the microwave. Very disappointed with her costumer services, I seek to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager and told him about the issues and the bad customer service. He explained to me that it was probably not warm enough due to the batch and that it was going to take a few minutes. Once I got it, he explained that if the soup was not hot enough this time, he couldn't do anything. He did not offer an apology nor did he check if it was warm enough. He also didn't apologize for his employee's lack of etiquette. He didn't bother checking to make sure the food was hot. I will say that it was warm. I called corporate which took a long time to answer about 15 mins. Told them the issues and basically said they would talk to them about it. He did not offer an apology nor was he really apologetic about the customer service. He told me they do have a microwave if customers want to use it and that they are not suppose to take the food back but replace it. WOW!!! I will NEVER eat at this place again!!!!!! If wanted to eat cold soup, I could of bought one at Costco and warmed it up at home which it would have been a lot cheaper. I didn't pay to get served COLD SOUP with a DIRTY SPOON. I love that you can get a sweet treat for only .99 cents more when you purchase a meal. I am not a fan of signing up for promotional cards with any place in general, but the Panera card is pretty awesome. I am always getting something at no cost. I love the quality of the food and the service can not be beat. Even in Moreno Valley this place is always packed and never disappoints. read more
