Stopped in mid morning and it was not busy at all. I waited at the register for plenty of time and saw no one. Had to walk down by the window where cooks were working to get someone's attention. Finally someone came to the register! It took at least a full 5 minutes to get someone to help me! I ordered 2 pumpkin muffins and a pastry ring. I enjoy both of these items very much. The pumpkin muffin is a seasonal item, understandably. The pastry ring has really shrunk in size since when it first came out. I can't remember if the price is the same or increased, but the actual size of the product has shrunk considerably. This is not my usual Panera location. It's hit or miss here. Okay, mostly miss! Just picked this up from Panera, planned to make Monte Cristo sandwiches for guests tomorrow morning. I tried to rescue it and discovered they must have forced it through the slicer as the slices are buckled, not flat. I called, the girl said she was the manager and sometimes it happens. No offer to replace and when I asked to her to replace; she asked what was wrong with it. No wonder the bag was triple stapled. Since I'm leaving a review, I pick up bagels for the office a couple times a month. Sometimes with bacon or sausage, eggs and cheese. Sometimes with a few kinds of spread. The sandwiches have always been correct and tasty. A big hit! The last order of bagels with spread was a mess. The slices weren't close to even, some sliced on a diagonal so one side is paper thin while the other is a whole bagel with no slice. The cream cheese had been opened and was crammed in the box with the honey one but it was sealed. What happened to bagging those on the side? Again with the stapling, couldn't use the handle which is good cause the bottom was bulging, probably would have collapsed. On occasion we order lunch, the last turkey bacon bravo sandwich had a single slice of turkey. I can't recall ever having a sandwich from any restaurant with a single slice of meat. ‍ And the very last thing I'm going to say is if you're looking for the usual soft, gooey, cinnamon rolls you will not find them here. These are dry and require a knife or maybe they are just old. Someone said, "If you're going to point out a problem, offer a solution." I'll offer this, get the employees some training, do not serve food you would not serve to your loved one and customers find another place to dine! read more

Fresh fast service. Nice patio and dining area. Wanted to try some new menu items. I had the tikka masala soup and chicken green goddess Cobb salad. Both where very good. Tiki Hubby had the Mexican street corn soup and a 1/2 chicken barbecue sandwich. Both where good. The nice guy working in the kitchen was helpful when I asked for my soup hotter - he replaced with a new bowled heated perfectly and gave us a couple of little cookies. I've been a longtime customer of Panera Bread, about three years. I'm an Uber chauffeur, and I've been to practically every Panera Bread in the Dallas Fort worth area. I've never had a bad experience at any Panera bread! I absolutely love the Sip Club! I occasionally drink coffee, but I'm actually a person who likes hot tea. I've never had any issue with Panera Bread. It's really nice sometimes to see that I've won a free bagel or a free pastry sometimes even 50% off a meal. With customer service skills and social skills declining in American society, it's a blessing to see Panera Bread still tries to uphold quality service by employing top notch counter attendants. The well seasoned counter help may lack a bit procedure speed but they are quick with a smile, compliment and good old-fashioned, customer service. I particularly like the Panera bread in Coppell on LBJ Freeway. This location is easy to get in and out, close to the airport. Adjacent highways are never really bad even at peak times. Celia is the counter attendant at this location, she has never forgotten my name but at first I couldn't remember hers, she even remembers my phone number. It's always been a pleasure dealing with her.. Violet is another girl at works weekend. She's also very professional. Okay. I have tried to give this place a chance. The people at the window are very nice but 3 outta the 4 times I have been there, my order was wrong! The time before this they gave me a tuna sandwhich instead of turkey. I can't eat seafood. When I went inside to return it they apologized and gave a cookie, but I had to wait with my kids crying in the car. Very frustrating! Now today I get a turkey and cheese with no cheese. This is the most mismanaged location I have ever visited. In 2020, I withheld my criticism but I'm convinced this is not a COVID-related issue. The business is inconsistent with their posted hours. Sometimes they choose to open, sometimes they choose to not open. They offer Curbside Pickup when they want to. Today, ALL of their signage said they were open for Curbside Pickup or Drive-Through. EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! We had just driven across the street from another location that had no hostess. It was like night and day. As we entered all the employees had a friendly smile and greeted us. Everything went smoothly from ordering (half order of chicken salad sandwich, Fuji apple salad, broccoli soup, and deli Turkey sandwich) to picking up our food, to dinning in at this nice location. Panera locations never disappoints us because of how professional, friendliness, accurate , and cleanliness everything and everyone is. Even the customers sitting around us were friendly! This is our 3rd time coming and the processes still haven't changed. I wasn't going to write a review but as I see from the other ones, people have the same issues. 1st visit: we went inside to order and it took over 45 mins to get a soup and salad. We asked what was going on and the manager had to go check. The people in the back told her they were making sure drive through orders got out first... say what?! At the time I was pregnant so I was less than thrilled when we were told it would be another 20+ mins. When we said we would just go somewhere else, that's when the manager offered to comp the meals. 2nd visit: I chose to do the plan ahead feature so it would be read for my morning meeting at work. I ordered a dozen bagels and a thing of coffee. When I arrived for my 6:15 am pickup it wasn't even started. An hour later I had my order, and nothing was comped. 3rd visit: we just pulled into the drive through for them to tell us to come inside to order since 1 machine was down. We have an infant in the back seat so that wasn't going to happen. We also had members of our Sunday school class pick up bagels this morning. They had ordered and were told that they were running out of bread... how do you run out of bread when your name is Panera BREAD. Overall this place needs new management and a revamp. Late at about 9:35 we were in Texas traveling craving some salads and a light late dinner we found this Panera open still. We went there and found the mgr and workers packing up. They didn't mind us and offered help and made us fresh salads and a yummy sandwiches. They even offered us to stay and eat there while they were finishing up and cleaning! Came in to buy bagels, muffins, and a small cream cheese. Bagels were good, the cinnamon raisin ones were missing raisins.. the "small cream cheese" ($1.60) was the size of a creamer from Denny's!! The general manager is rude! I placed a curbside order and received an email that my order was ready. I pulled up, parked in a spot, and proceeded to follow the instructions on the app to notify Panera that I had arrived for pick up. But no one came to my car with my food. I sat and waited patiently with my newborn daughter in her carseat. I watched as other people pulled up after me and received their food. Still no acknowledgement. I tried to call, no answer. I waited for 30 minutes! Finally I get out the car, take my daughter out, and go inside Panera to grab my own order. The general manager doesn't even look at me, but an associate kindly apologized. The other thing that was just lazy was we ordered group soup size chicken noodle. It's supposed to come with cups and a baguette. No cups... and the baguettes was literally ripped apart and stuffed into the bag with the dressing and utensils. OooRah! Yea, open for dining in during hot TX summer days. First time this location as we usually eat at one closer to home. But getting stir crazy from the virus hibernation so we drove here. Very busy and lots of traffic on Hwy 380 during lunch hour weekday. West bound traffic was backing up in front of Kroger/Panera location so best to exit at traffic light at Windsong. When exiting use the light at Windsong (you can drive behind Panera) to get back on Hwy 380. Food was great and fast service. Lots of virus precautions in place so safe place to eat. We had half sandwich (new menu item Frontega Chicken) and cup of soup. Beverage station is self-service but they ask you to get new cup for free refills. read more

This is the worst Panera ever! Waited in line for 30 mins last Sunday, then finally got to the window to be told to wait in a parking spot. Waited in the parking spot for another 5-7 mins to get home and find a piece of paper in the middle of my 8 year olds grill cheese sandwich (melted into the cheese and sandwich). I've been trying to find the GM for this store because this store is the absolutely WORST Panera I've encountered. My son could have eaten that and choked on it.
