Ordered food for pick up. Got it home and the soup was not edible. It was supposed to have rice and chicken etc in it. It was an odd colored watery broth. The sandwich was supposed to have avocado in it. It had none. It did have a small green area on the bread where there had been a some. Where it went is anyones guess. read more

PORTION SIZES ARE HORRIBLE FOR THE PRICE So i come here all the time to study and do my homework, and i usually order food at the same time. Today i ordered a bowl of soup and the bowl was literally half full.. So i paid $8 for half a bowl of soup. ridiculous in my opinion. I went up and asked if they could fill it more and i received attitude from the lady across the counter with her saying " it's supposed to be 3 ladles." I swear the service here is getting worse and worse by the week and i come here every week, not to mention the portion sizes are getting smaller all the time. This place is a nice environment to study but the service here is horrible and the prices per portion are out of hand. It is hard sometimes to choose which Panera is the worst, this location or North Port. I consistently try to give this one another chance and then ask myself why. I never order anything more difficult than a salad (with no onions) and a scone If I am feeling fancy. I've ordered delivery and rapid pickup. No matter how I order it always seems to take at least 45 to 60 minutes for it to be ready. I watched the Door Dasher wait for my food for 30 mins today. That's ridiculous. And they always forget something. Today it was my salad dressing (how do you not provide dressing with a salad!?!?), two other times they forgot my drink. And this is what people think is worth $15/hour to get paid?!?!? And nice try saying delivery is free Panera. That's false advertisement when you jack the prices of your items when it is delivered versus pickup. I think I'll just drive to Publix myself and get one of their salads next time. Usually there is consistent food quality. Today 4th of July, must be the day when they try to get rid of the old food. There wasn't many places open so here we are. If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst Panera I have been to. It is dirty inside, dingy tables and seats, dirty dishes piling up on every station. Tea and coffee station looks disgustingly dirty. Dirty plate by the tea and coffee station. The dessert display is dingy, cookies with icing on it are messed up with smudges on them. Service is horrible. The cashier Mariya got my drink wrong, didn't apologies and didn't care to fix a mistake, looking very annoyed. I wasn't brave enough to get food there. We are so glad we visited here for early dinner today. Jamie, the manager, took our order. She was so, so, so nice and friendly to us and everyone around her. We ordered a variety of foods including Ceasars salad, teriyaki chicken, broccoli cheese soup and desserts. Everything was delivered quickly, fresh and hot. The taste was amazing. I did ask the kitchen to heat up my soup because it was just warm. I was told there was a microwave located by the cream and sugar I should that use to heat up my food. I have always came to this Panera but NEVER again. Lori at the register charged my friend for someone else's order and then some how charged me for two orders. Lori did not give any fucks she told us that my friend never paid and the manager did not give a fuck either both told us no. Didn't care for what our opinions, told us to shush. I've always came to this spot and ordered the same thing and that was fucked up. I am a big fan of Panera and would normally rate a store a 5. However, this store is just not on the same level as many others that I have visited. I consistently have to wait longer for my food here than any other Panera location. In addition, the cashiers must turnover quite a bit as it also seems that they are new and my orders often have to be repeated. My biggest issue is that when they are moving slow, I don't see any urgency from the managers to get things back in track and get people out the door. I am hopeful things get better here. read more
