Great dine-in experience at this Panara Bread, Lakewood Village. I've been craving a "Big kid" grilled cheese sandwich and creamy tomato soup combo, and I was not disappointed!!! Had a cup of hot chocolate to make the meal complete. I guess the folks serving up the fare ran out of the large bread slices to grill that big sandwich, so they gave me two, I mean TWO smaller Sammie's, and I was full. The soup was as creamy as advertised, with a hunk of baguette, and chips as well! Everything was hot when it arrived, and I was sooo glad the wife and I decided to go. Oh, and a special mention to Latasha, our cashier, who was prompt, courteous, and on the ball. Thanks Latasha for not only waiting on us at the counter, but serving us as well. This is a very nice location!!! I placed a mobile "Rapid Pick-Up" order here as we drove through Arkansas headed for Texas from Georgia. The order process is awesome. I love that I can customize my orders pretty specifically using the Panera Bread app. The restaurant was a short drive from Holiday Inn Express North Little Rock so it was super convenient for us. When we arrived at Panera, parking was a cinch because the Lakewood Shopping Center has plenty of parking. There is outdoor seating here also. The restaurant is clean and well lit. The hostesses/cashiers were friendly and pointed me to my order when I stated my business there lol. My order was neatly tucked into the paper bag along with napkins and utensils. I will ABSOLUTELY be back here again when I'm in the area. In fact, after this visit, after having pleasant experiences at all but one other location in Henrico, VA, one of my life goals is to visit every location in the country. Wish me luck! Hahaha! As a former employee and regular customer for 1.5 years after, I have to comment and say: the cashiers need to do a better job of keeping the lobby clean. Every day I come in, there always seems to be a table just not cleaned up or around. When I used to work at Panera, I was expected to do a round of cleaning every 30-45 minutes. Other than that, I still love the food. Not a big fan of the new turkey but I understand why and when it was swapped out. read more

I'm super excited that Panera has opened up another location. One location in WLR and one location in NLR. You can't go wrong with Panera. The restaurant is big with ample seating. I ordered the half soup/ half sandwich. Great tomato soup with a nice baguette/ sourdough bread on the side, and lovely mediterranean veggie sandwich with stellar hummus and fresh bread. Lemonade was great and sweet tea was perfectly sweet. Meal cost about 9.00 bucks! They didn't have the pumpkin muffin topper, but that was okay, I was very full after my dinner. If you like consistent good food, nothing fancy, but fresh and good, then Panera is great. The customer service was very nice, very speedy. read more

Typical chain food but good. Little expensive for sandwiches but for bagels and cream cheese, good on the price. The service there is always pretty mediocore but most of the times, its pretty typical for what you would see in the NLR/LR area. I am glad that we have it though as it's a good place to take people due to the different choices of foods. Love the free wifi! read more

What the heck happened? I come here for lunch a lot. This is usually my favorite place to lunch! We come here today and there was no tea, we had to get ice at the counter. Our food was fine, but when we asked about taking something we hadn't finished we were told there was no more boxes, I asked for a piece of foil or something, she looked confused and we just said ok. The manager gave us a plastic bowl. Carpet is dirty. Disappointed! This isn't exactly the cheapest place to eat around here either, I may come back one more time, not sure though. read more

I ordered a chicken noodle and macaroni on the pick-2 menu while my boyfriend had a broccoli and cheese bread bowl. Pretty good and out bill came back at like 17 bucks I was like what?!? Cheap for us, we spend more than that at McDonald's. So I ordered two small smoothies, 10 bucks. Where is your logic Panara? It was good though. I'll go back for sure. read more

I have been coming here for around 6 years, today I was in around 12:30-1:00 (lunch time), and I ordered a whole chicken Cesar salad with extra dressing, I got my salad and there was no dressing on the salad, just 4 small cups, when adding them together it maybe made 1 1/2 of the small cups combined, when I was finishing up I boxed my salad up and nicely asked If I could have another small container for the road ( I live 45 mins away from North Little Rock ). The young man working was busy and said he would get it for me and there was a woman around 40-50 ish looked straight at me, then looked at the young man and proceeded to say " Is she really asking for more dressing" With a terrible attitude and smirked, I will not be back and this is my go to for my favorite salad. read more

Panera Bread is a high-quality chain restaurant. The ingredients always seem to be fresh, and everything I've tried has tasted GREAT! During one particular visit, our order was somehow misplaced. My husband and I had been waiting awhile for our food. A manager was out in the dining area cleaning up, so I asked him if he would mind checking on our order. He kindly agreed and apologized for our wait. When he returned to our table, he said that our order had been misplaced, so he gave us a coupon for our next meal to be free. He also hand-delivered our order when it was ready. I was not expecting a free meal just for a little delay, but I found it refreshing that this manager wanted to ensure our experience in his restaurant was a positive one. That kind of customer service has become so rare. Way to go, Panera! read more

Service is decent, girl at the counter was friendly with a great smile. Sandwich though was a complete dumpster fire. Had a steak and cheese sandwich and that was most definitely not steak. It smelled and tasted like those steak ums in the grocery freezer. Dumped the meat off and it was an edible cheese and horseradish sandwich. For $13 this was pitiful. Could have saved $4 and across the road at several spots. read more

The food is dependable, but not outstanding! My wife loves the squash soup and several other menu items. It is not one of my favorite restaurants, but food is good enough that I can enjoy the meal.
