There are some good people working at this Panera location. This morning, the manager came into the dining area to pick up the used dishes at the trash stations. On the way, he stopped at each table to say hello to the customers. He wasn't waiting on us or trying to put on a good face for us; it was clear that he just genuinely wanted to say hi and ask how we were doing. This isn't the first time it has happened either. Definitely made my morning that much better as I snacked on my cinnamon roll! This is one of the reasons why I come back to this location so often. Other people should too!

I hadn't been inside a Panera in a long time and not much has changed. The food is decent. The service is good. The prices are too high for what it is. I'd personally rather go elsewhere and pay less for better food.

Was going to get lunch here until I went in the bathroom. The bathroom was horrendously dirty.

Was going to get lunch here today, until I went to use the restroom and seen how it looked! Horrendously filthy & looks like it's been weeks since being touched. If this is what the bathroom looked like, I can only imagine the kitchen area. Is safe to say I will not return.

I ate lunch here with my coworker and I ordered the Italian Combo and a small soft drink for $9.29 total. The sandwich was made right away. We were waiting for one of our other coworkers to fly in so we decided to eat lunch while we waited. I was filling up my drink when my pager started to ring to pick up my food. The Italian Combo was okay to me and nothing special. My coworker ordered the pick any 2 with soup and salad. The Panera Bread was pretty busy around the time we came which was around noon. This was pretty close to the airport as well.

Pittsburgh needed this!! Very solid Shanghainese food :)…read more The pork xlb was my favorite thing! The wrapper was very thin, and the soup inside was nice and warm. The pan fried pork buns were good, but could definitely be crispier on the bottom, and I wish there was soup inside! I liked the sautéed green beans because they seemed very fresh and weren't overly fried/salted. The shanghai stir-fried udon was actually udon. I thought it was just translated wrong and that it would be shanghai cu chaomian, but it wasn't. It was still super tasty though! I just wish the noodles were a little firmer. The cold soy milk was very yummy too. Not sure if they add any sugar but it was pretty sweet! Service was super quick! And there was no wait on a Thursday lunch :)

We shared an order of the Lucky Six Soup Dumplings, Pan Fried Pork Buns, and Green Beans. All of it was so tasty and filling. If I could only order one thing next time it would be the Pan Fried Pork Buns. We tried our hand at making our own dipping sauce with the ginger strings, soy sauce and vinegar. That was fun to try. Dining area has tables and chairs, bench seats, and a bar area. Definitely coming back here to try more food. Attached: 5 photos

They have a series of vegetarian appetizers, but that's not their focus. In terms of the overall experience, the staff is very friendly and on top of things. We ordered takeout, but the online ordering site didn't give us a confirmation of our order. A quick call to the restaurant confirmed that everything was received and already in process. In terms of the food, the wood ear mushrooms and tofu skins was a clear winner. The broccoli was fine, but I would have preferred Chinese broccoli or watercress if they were available. The five spiced eggplant was fine: steamed to a custard-like level of softness, then paired with a salty sauce and served cold. The dan dan noodles were probably best suited for a dine-in experience and didn't really travel well. My partner tells me that the stuffed pork buns were good, but the solid piece of pork in the center was less optimal than something shredded or thinned out with some vegetable matter. All told, this was a good experience. The vegetarian appetizers were good but not exceptional. The various noodle and bun dishes were very nicely crafted. The hand made noodles were a particularly nice touch, with a lot more flavor and texture than I would have ever expected. If I have any requests, it would be for more vegetable centric noodle options.

I wouldn't really call this a supper club to be honest but the place definitely carries a house music bar vibe and the back bar area and seating is very dimly lit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying a drink late night. The ladies' room was so dark, I mistook it for a storage area because I could only make out a white ladder in the corner that was being used as cute shelving. The place is seat yourself. Our waiter was not super friendly and didn't offer to give us napkins or anything when our wobbly table caused our drinks to splash all over the place. The cook served our chicken with a big smile and happy interaction and we really loved his personality. The bartender also stopped by to bus our table and he was very pleasant as well. We enjoyed the perfectly fried small plate cauliflower with the plum sauce and the fried cheese/garlic wonton bites with the sriracha mayo spicy dipping sauce. The fried chicken breast on the large plate was slightly overcooked with a maple gochuchang sauce that was very bland. We were so thankful that the large plate fried chicken came with a side salad to offer some respite from the heaviness of the fried dishes. It would have been great to have some side acidic or fresh vegetable options like Kimchi or something. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes and there are other not fried things that are delicious? The dirty martini cocktail was just so-so, not really much flavor at all, but the mojito was very good and refreshing. It's probably a good late-night place for a bite and drink.
