Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta

Awful, I ordered a sandwich with Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado and the avocado was BROWN, it tasted awful be careful if you'll order something with avocado

Catered lunch for our work event. A different turkey and bacon sandwich on tomato basil bread

My work has used this Panera location twice in the past three months for live events we host at our former office. (I've worked from home since Covid). I like to support local and would never pick Panera on my own. The turkey sandwich I had yesterday and the roast beef (they call it a steak sandwich) I had last time are both very underwhelmed and flavorless. You have to cover it in mayo and mustard and salt and pepper to get any kind of taste. At least they do supply those things in the catering box! The order we picked up yesterday, one of the bags had spilled coffee all the way down the inside causing a whole row of boxes to be stuck together. Not impressive when you're trying to feed your visiting software partners. I've been spoiled with making myself and having local businesses making me so much better sandwiches that this is not the sandwich shop for me.

    An acceptable if rote bearclaw.

Thought we could get some nice breakfast delivered this morning, and since I hadn't had Panera in decades I decided to give them a try. What a disappointment! I ordered the 4 breakfast sandwich combo with a bacon, fresh egg, and cheese on brioche sandwich. The bacon was so thin you could read a newspaper through it, and the yolk was absent from the egg as well as the wrapper - it was nowhere to be found. The second sandwich was supposed to be a scrambled egg, sausage, and cheese but was another disappointing bacon version. The two ciabatta sandwiches, 1 scrambled egg and cheese, 1 bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese, were absolutely flavorless. Had I not been able to smell and taste my homebrewed coffee, I would have had to take a COVID-19 test because these items have zero taste. Overpriced, underseasoned as in totally lacking in any kind of flavor whatsoever, from the bread to the egg to the cheese, and even the paper-thin so-called bacon had no hint of salt, smoke, or any defining character at all. Where does one even get components of such a bland nature? The bear claw was fine, with flaky pastry and slivered almonds, but was the same you could purchase anywhere that sells such. I suspect strongly it is trucked in, not made fresh in-house. It kept breakfast from being a total loss, but didn't make up for the fact that I paid too much to not receive the items I ordered, and to find the items received so incredibly underwhelming. I will not be ordering again.

Placed an order through the App last night for pick-up this morning @ 7:10am. It wasn't much, 3ea bear claws & chocolate croissants (one of my coworkers has never had the latter!) a bagel and 2 caffe latte. Simple right? So I arrive about 10 min before opening and occupy myself by reading through some previous Yelp reviews. Frankly I was surprised at the low ratings and complaints...but I'll get to that. As always, I start every review with a 5-star rating and deductions come as they are achieved. I walked in to a pristinely clear store, and was greeted by Prea, a most pleasant and welcoming host. Since I was a few minutes early I decided to check out the tables and restroom that were frequently commented on in prior reviews. Bathroom was spotless and well stocked but the tables were sticky. My assessment is that the varnish on the table was softened and degraded by the cleanser they use, because I was the first person in that building other than staff. "Bing", my App says "Order Ready". FYI - Apps LIE. I approached the counter again, and Prea said she would check in the back. Upon her return she apologized and asked me what I ordered. I gave a brief description and she returned to the back to check again. (Ok, gotta pull a star.) Again, she returns empty handed, asks for the phone # associated with the order. Still couldn't find it so I drew it up on my phone. That did the trick, but it was way past 7:10. Prea scrambled to carefully prepare the pastries as someone in the back hustled with the Latte. I fully appreciate the efforts but those labor intensive Lattes must have really been a challenge for the 5 other employees (including Manager) because I wasn't able to get out with my completed order until 7:27. Needless to say, someone dropped the ball. Me, I dropped another star. Food was excellent as always, but presentation is half of that, and here was their rating downfall. Hats off to Prea though, she kept plugging away, picking up the slack and doing it with a smile.

They were out of product, bread. The store was filthy! Drinks are expired and contaminated. Lobby smelled like trash. Trash outside was over flowing. Manager, Cam, on duty had an attitude and wouldn't speak to anyone. Treated his employees terribly. Bakery case was empty. Bagel wall was empty. Only positive thing there was the Cashier. She was nice.

I'm seriously addicted to their vanilla cinnamon rolls. This was my first time to this location. Quality same as other locations. I was early ..6:30 am. I went thru drive thru. They seriously need lights. It was so dark in the back of their store I was freaking out someone would get in car with me.

Just stay away. Usually I'm a fan of Panera for quick lunches but this one is terrible. Ive had a few lackluster experiences here because its close to my work, but this one finally pushed me over the edge to give a one star review. Here are the bullet points. Bad cashier/ordering experience. There was one party ahead of me in line but between their pickup orders not being ready and the cashier letting several people behind me jump to the front for pickup, it took over 10 min for me to get a chance to order. I ordered a margarita flatbread and the basil was old and black. When there are only 3 ingredients on a dish its pretty noticeable when the basil is black. I tried several tables and they were ALL sticky or dirty. Another customer noticed me looking for a place to sit and said "yea, they are all sticky". This was before the lunch rush so no excuse there. The bathroom reminded me of a dive bar on a friday night. Sink broken with little more than a drip for water pressure, urine all over the floor. Just gross. There are so many options is this area, I'm done giving this dump chances.

Great place for lunch when looking for salads, soups, sandwiches and more. This location is located right off Ashley Phosphate, and has an outdoor seating area. I personally like the salads, like the Fuji apple chicken salad. They also have seasonal salads that are pretty delicious, like the Ancient Grain Arugala chicken salad. Soups are tasty too...love the butternut squash soup, chicken & rice soup and even tomato soup. Then they have a large pastry case with too many goodies. This location is new, a little smaller in size than other locations. Service is good, with typical greets at the register. Nothing more though. Join their Panera Club and you'll earn points.

This panera location is kinda odd. It's not the easiest to get in and out of based on location and the staff is a little meh. It's a pretty good size and a good spot for a meeting with wifi and coffee or lunch. The mac and cheese still crushes so they got that going for them.

    This is the menu- full.

The whole place feels quaint and local, yet refined and classy. First off I love that it's a full service bar and eating at the bar is no problem. Second I absolutely love they sell pitchers of beer. Not many taps, but still pitchers. And it's mostly local beer. I was with my husband and we wanted to try several things and took recs from the bartender who was awesome. We ordered the pork dumplings, the scallion pancake and the spicy sichuan hot karaage rice bowl. And we made it a combo with miso soup and an egg roll for $4. The pork dumplings were SO good. I could eat a meal of those alone. They were dense and flavorful and the dipping sauce was slightly spicy. The scallion pancake was a surprise delight. It was crispy and not too greasy again with a delicious dipping sauce. The miso soup...chefs kiss. It looked like ordinary miso soup but there was something extra that we really loved!! And the egg roll was big and juicy and fried and wonderful. It's a veggie egg roll but don't let that fool you. So much flavor and again the sweet chili dipping sauce left us drooling. Most of those sauces are too sweet but this was the perfect blend and the perfect spice level. The rice bowl was full of flavor!! The spice on this is quite a lot so make sure you can handle heat if you order the "hot" version. But again lots of flavor not just hot. Thank god we didn't order anymore food because this was plenty for the two of us to leave full and honestly we could've had leftovers. We will 1000% be visiting again and fully understand the hype around this phenomenal restaurant!!

We started with the Vaya Con Dios frozies, which was dangerously tasty and reminiscent of an Asian twist on a pina colada. We ordered the corn bread, which was a great mix between southern style corn bread with spring onion butter, gouda, and honey. The size was slightly larger than an Eggo waffle and was a good portion between 4 people. The karaage was also tasty, with huge chicken portions and a sauce that included lemon mayonnaise and a tasty soy-sauce mix. Not to be outdone, the pork dumplings were a delicious mix of potato, leek, brown butter, and yuzu, and the market veggies were a bit tangy with dill, mint, and more. The fried rice and bucatini were yummy carb additions as well. This place is on the slightly nicer side with a gorgeous interior ambiance, and as a bonus had plenty of vegetarian dishes as well. I would recommend this place to folks in Charleston looking for a unique fusion meal.

Service was friendly and attentive, good atmosphere. The food only topped off the good first impression. The shrimp and crayfish porboy was large and tasted so good, man the seasoning on the fries was so good. The batter on the fish was amazing as well. We left with food to spare and already planning on what we will get next time we're in town. And only 15min from the airport. Great job Lola!!

The crawfish was cooked well and had great flavor. The only thing we noticed was they were a bit juicy--we think they may not have soaked in the boil as long, which usually helps absorb more flavor. My husband really enjoyed them (this trip was mostly for him!), but they were a little spicy for me. I ended up getting a Caesar salad with fried crawfish tails instead, and it was huge--I only made it through about half. We also got margaritas during happy hour--both were really good. I had the lychee margarita, and my husband got the mango with a Cajun rim. Service was very good--our waiter was attentive and friendly. The only small downside was that we did feel a little rushed. It does say on the menu that they ask guests not to stay longer than 1.5 hours, so just something to keep in mind. They are pet-friendly, and we sat outside. There was plenty of outdoor seating, and the tables had umbrellas, which was nice. The only other thing we weren't thrilled about was the credit card surcharge--it was around 3-3.5%, which feels a bit high, especially since most people don't carry cash anymore. Overall, a great spot--especially if you're a crawfish fan!

An employee also sat next to us at the bar to eat from a takeout box during their break, which felt a bit awkward as guests. The food was average, more like a quick home style meal than something you'd expect from a restaurant you'd been looking forward to trying.
