First their phone is off the hook so I couldn't call in an order ahead of time then when I got there I had to wait 20 minutes for them to slice a dozen bagels - really? Last week on a Friday I placed an order for Sunday delivery. On Saturday I received a phone call to verify that I placed the order for a Sunday delivery. At 10:30 on Sunday morning I received a phone call telling me that they couldn't fill my order because they got a catering order. I then called customer service who told me that was not acceptable. They were supposed to contact a manager and have them call me on Monday. Today is Sunday the 28th and to date I have not heard from anyone. read more

Pathetic location. The soup was flavorless and lukewarm, and the serving is so small, especially for the amount of money you pay for it. Other locations are much better, but none of it is nearly as healthy as they're trying to make it seem. read more

I have been here several times. The breakfast and lunches were very good. Nice people and very friendly. The tables are always sticky. Tableland are not cleaned fast enough and even when they are they are left STICKY. Always STICKY. read more

Just left the Panera drive through. I ordered my usual Asiago cheese bagel with chive cream cheese. They recently changed distributors and the cream cheese now comes in smaller portions. I politely asked for an extra one due to the small size. When I realized they charged for them (totally fine) I asked to remove it from my bill. The girl at the window seemed fine with my request. The window closes and Russell (the guy that took my order) slings open the door and says "Is there a problem!?" He was obviously annoyed that I wanted to change something about my order at the window. Not sure why a small change like that would cause him to confront me in such a rude way. Especially, when the girl running the register was totally capable of explaining it to him (from what I saw he wasn't even able to make a void because a manager came over and handled it). Russell has helped me in the past and was fine. Today he was rude and very unpleasant over nothing. I won't be back. read more

I have been going to Panera's for years in Michigan plus on my travels through several States. This was the most dissatisfying Panera's I have ever experience. I spoke to the manager about my food and explained that the other Panera's have not served this way in all my years. He stated that is how we do this here and what other Panera's serve is out of his control. Will never go back. It was terrible Fuji chicken salad. read more

Was an absolute waste of my time going in this Panera Bread. I waited 20 plus minutes to receive an order that it took no less than 5 minutes to prepare. Simply because the associate didn't take the time to write my name on my order after I gave it to her. It's like come on, do you even care. Waited in the drive thru for literally 10 minutes for a simple salad and no other cars in line. When I received my order, they gave me two half salads instead of a full salad. To make matters worse, both Greek salads came with Caesar dressing . Awful experience! Would think twice before returning to this location. read more

I absolutely used to love Panera Bread. The last several times I have been there it has been awful. The service is mediocre (children) and the food terrible. Nothing is consistent. I ordered the margarita flatbread pizza and it came with cheese and sauce.....where was the basil and tomatoes? I don't know I guess no one was working quality control. Bad thing...it was through the drive through and not noticed until home. Oh, then tonight I decide I will try yet again (no, I told myself...don't do it). I drove off, then turned around to go through the drive through. This time I check my bag before I left. It was wrong. I order salad and a sandwich. I received soup and a salad. This time it was at least 50% right. The sad thing....THE STORE IS NOT BUSY AT ALL. I am trying to support these places and they can't get ANYTHING right. So frustrating. I am now officially done.....Oh except I have a free bagel on my card so I will redeem that soon (I mean afterall, how hard is it to mess a bagel up?!). Merry Christmas Panera but do better. Horrible!!!! Unreal how the service and quality is so different from location to location. Where to start.... the employee working the cash register had trouble providing change from a bill of $27.36 and amount tenders of $50.36. Pretty easy especially when the register tells you! Secondly, they provided no solar ware and our order was not an eat with your hands kind of meal. So they then provided Plato's forks and said that had 'no knives', pretty amazing since they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner items that require silverware. Thirdly, tue cafe latte that was ordered tasted burnt and at this point we received it half way they lit meal so what was the point to complain. The staff working at the time didn't seem to really care about their customers experiences anyway. Just so disappointing, but glad to know that since there is a new location coming to my neighborhood I won't ha e to come to this one anymore. I hope someone really reads this and helps to improve the service and the quality of this location. read more

This Panera should probably shut down or get employees from the location off international to train them. I placed an order through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 12:40pm. I receive a call at 12:38pm saying they were out of tuna. I think that is odd to call me two minutes before I'm supposed to pick up my order to ask me if I want something else. I then try again with this store and place an order at 7:48am and my order would be ready at 7:54am. I get to the store at 8:00am and no one is there. The employees have no sense of urgency and there are orders waiting, including mine. I wait in the window for someone to acknowledge me to see if I need help, and no one does. After standing there for five minutes I then ask what is the status of my order and no one can give me an answer. They all looked stunned like deer in headlights. When my order is finally given to me at 8:06am, they read my order back to me. I get to work and my order is wrong. Unbelievable. I will continue to drive out of my way and always visit the location on international. read more

Service was pretty dismal and I'm extremely patient. My food came quickly but not with my drink(frozen lemonade). I asked about it and then waited ten minutes and had to ask again. My sides also did not come with my sandwich. Had to ask about those as well. read more

This Panera is a new feature on Ashley Phosphate. I think it is a decent addition to the area. The food is always good which is a standard for all Panera restaurants. The location works for area. read more

Hands down this is the worst Panera O have ever been to. They were out of almost everything I wanted to order, and then messed up everything else we did order. No dressing on my salad, turkey instead of chicken on my sandwich, missing sides, etc. Friends of our had also gone there yesterday and had a similar experience. Save yourself some frustration and try a different location. read more

I was so happy when this location opened since it is 2 miles from home. My other option was Summerville or International drive. I must have visited this location around 15 times, this morning my last one. Every single visit, every single time the food orders are wrong!!!!! How can you get wrong one ham and cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread, toasted!!!!! The only time they got it right, they bring one order when we asked for 2!!!!!!
