I stopped here for takeout. I got two hot Italian subs. We didn't care for the cherry pepper sauce that went with these sandwiches, but fortunately, we got the sauce on the side. These sandwiches had plenty of meat. Keep it mind, this location is very busy at lunch. The staff was working very hard to get all the orders out. I do recommend. read more

We eat mostly at Jersey Mikes when looking for sub sandwiches. Always a good sandwich. Always get the number 8 Mikes. Way no onion. They rarely get my delivery order wrong (sometimes add onions when asked for no onion) So crazy that tonight when ordering our sandwiches at the counter they only put one piece of bacon on the sandwich. How can one slice be proportionate for a 6" sub? I have always received at least 2. The guy making the sandwich tells us this is how it comes and says it will be an extra $$ for another piece. Never order online from this location. Ordering inside, the food is good. They skimp when they do To Go orders. This is the 3rd time I have ordered online with a negative experience even after adding a 20% tip! One of our sandwiches had white bread on the top and wheat bread on the bottom (supposed to be all white bread) and two other sandwiches, the white bread was so hard / stale, it wouldn't even break in half. I LOVE JERSEY MIKE'S. This review is for the one on Eldorado in Frisco but it could be for ANY of the JM's. I don't really know what it is about this place. You wouldn't think that "fresh sliced meat & cheese" would make that much difference. The bread is solid. The toppings are basic, but fresh. Regardless, every sandwich I've had there from the #13 Original Italian (my "go to") to the #56 Big Kahuna is sheer greatness. The staff is always friendly and the food is (almost) as fast as another chain known for it's promptness. I keep an eye out wherever I go in hopes of always knowing where I can find the closest Jersey Mike's. read more

My family and I grabbed a few sandwiches on our way home tonight around 7pm. I've been a fan of Jersey Mike's for years and have frequented many locations. This was the worst experience I've ever had. There was only one other customer in the store. The staff were talking to each other more than either of us. They were less than thrilled to be waiting on customers. And as soon as their pizza order got there, all 5 employees disappeared into the back with food still on the flat top cooking. There laughing, cussing, and having a great time while customers were coming in for their to-go orders. The food was as good as always but we won't be back to this location. Jersey Mike's is more than a sub above, it's fantastic! All subs are made to order with fresh cut meat and cheese with the toppings that you want on them. I have never seen a bad tomato there, they are all beautiful red and ripe. Staff is great, friendly and always anxious to please. On top of that you get Jersey Mike's points for all purchases that end up giving you a free sub. I can't imagine why anybody would go anywhere else as there is no comparison. My favorite is either a number five with Swiss or number 17 steak sandwich. Yum! If you haven't been there I suggest you give it a try, you certainly won't be headed back to Subway. read more

It was my first experience at a Jersey Mikes and I really liked it. Clean restaurant, friendly service, and fresh ingredients. I had no idea they slice the meat and cheese to order.. Surprise bonus! The restaurant was a lot smaller than I expected but plenty of dine in tables to park at. Lots of sandwich options, both hot and cold plus wraps and salads. I ordered the #7 (turkey and provolone), added pickles and had it "Mikes Way" (vinegar, oil, spices, lettuce, onion and tomato). The hubs had a chipotle chicken Philly. We both enjoyed our sandwiches... But we did get it to go so when we got home (about 10 mins away) my bread was a bit soggy due to the oil and vinegar. Still good, but something to remember. The service was a bit slow, but I am sure it's because they are newly opened. They have several people working behind the counter so I am sure once they all get their groove it will be fine. read more

I was pleasantly surprised. As a displaced Philadelphian, I am always wary of trying a cheese steak *outside* of my home city. I've been burned way too many times. Within the borders of the city of Brotherly Love or even South Jersey, almost any restaurant can make a decent cheese steak. Outside though....not so much. Usually they just cobble together 'steakum' and cheese whiz and throw it on some bread. It's just that I haven't been anywhere near Philly in over a year, and I was craving one. I had heard about Jersey Mike's and thought I'd give it a try since the place is not that far from my house. I'm glad I did. Not pefect. But defiitely close to a Philly original. Fresh bread. Their sandwiches are delicious. I really enjoy them when they are made correctly. They put red wine vinegar on mine and I hate vinegar anything and specifically told them no vinegar. it ruined my sandwich. It's the second time something has happened. I can't figure out if they deliberately put the vinegar on my sandwich or the bread was laid in vinegar on the counter, or lettuce was contaminated with vinegar, but it tasted gross. I hope they attempt to make sure orders are made correctly or food being prepared isn't getting accidentally drenched in vinegar from spills on the prep area. Disappointing. read more

After my horrible experience with another restaurant last night, I was skeptical about any quality of foods coming out of restaurants. As I'm on bed-rest for a most recent surgery, I have no choice but to order. I've been to several Jersey Mike's locations, in Frisco, and all appear to be well kept, clean and full of happy workers. My family loves a good steak sandwich but sometimes craves a good old fashioned Italian sub, so I typically will order a giant #9, steak with peppers, onions, mushrooms and jalapenos, and the Italian sub, Mike's way (lettuce, tomatoes, oil & vinegar, with Italian seasonings). They're happy to add or omit anything to your order. To my relief and delight, the crew did an outstanding job with the subs. Not stingy with ingredients and we'll made - the exact way you would expect a sandwich shop to be. The hoagies on both subs were stuffed full of meats and cheeses and both smelled incredible. They both tasted better than the aromas the sandwiches created. Did I mention how soft the hoagies were? Very obvious the breads were made in-house. Thanks to the crew of Jersey Mike's on Eldorado in Frisco. For their high energy, and wicked awesome subs. Maybe some of you should go and teach the cooks at Bucca Di Beppo how do things right!!!! read more

I have eaten here about 10 times as it is close to my house and convenient. The first week they were open it was a 5 star! The staff was enthusiastic, detailed and the the place was spotless. Pros: ~Location and ease of parking ~Quality of food is excellent ~Attitude of staff is very good Cons ( based on the last two weeks and not opening week) ~Dining area was filthy and crumbs, papers, and chips all under booth tables ~Restrooms - deplorable ~Food quality is very good, however attention to detail not as tight ~White bread - ran out two times and had to eat wheat which I do not like This great sandwich and Philly steak place has excellent potential and busted out of the gates on fire with service, cleanliness, and quality. I don't normally post reviews about common restaurants like this. Reason being we all kind a know what we're going to get. Now I have never been to Jersey Mike's before and I have to say I was unbelievably impressed. I absolutely love a good sandwich. For these guys to be slicing meat right in front of you and piling it up like they did, well quite frankly it's a perfect combination. They then put the perfect amount of seasonings as well as their dressing and it was a thing of perfection. I also want to point out the three guys working today we're very high-energy and really fun. I'm very happy to give this location five stars and will absolutely be back. read more

Don't see the fascination of people with this fast food place. It is half OK, but not great at all. People get blinded by the size of the sandwiches, which half of it is all lettuce!!! McAlister's, Which Wich and Jason's Deli are far superior and definitely better quality of meats and veggies. read more

Their team always has a winning attitude and goes the extra mile. I applaud all the hard work given by this location to always keep the place clean and running smoothly. I usually come during rush hour to grab lunch and nevertheless they keep that line moving. If you haven't been here I recommend any of their cheesesteaks, the classic Philly is what I stick with but they have many cool variations if you're interested in like a chicken chipotle cheesesteak (i will try that and come back to ya on that one). If you're in the mood for a cold one, i recommend to tell them do it "mike's way" which adds oil and vinegar for a nice flavor. Overall much fresher ingredients and higher quality than other sandwich shops. read more

Since the pandemic started, this Jersey Mike's has been inconsistent at best when preparing to go orders. Honestly, it not that hard and should be handled like your business depends on it. Not the case here. I have ordered at least 6 times from this location on El Dorado Parkway in Frisco and each time the order was not correct. It's a shame. read more

Ok, I'm mixed on this one. For several reasons. First of all, I ordered my sub, along with several of my co-workers, and thanks to Allison E.'s advice about the vinegar and oil decided to ask for it on the side so that my bread didn't get soggy. Drove all the way there and got back to work to find several things wrong with my order. First, yes they gave me the vinegar and oil on the side...but also put it on the sandwhich. Umm...kinda defeats the purpose, eh? Then, they forgot the mayo and pickles on mine, and the bacon, mayo, and pickles on another sub in the order, and then forgot pickles on yet another sub in the order. Had it been just my sandwhich I probably wouldn't have said anything, but basically every sandwhich was wrong. And I drove there to get our food because they don't deliver (even though we're two streets down). So I called, and the manager asked if I wanted him to remake the order. Of course I want you to remake the order...I'm hungry! So he did, and he was also nice enough to deliver it to my place of business. He also brought us cookies, and two expired coupons for free subs? Hmm, not sure how far those will get me but I guess it's the though that counts? lol! Anywho, I feel as though attention to detail would greatly improve this location, because they are already friendly and the food, of course being Jersey Mikes, is fresh. I will give it another shot for sure, but I hope they pay a little more attention the next go 'round! read more

I visited Jersey Mike's Subs today for the second time at this location and had a great experience both times. The store was clean and in order, things were well-stocked, and it was fully-staffed. The workers were so friendly and helpful; taking time to point out different things on the menu that I may be interested in. They have a great points system where you earn points depending upon the items that you order; once you get to 48 points, you start earning free food items. Mondays offer double points. The bread is freshly-baked and the meat is sliced to order while your sandwich is being prepared. Overall a great experience; I will visit often. read more

Every time I come to this restaurant it seems like the crew is all new people, but the service is always friendly and the food is consistently good.
