I ordered the meatball grinder with provolone, and it might be the best grinder I've had since moving to Virginia--hands down. The bread was absolutely top tier--toasted perfectly with the ideal mix of crunch and softness. The meatballs were flavorful, the provolone was melted just right, and everything held together beautifully. The only note I'd give is the sauce--it was a little heavy for my taste. Next time, I'll ask for light sauce, and I know it'll be perfect. My coworkers all ordered salads, and WOW--they're massive. Fresh, crisp, and definitely worth trying on my next visit. Presentation was on point, and everyone was raving about theirs. Overall, this place is definitely going on my repeat list. Quick service, generous portions, and flavors that hit. Since they make it all fresh, you might wait a few minutes longer than the typical burger joint, but that's fine considering the amazing eats you're about to enjoy. Those steak Diablo fries were incredibly tasty, with a nice kick, but sooo much more flavor than heat!
