There are some days where you're just craving something basic. Panera hits the spot for that. I really wanted some french onion soup and Panera was very conveniently located. The food was ready quickly. I ordered french onion soup, a tulip cookie, and green tea (which is their best beverage). I love the broth in their french onion soup and honestly would just order that and bread if I could. It had an excellent amount of cheese garnish. The cookie was delicious but too large to finish in one sitting. If you're looking for a nice relaxing environment to have a simple lunch, this Panera location is a good one to go to. read more

Kind of hoped as time passed that service and orders would be better. Guess not. Just because you're short staffed doesn't mean you short the paying customer. My family went to get soup and I hesitated ordering a salad. I did it anyway, knowing what the result would be. Paid almost $13 for a half filled container of a Green Goddess Cobb salad. Egg not cut up. Absolutely no avocado chunks in the salad. Paltry poultry. Mushy tomatoes. Guess it's a good thing I had some items to add to it. Added my own avocado. Sliced the egg. Added some Roma tomatoes that weren't soft. Added a little tuna for some more protein. My last review said do better. Guess y'all didn't read that one, so I don't suspect this will be read either. Last time I eat at Panera. Such a waste of $. Service isn't much better than McD's. read more

Dining area is disgusting, food on floor, window seals covered in dust,dirt and crumbs. The tables and floor are sticky and covered in crumbs. The drink area is sticky from spilt beverages. This level of dirty is NOT from a single day... this is weeks of built up filth and food. Team manager on June 25th 2023 was made aware of the dining area conditions and offered no feedback and could not provide number or info of owner. This restaurant is unsanitary! read more

I have gotten the bacon turkey bravo for years and ever so slightly as time goes on the get Less and less turkey bravo and more and more just bread. The turkey they use is sliced so thin you can see thru it. Use to be you got 6 slices per half sandwich. Now you get 2. I thought I was eating a lettuce sandwich not a turkey sandwich. So impressed. I ordered via the Panera app and 75 minutes later the tracking was "stuck". I call and Courtney answers. I explain the situation and neither of us could locate where the order went. She went above and beyond. She called DoorDash, who then sent a new driver as Panera remade my order. Keep in mind my missing food was not on Panera but on the driver who apparently decided they deserved a free meal. When my order arrived she had placed multiple cookies and 2 free meal vouchers in with it. Plus refunded my order. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely return to that location. We just got a carry out that had full grilled Mac and cheese sandwich, half Asian chicken salad and full Fuji apple salad hold the chicken. The grilled Mac and cheese of course looks nothing like the picture a thin layer of Mac and cheese. The salads were pathetic Asian had just lettuce and maybe 3 pieces of chicken. Nothing else. The full Fuji is way smaller than it used to be, lettuce a few red onions and only 2 dried apple slices. Seriously disappointed. I know the supply lines and supposed food shortages MAY have an impact but I think more companies are taking this opportunity to reduce portions and raise prices. That's fine, it will eventually catch up. Some items here are still good and done well. Salads out are hard to value but Cracker Barrel does salad way better than Panera for just a side salad. First, let me say that this review is based on the one time that I have been inside this restaurant. I don't know if this is typical. When I crave Panera, it's usually because I'm craving something healthier than your usual take out fare. We visited this location one evening because we wanted soup. The staff behind the counter was very friendly when we placed our orders. I ordered soup and salad, my husband ordered soup and a sandwich. When the food came out it was very tasty and exactly what you would expect from Panera. BUT, the reason I am not giving this restaurant more stars is because the place was so dirty! Tables needed to be wiped and trash was all over the floor, and not in just one spot, but all over the restaurant. Someone was not keeping up with their cleaning duty, and this will keep me from wanting to go back to this location. I hope this was just an off night, but trash all over and dirty tables do not make for a pleasant dining experience. I hope someone will read this review and work harder at making the inside of the restaurant more inviting for dining room patrons. read more

I've been going to Panera for years but this was my first time at this location. We went through the drive thru so I cannot comment on the dining area. What was concerning to me was when I was at the window to pick up/pay for my food and I could see some of the food prep going on. I saw a female employee touch the food with NO GLOVES! More specially, I saw her touching avocado with no gloves. After she touched the avocado with her bare hands, it appeared that she then might have gotten some gloves. This is so unhygienic, especially given the recent Hepatitis A outbreak in this state. I'll still go to Panera, but probably not this location again. read more

Panera has the best Asiago cheese bagel HANDS DOWN!! I don't think that I've ever had a bad meal here. Its casual, quiet, very filling food and the prices are not too bad. I highly recommend this place and the fact that there's a drive thru now at my closest location is a major plus! read more

One of the better Panera's in the region, probably the best. Problems with all Panera's include prices and portion sizes. The restaurant can't help it, but things could be much improved if the side door were EXIT ONLY. For some reason on cooler days IDIOTS and their BRAT KIDS decide to repeatedly enter and exit the restaurant by the side door. This puts a chill on the restaurant and even cools down the food. I may get very angry at the next one to stand there with the door open. read more

Our drink was water, service was good, atmosphere quite with a little music in the background. The broccoli soup was awesome just right on temperature. My son & I had lunch here and it was wonderful. He always gets the mac-n-cheese & I tried the turkey chili (first thought it was chicken...haha yeah I know my meats!). My wife and I stopped into this Panera this morning. I had a breakfast sandwich while she had a large cinnamon bun. Let me say at the outset the food was fine. The young man behind the counter was not. We were greeted by "Do you know what ya want?" And we told him. Twice. In English. He got the breakfast bun for my wife. She asked for time number 3 to have it toasted. "You want it toasted? I won't bore you, dear reader, with how he dealt with the computer at checkout. Panera opens up early. I like that. The chipotle chicken wrap is a good way to start the morning. They open at 6 which gives me the time to grab something before work. I also like their custom drinks. They have like 6 total in little clear fountains like at a gas station. 2 of them have no sugar and no calories. Have been to this location multiple times. This location added a drive thru a few months ago and I was able to try it out this weekend. I would recommend the inside more than the drive thru though (more on that in a sec). The interior of this restaurant is well laid out, includes free WiFi and there is a fireplace for colder days. The food is very good, no matter what you order. Personal favs include the cinnamon crunch bagle and the Fuji Apple Salad. Both are stellar! For the drive thru . . . The one problem is the menu! It is very challenging to order if you don't know what you like at Panera. The drive thru menu lacks descriptions of the options, whereas the inside menu board lists out everything! Be prepared to ask the window worker what is on each item, which will slow the drive thru down significantly. Otherwise, the service is fast at the window and they will get you on your way pretty quick. So, if you are not sure of the menu, run inside and get your order to go. If you know what you want, then the drive thru is an awesome option. read more

For the longest time, I only went to Panera for a bagels for work. In the last few months, I discovered Panera is so much more than just bagels (although it's really hard for me to turn down a Cinnamon Crunch bagel). It's now in the rotation of restaurants I frequently regularly, especially with the extended summer hours (they are open until 10pm Sun-Fri). I am a late eater and I appreciate healthy options even late. I really like the Pick 2 menu as I can get a half sandwich and a salad, but currently I am loyal to one of the summer menu offerings, the Strawberry Poppy Seed Grilled Chicken Salad. For only 350 calories you get a really big salad with pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and grilled chicken. I usually order the dressing on the side of my salads, but the dressing on this one is light and doesn't overpower it. For only $.99 you can add a bakery item to your order. This is a great deal and worth it even if you don't have room for anything else! Just ask for it to-go and you can have breakfast the next day. Also, be sure to get a My Panera card as you earn discounts and free items as you accumulate points for your purchases. This location added a drive-thru recently but my favorite way to order is online. If you place your order online, you can just stop in and pick it up the from cubby-holes inside. This is a great option if you are in a hurry it just want to pick up lunch/dinner on your way home. read more
