This location has bad service! We ordered online for rapid pickup, and when we got there, the order was ready and the employees didn't even know it. Ordered the turkey-BLT sandwich today. Disgusting. When I took it back to show the manager he offered to give me another sandwich (thanks) but I've decided to eat elsewhere. I showed him the sandwich which had bruised/old avocado, cold and pre-cooked bacon and cold disgusting turkey chunks. He replied that's how they make them lol. He was nice but it was disgusting. Have some pride: get good avocado, cook your bacon (at least warm it up), toast the bread, add some cheese and heat up the pre-cooked turkey and we would have a sandwich. Oh well. read more

if i could give it zero stars i would. this establishment used to be so fun to come to. now im waiting in line for 30+ minutes just to get a coffee. the employees talk in the kitchen instead of making the food and clock out whenever they want to. they have loud unnecessary conversations infront of the customers and are always on their phones. Guys, I'm pretty serious about this one, this is a must: the baked egg soufflés! I had the four cheese one and it was like a wonderful party in my mouth. They also have spinach mushroom & sofrito which is also perfect. Make sure to arrive there before 10am otherwise there won't be a single soufflé to tell the story. Panera also has amazing coffee options and tons of breads, bagels, soups, salads and so on. Plus the frozen caramel is just perfection! read more

Pretty fast service, but this place gets packed during lunch. My sandwich wasn't cut in the middle, so there was a very thin piece of bread on the bottom, and a huge piece of bread on top (weird). Still tasty. read more

The staff here is exceptionally friendly. They have so many good healthy options which is always good. I think the quality of the food is worth the premium price and the atmosphere. Panera bread never disappoints! I am always here just gaming out and relaxing while surfing the Internet on their wifi. The bagels are to die for! They have so many different kinds! Right now they have this fantastic strawberry salad that everyone needs to try!! Their Greek salad is always delicious and the potato soup hits the spot! Their coffee is normal, nothing fancy, however it is always nice to sit back and relax while surfing the web or people watching. I come here so often sometimes the staff gets to know me! read more

Thai chopped chicken salad and summer corn chowder are both awesome! All in all I kind of have a love hate relationship with Panera. Some items of theirs are really good, others are just so so, and it really seems like depending on who makes your food will depend on the amount of goodies on your salad or sandwich...i have noticed that at many locations, but this one in particular. Also, price wise some things are good, others are really expensive, like the soup in a bread bowl. You barely get half a cup of soup in that thing...the breakfast sandwiches are yummy, and you don't feel overly stuffed. read more

I'm not a big fan of Panera but I do like their breakfast souffles. However it is hit or miss whether they have them. I might luck out 30% of the time. So mostly I leave sad and hungry, which makes me associate Panera with sadness. read more

The food tasted good but the sandwiches were made like the person didn't care if they had a job. My turkey avocado BLT had avocado piled up on one side and the bacon was on the other. We will try it again because we like Panera but this location may only get one more try. read more

Great casual meeting place. Their selections are pretty good. I like thier salads and the hot tomato and mozzarella panini sandwich. The mac and cheese is pretty good and the soups too great bagels and spreads. the #1 popular breakfast item is the souffelles. OMG. they sell out very very quickly. get there early. read more

Usually I love Panera however I ordered a business lunch for an important account, I ordered 7 meals and a beverage and when I picked it up and brought it to the account 2 meals and the beverage were missing. I then went back to pick up the missing items, and bring them back to the account to find that two of the salads were missing the chicken. Called back and said they'd deliver the chicken right away, an hour later after salads had already been eaten the chicken arrived. They gave me a free pastry for my troubles. Will not be using Panera for a large order ever again read more

By far this Panera continues to be the worst. During the pandemic I have ordered curbside twice using the app. As instructed I select "I'm here" when I arrive and I've waited almost 20 minutes each time and then go inside to grab my order. In the first occasion they kept it in the rapid pick up shelf, on the second occasion they kept it on behind the counter so I waited in line behind Customers an additional 5- 7 minutes on top of the 20 minute wait outside. The only reason I pick curbside was because it a baby in the car. So I had to wake her, unbuckle her and take her inside and back out for this transaction. If I could give this place - stars I would. I've had regular issues with this place when they get my order wrong. Why ask for customization if they don't really do it. Go to another Panera or there's several other breakast options in the neighborhood. They may not offer curbside which is the only reason I came to this one today. read more

Always liked the food and drinks but a little hick up this visit:(. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they put sausage on it and they sliced the bread really unevenly to where one slice was paper thin. The cashier had it fixed but he didn't offer me my free treat that the receipt said that Pandora will do if they make your order incorrectly. read more

From past experience visiting other Panera breads, this one lacks customer service the most. The restaurant was dirty all the employees looked lazy and unfriendly. I asked about their lemonades and what's the difference between the flavors. They couldn't answer the question. They knew nothing. My husbands sandwich didn't have avocado when the order was an avocado sandwich. My daughters sandwich was the chipotle cheese avocado melt, the avocado in the sandwich was no bigger than a nickel. I asked if that's the normal portion given the cashier said she doesn't know and walked away. As we are eating and they are remaking my husbands sandwich, mind you we are almost done eating, i asked about his sandwich and the staff looked annoyed. They look lazy and slow. No knowledge of what they serve. If you don't like your job then apply for another one, don't treat your customers as if we are not supposed to be there. read more

Staff is very nice. Kept clean. Had a really long line when we walked in but got food in less than 5 minutes. the steak and white cheddar tatsed like bread and cheese, the steak had no flavor. Broccoli soup and turkey chili were great. The pick two deal is awesome. read more

Pleasant atmosphere in the dining room except for the surprisingly loud kitchen staff. We were seated all the way over by the windows, but were subjected to learning about the staff's shenanigans last night. Interesting, but not our preferred topics. The food was fresh and very good. We had the steel cut oatmeal which has strawberries and pecans. We also had the quinoa oatmeal, which includes honey and almonds. The almonds were sparse, but the strawberries and pecans were plentiful. The staff also yelled across the dining room to each other. Ordered bagels at 9:08 am to be picked up at 4:40pm. Due to traffic and rain I was probably 8 minutes late, My order had been cancelled. Thanks for the heads up. I even had to go out of way to pick them up, but they didn't fill the order just cancelled it. Got 2 calls at 4:44 and no one said anything. When I stopped at a light and called them back I was told it was cancelled then at 4:50 received an email saying is was cancelled. This is the third, and worst experience I've had at this location. The first two times we dined in so it wasn't a HUGE problem to correct mistakes or take time to wait a lot longer for food or drinks, especially the frozen mocha which seems to take 30-40 mins to make but this time I did call ahead due to taking a Saturday class. I called in my usual order and they said give them about 10 mins and it would be ready. I arrived 18 mins later and they hadn't even started it. I asked if I added ok the frozen mocha if it could be made immediately and the girl did so (only good part) about 10 mins later it was ready. I glanced inside to make sure I had the right stuff and I did. So I went back to class (about 5 mins away due to being on the same side of 288 as Panera, and found all of my food was cold and the avocado melt wasn't even melted and missing the mayo. The mac n cheese was also cold and the cheese VERY clumpy. I'm sure If I had a microwave it would have been ok but there wasn't any. For $17 I should at least get a WARM meal and not cold. Waste of money and extremely disappointed in this location. read more

It's a good quiet place to hang and eat lunch. It is a little expensive but that's okay. They have very good bakery items epically their bagels. Service is at sometimes slow but mostly good. I absolutely love Panera Bread and all that they offer. Panera Bread in Pearland on Broadway is the closest one to me and out of all food places to choose from Panera is always my go to. Unfortunately, I won't be back... To this location anyways. I stopped by Panera Bread on Tuesday evening (2/25/14), because it was chilly outside and I was in the mood for a hot cup of soup. Since I hadn't been to my neighborhood Panera Bread in about a month due to the warmer weather we've been experiencing, I decided to drop in. From my entrance into the facility, to my exit out I felt nothing, but negative vibes. Maybe it was the cashier who didn't greet me at all, took my order with an attitude, and acted like she didn't want to be bothered with me, which completely juxtaposes what I am use to when walking into this establishment. I was thrown off by the lack of hospitality, but then I thought, she's human and is probably just having a bad day. As I walked over to the waiting area for my food, I ordered to go, I noticed that the man who was preparing my meal was snatching and also seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. By this time I'm aggravated and honestly, a little pissed off, because of the money I spent on not only my food, but my want for a greater experience when getting food fast, which Panera is usually great at. The man finally got finished with my order and basically slammed it down on the counter and called my name. I politely took the bag and noticed there wasn't a spoon in there, so I asked for one and he rudely handed me the plastic wear. I took the spoon, and almost ran out of the building because of the mediocre service I was receiving. That was my first and last bad experience at this particular Panera Bread and I will not be back. I don't know if there under new management or what, since I didn't recognize any of the new faces, but they really need to get it together. I know the treatment I received at Panera Bread in pearland isn't the worst in the world but the reason I feel so jaded is because this treatment is not at all what I'm used to here. I've been to this Panera more than a dozen times over the past few years, and I've watched their customer service slowly decline. Let me start by saying, every single time I come here, there is a part of my order that's incorrect or missing altogether. The entire staff looks miserable and is terribly uninviting from the moment you walk in. Every time I tell the staff that something is wrong or missing from my order, they act as if it was my fault, or as if I'm an inconvenience for wanting what I paid for. Yesterday will be the last time I ever go to this location. When I went in to pick up my food, I stopped on the way out to check it. Go figure, the 2 desserts I paid for weren't in the bag. So, I waited in line for about 5 minutes to tell the girl at the counter that they were missing. She replied with, "yeah we don't have those." After I stood there for a few seconds confused, I asked her if there was anything else she could give me since I paid for those. She said, "yeah you can have anything over there," and pointed to the bakery. I grabbed 2 chocolate chip cookies, which I'm sure weren't equal to what I paid for, and walked out. If you order from here check your order as soon as you get it. Don't drive all the way home and end up with cold food like I have too many times thanks to their lazy staff. They advertise rapid pick up, but it's not very rapid if you have to stop and pull all of your food out of a bag, and put it back, on the way out. read more

Definitely need some barista training... very weak and maybe tooooo much milk?! However now I know this I just get their regular coffee and it's perfect.
