The overall quality of their food has gone down significantly. We had one of their sandwiches and the chicken was dry and tasteless, it was supposed to be spicy. The bread tasted old and not fresh. I've repeatedly tried to give them an opportunity. Every time I pre-order on the app needing a quick pick up order. It is always delayed and always takes significantly longer than if I had gone in and just ordered it myself. Which if I could do I would learn by now and just do it but I can't because of my work schedule so I pick up what I think is going to be a quick breakfast. Usually they don't even get the order right when they do. It took an extra 15 minutes longer than it should have. Nobody greet you when you walk through the door and by the time, I finally get my food. I'm so frustrated at the delay. It just doesn't make any sense. It's a breakfast sandwich. It doesn't take that long to cook, And if you know that you can't get your orders done in time increase the wait time. If you just tell me, it's going to take you 45 minutes to make me a breakfast sandwich. I will show up in 45 minutes. read more

Dropped by looking to get in and out as quickly as possible. Employee saw me, but didn't acknowledge me and instead chit-chatted with his coworkers. After waiting for several minutes he took my order and I was surprised to see that he was a supervisor. Gave me my order with no thanks. If there was an option for no stars I wouldn't leave one. Cold Mac and cheese for my kids and I found a hair in my sandwich. So gross! Floors were disgusting with trash and none of the tables were clean also. Kitchen floor was also a mess. Mold on ceiling tiles. On top of it all we have to use the kiosk to order our own food too. Being a member of SIPS CLUB is key: Free coffee and drinks when you visit. No other purchase necessary. Ordered a pick two and enjoyed. Look for specials, otherwise it's $15 a visit. I feel they are short staffed and it takes time to clean up the dining area. Staff does their best, area was cleaned up during my meal, and they are pleasant and welcoming. The absolute worst food prep I have ever seen! Sandwiches were sloppily made and literally thrown together. Due to food restrictions, we requested all sauces on the side; the restaurant completely disregarded this request. Salad was wilted and overwhelmed with onions. Absolute garbage we didn't even eat our food! We loved Panera Bread when it first opened it was our go to when trying to avoid fast food. Now I think fast food would be a step up from what they're serving. Their tomato soup used to be seasoned with chunky tomatoes. Today when I ordered it looked like it came straight from a Campbell can with 3 croutons thrown on top. My ""grilled cheese" was supposed to have white cheddar and yellow American cheese. I recently visited Panera and had a disappointing experience. The employees were rude and disrespectful, which set a negative tone for my visit. Not a single employee we interacted with had a clue what was going on and how to do their job! Clear lack of training and basic people skills. Talk about clueless and disorganized! This is a very poorly managed Panera! The food quality was subpar; it felt stale and poorly prepared. Overall, it was a bad experience that I won't be eager to repeat. Stopped for a coffee and a sandwich. You serve the coffee yourself, except there wasn't any, nor was there cream. Concerning the sandwich we ordered a chicken vegetable toasted sandwich. TL;DR: Service failure. Neither the employee nor the manager chose to support the customer. The breakfast baked goods bundle says "any muffin." Apparently, this is false advertising and not the case. I go into this location on 11/18/2023 to buy some breakfast goodies for my work crew. I order two of the "Breakfast Baked Goods Bundles." The description on the menu says 6 items from cinnamon rolls, bear claws, or "any muffin." Apparently it was late in the breakfast service because they only had one cinnamon roll left, and they were sold out of all muffin flavors except chocolate chip and orange cranberry. I asked for the last chocolate chip and 3 of the orange cranberry muffins. First the employee and then the manager (I asked to speak with her) stated that the chocolate chip muffin was not included in the bundle even after I pointed out to them that the menu board says "any muffin." They both stated that they cannot select "chocolate chip" in the register and therefore it cannot be part of the bundle. I said that you are out of blueberry muffins, and asked them to substitute a chocolate chip muffin. "No, I can't select it." I asked them why does it state "any muffin" on the menu board? I received the "I can't select it" response from them again. I thought I was in a Seinfeld episode: "No chocolate chip muffin for you!" This conversation didn't get convince them to think about a creative solution to serve the customer so, I canceled the two bundles and left. Well, well, I ordered from this place and I was very impressed. As soon as I walked in the place it looked very clean the glass doors sparkled lol I was met with two of the nicest employees I've seen there in some time , the wait time from getting my drinks until my food was ready was less then 10 minutes. I didn't dine in so I took it home. When I got home and looked at the order everything was there nothing missing. The food was fresh,hot and tasty. Prices were ok the portions of food were good ! I come to this location mainly because of the Tesla Supercharger in the parking lot. However everyone has always been very nice and never had any issues with my orders. It's not my favorite food for the price but that's Panera in general nothing specific to this location. I do like their soups and a couple of the sandwiches. However I think it's pricey for the amount of food you get. Also I find the salads lack toppings. Mostly just lettuce. Breakfast. Panera overpromises with its photos and descriptions and leaves the poor employees to deal with understandably disappointed customers. My oatmeal was described as having "strawberries" but it did not. It had one quartered strawberry. So the description should say "one very small defrosted strawberry". I'm normally a fan of Penera bread, but this location needs some help. As I was approaching the entrance to this restaurant, I noticed they had "help wanted" signage posted, begging for managers and all types of employees. Though they had 2 registers going, and added a third cashier as I walked in, there was a long line about 5 people deep that never seemed to go away the entire time I was here. Once I placed my order and paid and got my drink, the wait for food was much longer than usual, and when I got to the pickup counter, they told me my sandwich was still heating, due to a "miscommunication". After my sandwich was done in the heating device, the guy proceeded to talk to his co-workers before taking it out, then continued to talk away before putting condiments on it. While he was chatting away I stood there and waited....And waited. I ordered the "Pick 2" option, and got a turkey/cranberry flatbred and the French onion soup with a regular drink. Total came to $11.51. The soup and the French baguette it was served with were both quite good, but I was disappointed in the sandwich. The flatbread, turkey and cranberry were all pretty tasteless IMO. Even a dollop of mayo probably wouldn't have helped. As I was leaving, I noticed the line of people waiting to place their orders was even longer than it was when I came in. Worse yet, the line of people queued up at the pickup counter waiting for their meals was probably a dozen deep at that point. Either this place needs faster employees, more employees, or they need to build and open another Panera location in this vicinity to lighten the load. Oh, did I mention it was 7:30 on a Sunday evening when I was here...I can't imagine what this place must be like during prime lunch and dinner times through the week! While I like Panera's food and they seem to have lots of healthier options vs. fast food, and I appreciate the fact that they use real plates, bowls and cutlery (as opposed to plastic), it always burns my ass a little that they charge as much as a proper "sit down and be served" restaurant for many items, but the patrons are expected to clear their own tables, sort their dishes and dump their trash when done eating. read more

Not like was when it opened. The front door was very dirty looking. We ordered our food. We went to wash our hands and the water faucet was loose moving almost 180 degrees. The floors in the restaurant were dirty as were some tables. When they called us for our food two egg sandwiches on different plates both had greasy finger prints on the napkins and one egg sandwich on a croissant was just plopped on the plate upside down.
