Besides being overpriced, the food is decent. Their passion papaya green tea is pretty much the only thing that keeps me coming back. Cesar salad with chicken is always a safe bet. My friend introduced me to their cheddar broccoli soup and I have to say I was impressed. I can't imagine anyone complaining much about this place. Maybe because the food that I purchase is quick and easy, I've never had to wait a long time. I hardly ever interact with staff since I use the self check out kiosk so I can't speak on that either. So we stopped by to have just a simple dinner. I ordered the cup of chicken noodle soup and my husband the chicken tortellini pasta. What a complete disappointment, the pasta as you can see by the photo was 20 - 25 pieces at best and it was $9.99. We could have gone to Olive Garden for that price and had leftovers for lunch. I had the chicken noodle soup and as you can see by the photo the fork was holding the only noodles and chicken in the broth . It is unfortunate they have gone to such minimal servings. i know that the pictures they show for food aren't necessarily realistic but this sandwich was really disappointingly made, between how thin it is because of lack of ingredients added in but also the stuff they did put in look old and withered! that lettuce and tomato doesn't look good and for the amount i got vs what i paid, i was not satisfied with the sandwich at all. i also ordered the poppyseed salad which was okay, not the best i've had. would hope that the employees would care about the food they are making and the presentation of it (kinda looks like something you would receive from mcdonald's, not panera) read more

This location was very unhygienic. There was no soap in the bathroom so it doesn't appear the employees are properly washing there hands. There were also no tongs to choose a tea bag. read more

Feel like this Panera always be trying their bestest. Management here is pretty good too about quality control and making sure everything that goes out the kitchen is good. Even though Panera sometimes reminds me of premium hospital food with their sandwiches and bagged soups it do hit the spot at certain times tho. Their charged lemonades are soOo good but kinda dangerous that they just have that on tap like that (389 mg caffeine for a 30oz size LOL) and you can also get pretty good value with the sip club membership especially if you live close or go to Panera often. I like how ordering ahead is really easy with their app making this place a good stop for road trips or if your running late and need a bite. read more
